Perhaps it's just me but it seems like most of the people who fall victim to carriers are those who either end up isolated/a moderate from allies as a result of natural match attrition or alternatively those end up isolating themselves by their own hand. Some good gameplay and definitely interesting to watch.
Really enjoyed this. Still don't know how to get back to cv before squadron can return. F key or C key is locked. What key gets you back to your own cv so fast?
1. good video, 2 want to play wows more, especially after joining a clan, but with bad memory its hard to remember how to do this or that with the cv (or in games in general 😅) and now back after loong time away, went as expected
i recommend lexington with HVAR rockets for a beginner tier 8 cv. everyone says kaga is a good beginner cv but biggest learning curve for kaga is leading with the torpedo bombers.
come to your vids to see how they attacks look and you always skip them , i get it makes sense gameplay wise but it gives us no feel for how they attack
youre right. i skip them for the sake of gameplay and faster rotations. no need to watch whats happening because all that matters is whether or not you lined up the drop correctly

Great vids! What’s the mod you use for displaying the various resources such as steel, RB points etc in the port interface?
i use a modpack called Aslains modpack. whole assortment of mods there. there's a port mod that shows resources without having to go to the armory

press your attack key again after the drop to cancel the camera-follow animation

I think the ckalov is the best tier 8 cv I play it a lot in operations gifs me a lot off credits 😊
So you like the Chkalov over the Kaga. I like the Kaga's 50 kts torp speed. Very little time for enemy ships to react and get more hits.

I find pobeda more comfortable to play because of her rocket squadrons, I end up doing more consistent damage at least
can always try it with arming distance skill and no torpedo speed to practice it. it's kinda like leading with kaga in a way
