      Doc can you help me without supplement just natural I take valsartan half of 80mg and now it's normal after drink hisicoubs tea 🍵 and now I have exams in pharmacy can you give course of train lower BP and my mom so well she take losartan +potassium 50 and HCthaizide 12.5

    This doctor needs to be cloned and put into every medical school to re-educate doctors with correct information about health. He is brilliant, and a gem of a person to anyone with common sense about how to improve their health in a sustained way. I just love learning from his simple to understand videos..     Hey the humming made me feel sooo much better! I was having a headache (having hypertension) and the vibrations especially when you really put your tongue on the roof, really soothes the pain away. Thank you Dr! Will do this everyday with the wall lean!

    Hi Doc, supposedly, regular coffee should be eliminated if we struggle with HBPressure. If switching to decaffeinated coffee, will it be Okay to have at least a cup in the morning?

    i do the nasal breathing every day sometimes a couple times a day, but i didnt know about the humming part of it. This is the first time i've ever heard of wall sits; i'll try to do it, but not sure if i'm physically able. Thank you Dr Story !
