Thank you for this! I just had my third surgery for Stage IV endometriosis. I was told nothing can be done anymore because of damage from the other surgeries…all my female organs are glued to my bowel. I’m refusing a hysterectomy because I’ve seen what it does to women. I believe there’s an answer for everything, and I’m exploring progesterone and am taking DIM. I’ve never had my androgens tested! I just wish I could have had children. Hormones can be horrible!!
So helpful! I need to get my hormones checked, but I am so scared. I have most of the symptoms of high androgens, except belly fat and overweight. I will watch more of your videos.
I am 36 and I have Chin Acne... Tried every cosmetic and herb I could nothing has worked they pop back up every day... Its been 6 years now I have had this issue... Pls help Dr Taz
I am not 100% where I want to be, but I have had acne on my jawline, chin, since my early 20's. I stopped drinking soda back in October and have only had ONE breakout since then and it was a day after I drank a soda. Quitting soda has been harder for me than quitting alcohol but I believe it is probably the main reason my acne went away. I am pretty sure I have inflammatory PCOS though and I have excess hair growth on my face and neck and I'm still trying to find a "cure" for that 😩 going to watch this video but I've seen Zinc and NAC are very good to help decrease the hair growth.
@@Megan-gl4zz Home remedy for PCOS...the one which I know is sure to work in some %s are Berberine powder, soaked Fenugreek seeds (bursts the cysts), Ginger and Castor oil (penetrates uterus)...these are highly effective for leaky gut as well.
@@starry_786 Can you elaborate on what you mean by this a little more?? My stomach cannot tolerate Berberine, it gives me theeeeeee worst stomach pains ever!!! What do you do with all the stuff you mention? Drink it? Mix it all together?
@@Megan-gl4zz Pls talk to your Doctor before you ingest any of these. No dont mix them all they are supposed to be taken at intervals. Berberine is a number 1 ayurvedic strong hormonal medicine so its better to have it prescribed if it is really good for you. Or else look for a substitute. A piece of ginger taken on empty stomach early in the morning cleanses the colon and keeps the tummy healthy... It cures leaky gut preventing nutrition loss. Castor oil is highly penetrative and is low comedogenic... You can either massage it on your lower abdomen and uterus or to get max benefits schedule a day in a week... Fast on that day and take castor oil with warm water at night. Overnight soaked Fenugreek seeds can be taken regularly every morning on empty stomach it balances hormones, keeps the tummy clear and regulates periods. Wish you all well and good health... ♥️👍
Yep, everything you described I experienced in my early 20s. I think birth-control helped a bit. But after the age of 35, and getting off birth control, I started noticing those symptoms again 😢.
I always thought it was weird that my cheek produced this one really hard, dark hair follicle. Reminded me of a man's beard hair. I just thought it was a odd ball hair. Then I started noticing dark hair growth on my chin and neck. And now, I'm noticing my happy trail is extremely thick and coarse like a man's. Also, I've always had more muscle mass than other girls my age, and I constantly have high levels of stress even on good days. I have irregular period that may be two months apart or even two weeks apart. I also have a lot of cystic acne around my jawline and it constantly feels like my lymph nodes are sore and swollen. The last time I got blood work done was about 3 months ago and my T levels were slightly above average, but still was considered normal. I really am figuring this out on my own, I'm 24 now and for the past 6 years I've been having sharp pains shooting up my vagina, 5 months ago I got a look and discovered a slightly bigger than average cyst on my left ovary. Now I'm starting to have those sharp pains again and I'm about to make another appointment to check on the cyst. Could I be suffering from pcos? And possible high androgens?
6:56 Hi Dr. I have all the symptoms, specially hair loss on the top of my scalp since my twenties. I'm now 43 and had a testosterone pellets. What can help hair regrowth. I try to find answers 😟Thank you😊
Brilliant video - bravo for shining a light on this topic. I have sky high androgen levels and it’s causing me anxiety and depression. What can I take to lower my androgen and testosterone levels?
@DrTazMD - Hi! Thanks so much for this! Question, please - I have all the symptoms (esp growing dark/thick/coarse hair on chin and neck, with thinning hair on scalp). I have low Est, Prog and Test, NAFLD, high cholesterols, low D, low Ferratin and then some. Geez! Anyway, docs thought insulin resistance and maybe pcos (though T is low) and wanted to try me on Metformin and Testosterone pellets. But my job ended, which meant so did my health insurance. I am now fighting this alone with little income. Any suggestions, even supplements for the hair growth/loss, low hormones and high cholesterol? It's all tied together, I'm sure. Thank you, again!! 🙏🏼
As a Trans lady I take Androgen blockers and DHT blockers. I feel so great My wife however suffers from the symptoms you are going through here. However I have found out that Red Reishi Mushrooms are great to act as DHT blockers and Androgen too and natural as well. Yes you are correct hormones work together. Thank you for your video You deserve more views!!
I decided to try an experiment I got ahold of Primobolan 10ml, 100mg per cc. Took 1cc a week for 3 weeks after the 3rd shot everything went to shit, chest cramps, stomach cramps, super high anxiety, suppression and tits got sensitive and this was on only 100mg a week. But this is UGLAB garbage so who knows what was exactly in this shit. Definitely was scared shitless
I’m 49yo and in perimenopause and for many years have been dealing with excessive chin hair, hair growth in areas that it should not be, low libido, mood changes, scalp hair loss, weight gain, absolutely no energy, belly fat, and extremely fatigued all the time. I recently have had lab work done to check testosterone and androgens and I’ve been told my labs are normal. I know they’re not. I just know I’m low in testosterone, but high in androgens. Is it still possible to have bloodwork come back in normal range but still have all the issues you just described in your video?
THANK YOUUUU I AM IN TEARS BECAUSE I HAVE BEEN FIGHTING FOR OVER A YEAR AND DIDNT HAVE ANSWERS... THANK YOU
welcome

I’m no doctor but switching from coffee to tea, exercising while the sun is up, and regular acupuncture has helped clear up my skin. ❤
