westjet 737s board with 3 zones, zone 1 is priority (premium, westjet rewards platinum and gold), zone 2 is the back half of the plane and westjet rewards silver, and zone 3 which is the last to board is the front half of the plane excluding premium.
I flew Delta, but I had the worse experience in Toronto Airport. It took about three hours to check my bag, get through security, and go through customs. So many people missed flights that day. I was warned, but had no idea how bad it would be.
Westjet sadly has really gone down the tubes... Not really a budget airline anymore, they share a duopoly in Canada with AC. Usually they match AC prices so when in CAN i choose AC

I have something emergency that came up and they are not cancelling my ticket for refund or any kind of voucher/points. Worst ever airlines i have seen in my life. I will never ever refer or let anyone from my family or friend circle to book this airlines. They say this is complete loss of money and not to mention how rude their customer service is. Complete garbage.
Oh man that is horrible. We agree that when that happens you feel like the airline just stole your hard earned money. Totally why we do reviews. For those who want to really get their money's worth because they worked hard for it.
Ok from a logistics guy, all airlines boarding makes no sense. The most logical way to board a plane is from rear to front. Your carry on should be above your seat. That's how it should work to load faster and more efficiently.

Very happy to see an airline using common sense and boarding back to front. Hope this will pass on to other airlines.

For the luggage, can the personal item be also another backpack? Meaning will two backpacks be allowed as long as dimensions are compliant?
