    I was diabetic for about 20 years. And taking medicine for the last 15 years. First I stopped my morning medicine and started intermittent fasting two years ago and after 7 months I completely stopped my medicines . Now it's my 16th month without medication. My fasting Blood sugar is between 90 to 103, mostly , without medicine. So diabetic patients can also do it and can reverse the Diabetes. 🙏
