Hey the humming made me feel sooo much better! I was having a headache (having hypertension) and the vibrations especially when you really put your tongue on the roof, really soothes the pain away. Thank you Dr! Will do this everyday with the wall lean!

Hi Doc, supposedly, regular coffee should be eliminated if we struggle with HBPressure. If switching to decaffeinated coffee, will it be Okay to have at least a cup in the morning?
