Yes, you can pop Priority Sector early, but it means it will deactivate early as well.

If we the community take this proposal back in time and propose it as a solution, WG would promptly implement minimap spotting as an alternative.

And as always WG fails to consider late game situations where only few ships remain.
DDs are going to be completely undetectable with their AA off and everyone else profits from the buff mechanics when the CV has only one target left.
Not to mention +2 tier matchmaking. Tier 6 CVs can now not do a single point of damage to all but weakest AA T8 cruisers because they dont have enough planes in a single run.

i dont like the cange at all that will make the FDR usless because that is the thing with the fdr much plains and you can take hits but you are slow af and you time between the strikes is than even longer

To damage planes in the attack run itself is back breacking. It makes it impossible do deal damage with low HP planes against most ships.
Being more selective with targeting is complete BS, thats not how CVs work.
CV gameplay is the trading of potential damage for damage dealt. Getting your planes shot down limits your damage potential in the late game. This change just makes it impossible to deal damage against ships with potent AA. You are no longer reliant on skillet dodging, now you are 100% reliant on matchmaking RNG. If the enemy Teams AA is too strong entirely. You will be even unable to spot anyone which makes your presence completely ineffective and unnecessary. That is, if this changes have as big of an impact as they make you too believe.
We will have to see.
I believe that CV players will figure out out to spot ships.
My thoughts is mock attacks on camp zones or where you see weapons fire inbound..... trust me we will find ways to cheese this.

Changes that will kill the aircraft carrier class completely. I play all classes, I don’t consider myself an aviation leader, but after such changes I would like to be given back free experience for all available aircraft carriers and steel for Roosevelt, since I sometimes even now force myself to play on this garbage through force in order to complete some combat missions.
Currently disabled secondaries are automatically turned on when you activate Priority Sector.
Yes when you do priority target it turns on antiair which turns on secondaries

If you have double cv game..one will spot one will attack
Too compicated too many nerfs only elite top players will play with these cvs.
This will help dds who already have to deal with hydro and radar and hunt the subs while being perma spotted by the cv this will make fighting for the caps way better help with the campers no more cv spotting they will have to move up abd dds will becmore willing to go after the subs time to bring out my aa build haland I also see that cvs that communicate and work with there team will be more successful

I see this as a huge buff to us dds don't have to sit on there smoke screens just for cv protection now can play more of the supp dd role
