I would love to know more about what’s written in the exercises I do and am always frustrated that I can’t read the tips bc they are in Korean! If there’s a way to get my hands on a better translation somehow it would be amazing and so appreciated!!

Tanaka is a bit more intensive, mine are softer and more gentle. I tried Tanaka but found some adverse effects and decided to stop it and go for something more gentle.
