4 questions as a yet disappointed customer
1. if u use the upper cutting blade no 13 to get carrotts etc into slices, i always end up having little pieces circling endlessly on the top of the blade never gettinh cut..ehat am i doing wrong? the space between the lid and the cutting top is too huge.
2. how can i get the cutting knife on the bottom of the bowl.you are showing this function in the video but its not in the description!!?!!
3. why did the platic corners which keep the bowls in place and need to be used to start the function came off within 3 times of usage?
i now have to hold everything to being able to use this machine! really insufficient quality
4. the blending unit 22 has very sharp knifes but they too bent in relation to the holding part..eg nuts and bits always get stuck underneath and you need to keep stopping and releasing these parts every second.or otherwise add liquids all the time..which is not leading to the whished outcome.
if you have any help id be happy to try..otherwise this thing will end up in the bin asap
