I love this brand, but they are turning out so much products now I'm getting confused with what I supposed to use now, if I should change up and in what order. I even went onto the website and a lot of the suggested uses for skin types hasn't changed
Ya they have so many products it can be confusing! I usually make a list of skincare I'm out of at the end of the month and purchase a new The Ordinary product to try based on its function. So for example if I ran out of a hydrator like hyaluronic acid, I'll pick up another hydrator (like this marine hyaluronics) to test out and if I like it more than my previous hydrator I know not to buy the HA anymore. Then when I run out of the marine hyaluronics I do the same thing. Test out a different hydrator and see if I like it enough to keep purchasing or stick to the one I was previously using. I also return products if I don't like them/if I don't see a difference in my skin after a month, that way I don't waste my money :)

They are both hydrating serums but in terms of ingredients they are different :) If you've watched both of my reviews I'm sure you know how the ingredients differ. The biggest difference is that the La Roche Posay Hyalu B5 serum is thick and silky and leaves the skin moist whereas the Marine Hyaluronics is watery and absorbs instantly. So its up to you to decide whether you would prefer a thicker serum or one that is light weight :) Hope this helps you decide!
I’m p sure it’s to balance the pH, it’s such a small amount that it should be fine to use during the day (as long as you live in a humid climate, it draws moisture from the air so if you live in a dryer area it will end up drying your skin out- that’s my situation so I typically only use it at night when I’m using my humidifier)

I don't know what skincare set you are talking about, but this serum can be used with anything so I'm sure its fine :)
Why does mine have salicylic acid... does that mean I can’t use it during AM?...

You only need to use one of them because they pretty much do the same thing :)
