Respeto su cultura y todo , y entiendo que en korea o japon eso es aceptable y en son muy estrictos con eso de comer comida fresca😕 , pero de donde yo soy no cortamos ni abrimos a le sacamos la piel a ningún animal si aún está vivo , respetamos mucho la vida , ya es mucho que un animal entregué su vida para que podamos comer pero al menos tener un poco de empatía por los animales , no abriría y ni podría destrozar un animal vivo solo para que esté más fresco 😢, al menos den le al animal una muerte más digna , y después sigan con su arte

It was waaaaay more than the skin Jhonny, it was like getting arms, legs, nose, mouth, tongue severed AND THEN be skinned while being alive. Now, as gruesome as it may sound, its the way things are and has been for several years, cultures have different ways to prepare their food and one must be smart enough to understand that.

Extrapolating from that information, the heart remains beating throughout the preparation, as shown in the video, which may allow the blood to be purged, but if the animal is prepared after being killed, the heart won't beat anymore. So this might actually be the only way to safely prepare pufferfish. Unlike the other Korean commenters that called people hypocrites though, this person agreed that it was inhumane and thought that it meant that pufferfish simply shouldn't be eaten at all.

복어 자격증 있는 분들이 피에 독이 있어서 그렇다고 합니다. 불쌍하지만 피를 다 빼야하기 때문에 최대한 끝까지 아둥바둥 살려서 손질한다고 하더라고요.
잔인함에 극치...
기절이 아니라 그냥 때려서 힘 빼놓고 토막내고 가죽을 벗기네요. 동물단체들이 뭐라 안 하는지 궁금하네요.
