She means well, I’m sure she is cool to hang out with, otherwise he wouldn’t be there. She also rubs me the wrong way, but I’m not going to judge a person from 5 minutes of video footage.
I find they tend to always be delayed 20-30 minutes on departure but that’s easily manageable. Haven’t had any major delays with them. But I’ve experienced plenty of what Josh experienced here with catering not being loaded and indifferent staff. It seemed way better when I used to fly them frequently for work back in 2016-2017
Can't agree more. This is the airline that REFUSED to refund my very elderly parents' airfare after WESTJET cancelled their flight during COVID. They're heartless. Also, was on a flight with a dog directly behind me and refused to find another seat for me although I'm HIGHLY allergic. The stewardess actually laughed in my face. Another time they didn't bother telling people booked on flights from Vancouver to Mexico that you had to check-in in the DOMESTIC terminal. We got dropped at the international terminal and had to find out on our own that we were actually in the wrong terminal and then I had to walk with my 93 year old father about a mile to the domestic check-in. They didn't offer an apology or seem to care AT ALL. Being disappointed with WestJet is a common occurrence. Although I despise Air Canada, that's what we'll be flying when we're able to going forward.
@@PSP92262 why Air Canada…..I’d try Flair and Porter first. See if they’re better, that’s what I’m doing (I was hoping to try Lynx, but they went bankrupt)
I have been flying since the 1970s over 50 years. In the early days you were sometimes very lucky to be given a small pack of playing cards on long flights so that you could play solitaire to while away the time. Always took a good book to read.
Exactly. People these days are such…. well? Spoiled but also there’s something else about the fact that they can’t spend some quiet time or … why didn’t he take the opportunity to chat with his neighbour?
Yup, that's why the bookstores in airport terminals (do they even have those anymore?) used to do a brisk business in paperback novels, 'specially murder mysteries! Side note: Had the power go out one Saturday afternoon not long ago when I was listening to a webcast. "Dang, what am I gonna do," says I, as I reach for a book. Then I realized the program was on FM radio, too. Fired up a battery powered radio - and just kept listening to it, even when the power came back one. THE LESSON: Tech makes us lazy!
@@CM-zl2jwI agree . Life is so hard for some with no movies or wi-fi. My first flight from Canada was in 1972. Montreal - London economy, no entertainment, no food but great person to talk to in next seat.

Recap of US story (starts at 11:10): his travels to some "bad" countries resulted in his ESTA being canceled (which is perfectly legal, it's what the ESTA regulations prescribe). He then applied for a visa, first one was denied based on travel history. He applied again using social media connections, they requested documentation which he provided, his case is still pending. He is not banned; he just hasn't (yet) convinced a consular officer that his travel history has no connections with terrorism.
A terrorist??? Yeah right. A delay is as good as a ban. Same result. No travel. It's a ridiculous system..... but if you're and illegal you are welcome. Law abiding citizens are not. Just shows how daft the US system and its administration are.
I agree with their ban. His only reason for visiting the US is for work, and all he does is catch flights and praises/criticizes US businesses. After visiting so many terrorist and murdering countries including Russia for no good reason, even I would ban him. They don't need another UA-camr.
Saying she was a tad annoying would be an understatement. I have found an answer on why Josh now has to get a visa, posted a detailed reply as primary reply as so many were asking.
Please just do your videos alone.. Your guest was interrupting all the time and your story ende up being full of bumps. She did not leave you time to explain properly
I wondered why Josh commented that he would have as a guest the female companion who caused one of his videos to be voted Worst Josh Cahill video ever. I now see why. Her constant interruptions and detracting disrespectful behavior in a attempt to be the center of attention, made it hard to follow the very interesting tale Josh was telling.
@@CumulusGranitis I had no trouble following Josh's story-telling. Maybe I've gotten used to tuning out blabbering women. lol. Never a dull moment around her -- I liked her.

Now i'm not a big IFE guy but having it not working for a 7 hour flight - neither the internet - is really unacceptable and should mean a plane replacement. Unfortunately if they are allowed to get away with it - and airlines all over the world - nothings gonna improve. And if they are unable to replace the plane then offer a 25% cashback or something as compensation.
I just got off a 14hr20mins flight yesterday Seoul to London. The only thing I used the IFE for was a route map with location/journey time. Rest of the time I was reading, listeneing to music, podcasts or downloaded UA-cam or working online with email or web browsing or messaging on the excellent WiFi. This on an Asian carrier. Superb, friendly, efficient service and leagues ahead of Westjet. BTW: I was seated in ECONOMY Class.
I flew with WJ Toronto-Calgary return back in September. Very tight seating in Economy, and the snack service took pretty well half the flight. We did leave and arrive on time and safely both ways, which I guess the most important thing, but yeah, not a top-notch experience. (That said, the Celebration cookies are fantastic!)
Josh, as a German citizen you should've probably tried to get a visa at the US embassy in Germany. I'd think your chances of getting a visa in Germany would go up from -150% to like 0.00001%. 🙂
German Citizens do not need a visa, they must still get an Electronic System for Travel Authorization (ESTA) before boarding a flight or ship to the U.S
@@louferrao2044 After you visit any country on the US State Dept's list of countries that are State Sponsor's of Terrorism, you are no longer eligible for a the VWP or ESTA programs and have to apply for a Visa.
It doesn't really matter that much where you apply for the visa. They judge your entire situation and character. It's not like you have a higher chance of getting the visa just because you apply in a certain country. It's all based on your individual case, not WHERE you apply
Not to be rude towards your friend but you should make another video explaining your ban from the US because I couldn't follow because your friend wouldn't stop interrupting and throwing you off. I'm really interested to hear the story! Please tell it again with just you
Josh, you should do a tutorial on using VPN to find lower fares. I have not been able to find them and I asked a travel forum and nobody seems to have had any success either. UA-camrs are making the claim, but I trust that you are transparent enough to make it happen. Show us how to get lower fares!
As an Irish person who was living in Canada the last few years, Air Canada, Westjet, Air Transat and Aer lingus were the options. Aer Lingus used to be great for the YYZ-DUB flight, until they swapped to the smaller planes. Made for super uncomfortable longer flight.
West Jet was always best airline in Canada, in both service and affordability. I knew Clive Beddoe personally and when he ran that airline, that's all I flew on. Now I never use WestJet, just like I never use Air Canada. Fortunately for me, i do most flights that are overseas so i use an airline based out of the country where I am flying to and from, WestJet and Air Canada are easily among the worst airlines in the world at the moment.
I flew Westjet in 2016 from Calgary to Vancouver and back and it was ok. There was an interlining with Condor, and their 767 was in a much more worse shape than Westjet's 737-700
@Canleaf08 WestJet was sold in 2019, try using their services now, I mean as long as everything goes without a glitch, you'll be fine but as soon as there are any issues, delays, cancelation, rescheduling, or God forbid refunds, GOOD LUCK. Old WestJet, Canada's favorite airline is just a memory now. I also work in the aviation industry, and average person knew the cuts and corner cutting in maintenance and service, for both WestJet and Air Canada, most people would feel uneasy for sure.
Clive had a vision on how to run a great airline , the new owners appear to have a playbook on how to disappoint customers and staff. I rate them a 10/10 on being opposite to what Clive thought is how to service customers
Westjet unfortunately feels more and more like a low cost carrier each time I fly them. But it rarely comes with a low cost flying within Canada or to the US
Was on this same flight in the beginning of march, flight entertainment was also inop. Crew announced multiple times before taxi and during the climb out on how to join the inflight network but no mention that it wasn’t working. I had to ask one of the attendants to confirm my suspicions that the inflight service wasn’t working.
I personally don’t mind flying on narrow bodies from Ireland/UK to the eastern US or Canada (and have done several times) as the flights aren’t THAT long but I do mind (and think it’s ridiculous) not having entertainment or WiFi on a flight of that length. This may as well be a Ryanair flight.
Hey Josh, welcome to Canada ! You could have came to visit me in Montreal ! I’m surprised that westjet used an aircraft they normally use for domestic flights, I took them last year from Calgary to Narita in Japan which is a route I suggest you try, 9 hour flight and the only complaint was the food 2 tiny pieces of fried chicken and a ridiculously small mound of rice ! enjoy Copa ! I took that flight and wasn’t bad at all and Panama is a beautiful country !
she's annoying asf......let their friendship remain off camera......she is not adding anything positive to the video obviously by all the negative comments
It's truly weird and sad. While she's a bit loud, she seems happy to see a good friend of hers she hasn't seen in awhile. People need to take a chill pill and stop being so rude for her just having a fun chat with her friend.
What??? Air Canada? I only fly Air Canada if there is no other options. Lost luggage, terrible staff, and so many other issues. On a side note while I was getting my pilots licence I took my commercial ground school. Many of the teachers were Air Canada pilots. While some were excellent, one in particular was so bad an aircraft mechanic taking the class ended up teaching us. I am completely honest in saying if I ever board an air Canada flight and if I was to hear his name I would get off the aircraft
What most Americans don't understand is this: not only can you not travel into the USA, but without your visa you can't even transit THROUGH the USA. Hope you get your approvals through!
Noel Phillips travels to far flung places yet isn’t banned from the US, he even lives there now, it’s not right for you to be picked on? Keep fighting Josh ❤
Noel did mention that he couldn't visit Iran, else he might have trouble getting back into the USA. I find this restriction absurd; its obviously something the Jews have imposed as a way of punishing anyone who has visited that country, yet funnily enough Iranians do manage to go to the USA and some even live there.
They can’t visit Iran, Cuba and I’m sure many more countries. The land of the free! Or so they say. I’m Canadian and I can go wherever I want and Cuba has some of the most beautiful beaches in the world!
I think they don't like it that Josh tries to be balanced about travelling in countries that are unfriendly towards the West. Yes he goes to Russia, and understands that their security has to be strict due to the war, he goes China and Iran etc too. Visiting Israel opens a can of worms the other way. You see if people talk normally about these countries they become much more difficult to keep demonized. Qatar Airways just banned him from being accurate and petulant as far as I can see.
I flew Westjet from Vancouver to London-Gatwick back in 2022 in what was my first-ever overseas trip. I booked Premium Economy and received phenomenally good service on the trip there and back. I'd take them again, however, they no longer fly from Vancouver to London so I booked with British Airways for my trip this autumn. Your videos put me off Air Canada.
Aloha from North Shore, O’ahu! I love Josh and came here to the comments after this video just to see if anyone else was as annoyed by his “guest”. I was far from alone. Cant wait till Josh gets to enter USA. You know that Hawai’i is getting a hover plane for interisland travel in the next two years! I will be sure to book on one of the first flights! Hope Josh can experience this!
In 1994 I flew London Heathrow to Toronto on Canadian Airlines in business class, it was a great flight, attentive cabin crew, afternoon tea of scones, jam and cream all very British. I then flew to Sarnia on Air Canada aboard a prop aircraft, yes well there were cabin crew onboard I think as I was followed into a nearby hotel, and I overheard one complaining about a passenger asking for a coffee. I worked in Canada for 18 months and took 2 leaves in the UK, one on BA where I was upgraded to business. The 2nd was on Air Canada where lots of stuff was not working, and I was TOLD what I could eat. The end of contract flight was back with Canadian but this time in economy for an hour, then upgraded seams having lots of air miles helps.
To all Canadians, do you remember when Westjet was a start-up? It was much cheaper, the staff was super friendly, a competitive airline that impressed many but were the only competition to AC. Fast forward to today, they are both shabby airlines that don’t care. It’s like a bus in the sky, horrible seats, inflight service & customer service. Ryanair but way more expensive.
That seems like the opposite of my experience flying WestJet from YYZ to GLA in 2017 on the 737-700. I flew Economy but the crew were amazing and even the coffee was good!
@@AvrgAvGeek01WestJet at one time was the airline to fly with. Fantastic crew members who would go out of their way to make your journey a great experience. Hi Josh, I am in a very similar situation like you. I am also an aviation UA-camr and I have been to Iran a long time ago when I was 17. I dream of seeing the US with my own eyes one day and I'd love to review airlines from America... unfortunately it's highly unlikely to happen. We can try to apply for B-1 visa but the likelyhood of it not being rejected is slim to none. Dear Americans have some courtesy with law abiding people that try to come to your country legally....

Being a US citizen I am amazed you cannot get a visa for the US. Something isn't right here!!! There is nothing special about flying on a US carrier, earlier yes, but not now! They really are a disgrace even though they fly everywhere, so if you can choose a carrier other than UA, AA, or DL you should, but then you won't get much on the other carriers either! It is really sad to fly within the US! And I thought WestJet was a good carrier to fly on, but I guess not! Thanks!
Thank you for saying it, WestJet have slipped and slipped a lot. They seem to have no desire to improve and claw back their image either. Customer service is great if you need to change things in your booking, but terrible if you have to make claims for cancelled flights or lost baggage. On many of the 737-800 and 737-MAX 8 flights the staff won't even let you know that there is entertainment available, that you can get it on your own devices, and how to access it; so most people just sit there bored out of their tree. The sad thing is, WestJet used to be great.
Josh, if you want to fly a unique Canadian airline, make sure to fly Porter! One of their hub airport is at Toronto Island Airport and they expand their route network. They fly the Dash 8 Q400 and Embraer E2 jet!
westjet is Superior to Air Canada. I fly with them all the time. Its premium choice for me. Plus they offer deals and go anywhere. Most Canadians will fly Westjet before Air Canada. Better service and no delays.
That's the state of both major Canadian Airlines (Air Canada & West Jet). Disappointing service, beatdown aircrafts and constant delays...and then they advertise that they are voted top north american airline.
Flair was a lot better than WJ when I first flew them for the first time last summer. I have noticed a sharp downfall of Westjets service since ONEX bought them out.
What a disappointment but no surprise on WestJet. Customer service was so incredible ages ago but as you said the crew had a bad attitude and did not greet you when boarding. When management treats staff badly it is reflected how crew treat passengers.
Thanks for the review. I was trying to weigh the options DUB>YYZ. There are many NS options on this route. AC, EI, TS, and WS. Flying this route often enough, WS is hit and miss. But your faster going AC or EI by nearly an hour.
Very unusual that WestJet used a domestic B737 aircraft for a transatlantic flight. Normally they use widebody planes for these trips. Your international premium economy seat is actually sold as "business class" for domestic trips in Canada, as well as flights into various destinations in the US and Mexico, which are also considered "domestic" trips by the Canadian airlines.
Josh, can we please have a new video of your story again as to why you're now allowed into the USA but without Kat...... The story needs properly explaining by yourself without the constant interruptions - i had to switch off after a few minutes, coildnt stand the constant butt-ins, the story had no flow whatsoever
@JoshCahill Top man. You're story telling on such issues are fantastic, and insightful as I'm sure many many other people fall foul of the USA travel laws because of visiting enemy countries. Some things just need telling the Josh Cahill way. Keep up the good work my friend 👍🏻
The WestJet experience certainly has gone down since they unionized. If you flew in Canada for a time, try the other airlines like Porter. They used to be such a good friendly airline and my go to but now they’ve just turned into Air Canada 2
That girl was so annoying. Not sure who would ever request her to come on again. If this was your very first video, some may think you were the guest on the show and she owned the channel. Thats bad! Real bad
Josh I am so sorry my country is so harsh (but also not surprising) I do love watching your videos. I may be American but I actually grew up overseas and lived overseas until I was 18 (I am 41 now). I have traveled to so many different countries and flew on some of those airlines you have reviewed, so I especially enjoy watching those! Keep doing what you do! :)
I love your videos Josh, I'm Canadian and have only flown with WestJet the past 20 plus years. I only had one real bad experience in 2020 in Toronto which involved my dog and I removing ourselves from the plane. Other then that WestJet has been a great airline, I hope when well travelled people like yourself take the time to point out bad behaviour that WestJet learns something and becomes proactive! I have worked in the hospitality industry for many years and always strive to be a better human being..........Happy Travels Josh! The plane you flew on should have been replaced for the flight........no entertainment for a few hours is a big deal, it makes you wonder what else might have been not up to standard.
So I took a WestJet flight multiple times a few weeks back and I did the premium economy. I've taken WestJet my entire life and I probably would never take them again now my experience seems like even if you're in that premium business they give priority to high class members and their credit card holders and frequent flyers they get to pick their meal first so they picked the good ones and your left with basically whatever they didn't want because there's only one or two of each, I also found the crew on one of my flights not so happy and it seems like almost every flight of WestJet is delayed when Onyx bought them over the company, lost all of its standards.
So many hate comments about his friend. That’s his friend not yours, if you don’t like it don’t watch. His friends are his business! It must be exhausting for so many of you to have so much hate in your hearts. This video is lovely.
Hey Josh as a newer subscriber I appreciate the explanation. Keep fighting, hopefully they'll let you in soon. I'd really look forward to seeing your unbiased reviews of the 3 Major US airlines along with all the low cost and any oddball ones. As someone based in the US and looking to become a pilot soon, I'd love to know which US airline you think is the best in terms of customer experience.
As a Canadian, I'm sorry for the unfriendly staff. Airlines have a complete monopoly in this vast land, and there is no proper regulation. There is demand, but the population scarcity is felt in this industry. I recently travelled a lot in Air Canada, and the crew was very friendly. I was surprised ngl.
I have also experience wonderful in flight service with Air Canada in the past 3 years on multiple overseas trips for business and pleasure. Have only flown WestJet for one trip 15 years ago and it was okay back then and friendly.
Hello Josh, I am so sorry for your bad experience on the WestJet flight. (Full disclosure I am a former westjetter (just a CSA and airport type roles though) but I do feel bad for you, and even though I am not at all paid anymore by westjet in anyway I still bleed teal. And I really do hope you give westjet another chance. (I also hope westjet sees this and takes action to improve things for its guests) (it’s important to call us out when we get it wrong- maybe we need to work on every single thing you said- like yes let’s get more food choices! And yes let’s triple check the wi-fi, I mean the FA could have given you a magazine or they should have announced it before you got on so you could get a book or maybe they need some type of digital book on drive they could give people if it ever happens - come on westjet problem solve). And for those that have flown and say it’s not been the same since the pandemic, you may be right it’s been hard for the whole industry and Canada was quite strict so I am so grateful the airline has survived but you’re right, we need to get our westjetty-ness back. And I do have hope for the future I know sooo many amazing FA’s that would be happily trying to make your flight nice and there is hope I have a friends daughter (blond Nicole with the nice smile) is a new FA and she is rocking it. Just a thought but not to excuse the missed greeting by the FA you had but I suspect he was trying to get the system to respond for the onboard wifi, and maybe that’s why he was punching buttons and looking at that console maybe he’s just trying one more time (I m not an FA so I don’t know for sure but I know he probably felt bad and was thinking “Please work!”). If you get a chance, fly out to YLW, the Okanagan Valley is really beautiful and I will get some fun peeps that still bleed teal together, my husband or I can DD and take you to a few wineries. There are several within a short drive of the airport. (If you had a car here I’d wash it for u ;) sorry inside joke, but free wine tour with crazy former westjetters is the best I can do. I really hope you give them another chance.
Josh, in Canada we have limited choices for airlines. Generally, i prefer Westjet to Air Canada. You get what you pay for, so cheap flights mean less quality. Those 737s are an old fleet. Air Canada planes are nicer to fly on, but lost luggage and crabby, older, bitter air crew is common. When i fly to the US from Vancouver, i often look for American companies.
Terribly irresponsible for that girl to be joking around putting him in the trunk of her car and driving to the US. Even if it was a joke, these are the kind of things you should NEVER say, especially on a video that goes online for the world to see while trying to get a B1/B2 visa.
I am Canadian, for the last 10 years I avoided using my country airlines. Thanks for this review, still poor service on board and passenger cabin lack of maintenance. Customers Service not very efficient.
Jeez have you not travelled in North America before? This service is pretty standard (and premium even since they actually give you food, something you will never get on a similar 7.5 hour flight from Denver to Honululu) and the whole point of wesjet's 737 route to Ireland is so they can use the same plane and crew for international routes.
The only Canadian airlines I like flying with is Air North and Ken Borak, especially their flight to Grise Fiord (awesome trip). I'd rather spend 3 days on the train (or even driving) than putting up with crap service from Air Canada or Westjet. Welcome to Canada, Josh :)
literally not a commenting type personal and i watched this vid to waste a couple minutes bec wj's my primary airline but wow are people being rude about the lady, those are friends catching up she's being cheerful and fun about a visiting buddy! misogyny's so pervasive. kat you're lovely and cheeky, mamadig!
I flew America Airlines many years ago from London to Miami. I found their hostesses arrogant and they couldn't be bothered about giving a good service. I wonder if things have changed.
In a word NOPE! I have flown a lot. Without hesitation the best airlines are Asian such as Cathay Pacific, ANA, Japan Airlines, Eva Air etc. even economy passengers tend to rave about the food and service. Emirates and Turkish airlines are also fantastic. The best North American airline I have ever flown was Ward Air, a now defunct Canadian airline. Right about now many former Ward Air staff and customers are sighing as they remember how good Ward Air was.
Man I think this kind of route is going to be perfect for the 321 Neo. Im not super excited about the narrow body revolution on these shorter flights, but I do love the 321.
Agree.. and the Airbus product is wider then the Boeing, so they have slightly wider seats in Economy. I can actually wiggle around in an Economy seat on any of the A319, A320, A321 family.
Westjet is not what it used to be. The staff used to have fun with passengers but that is all gone. I have paid for premium economy and also got either no food or the meal nobody wants. If you are paying a substantial price for a seat then you should be able to get your meal of choice. Pre flight you can request Halal, vegan, vegetarian etc.but you could not pre book a regular meal. I have emailed Westjet several times about this but never got a response. I do have a points program with Westjet but I am actively looking for a new points program and airline. Lastly a couple of years ago Westjet stopped travelling from Toronto to the UK. I could not understand this as flights from Toronto were always fill. When I called Westjet I was told they didn’t have an answer but offered to route me via Calgary. So that would mean I would have to fly 2709 kilometers West from Toronto to Calgary then wait several hours to board another aircraft flying from Calgary to Gatwick (7077 kilometers}. Again not sure what is going on with Westjet but you are royally annoying your customers.

But I’ve experienced plenty of what Josh experienced here with catering not being loaded and indifferent staff. It seemed way better when I used to fly them frequently for work back in 2016-2017

A terrorist??? Yeah right. A delay is as good as a ban. Same result. No travel. It's a ridiculous system..... but if you're and illegal you are welcome. Law abiding citizens are not. Just shows how daft the US system and its administration are.
Interesting how you know all this stuff 😅
It's as good as a ban. Pathetic.
It's not hard to figure out is it. What do they get paid for...
I agree with their ban. His only reason for visiting the US is for work, and all he does is catch flights and praises/criticizes US businesses. After visiting so many terrorist and murdering countries including Russia for no good reason, even I would ban him. They don't need another UA-camr.

@@EddieManning As you saw not even the Wifi was working. so yeah..
PLEASE PLEASE don't have her back! She is torture.

@Canleaf08
WestJet was sold in 2019, try using their services now, I mean as long as everything goes without a glitch, you'll be fine but as soon as there are any issues, delays, cancelation, rescheduling, or God forbid refunds, GOOD LUCK.
“I immediately got the Air Canada vibe”, perfect! The bad news is everything is like that here now.

You should try Air Canada once more make sure it is a long haul for the fullest experience. I promise it will not disappoint.
What???
Josh seems like such a nice guy just giving genuine airline reviews. That is his job. Give him a break US of A.
What most Americans don't understand is this: not only can you not travel into the USA, but without your visa you can't even transit THROUGH the USA. Hope you get your approvals through!
I hope he does also RPF... very much enjoy his reviews.
Noel Phillips travels to far flung places yet isn’t banned from the US, he even lives there now, it’s not right for you to be picked on? Keep fighting Josh ❤
It’s a very good point. Noel lives in Houston by being a British citizen.
Noel did mention that he couldn't visit Iran, else he might have trouble getting back into the USA. I find this restriction absurd; its obviously something the Jews have imposed as a way of punishing anyone who has visited that country, yet funnily enough Iranians do manage to go to the USA and some even live there.
He got a bit more biased lately, seems like promotion content these days.
Your friend is too annoying - she tries too hard to (loudly) impress….
Sorry turned off, when that woman came on 😩

That seems like the opposite of my experience flying WestJet from YYZ to GLA in 2017 on the 737-700. I flew Economy but the crew were amazing and even the coffee was good!
Apparently they were bought out in 2019, and cut a lot of stuff, especially staff morale.

It’s disappointing for sure. I say that as a Canadian. 🙁
@@annk387same here…. My next flight is probably gonna be on Porter, Now that they fly to Vancouver

The WestJet experience certainly has gone down since they unionized. If you flew in Canada for a time, try the other airlines like Porter. They used to be such a good friendly airline and my go to but now they’ve just turned into Air Canada 2

@@GiovanniPietro9000 That's kind of rude, no? They're just great friends.

I flew America Airlines many years ago from London to Miami. I found their hostesses arrogant and they couldn't be bothered about giving a good service. I wonder if things have changed.
Having to endure us Americans on their flights can deaden the soul. Americans tend to lose our manners when we go on vacatiion.
Don't ever put her on your videos again please
