    guys those who are gonna try leg press after seeing this, remember to do them with your shoes. do not try with bare feet. the rope easily slips in bare feet and if it does it's going straight to your nuts. Speaking from experience😢😢

    I am slightly confused about the weight part. Are you supposed to do that many reps if you are that weight? Or your supposed to use a resistance band that simulates that weight feeling and so that many reps with it ?😅😅 I’d appreciate it if someone could help me understand. Thank you

      Interesting interpretation 😀 but its the band resistance to be used. However its just a reference you can use whatever weight (resistance) you want according to your strength.

      I personally don’t believe this crap would replace proper weight training m, but you can still get much thicker than he is using

      use whatever resistance that works best for you. if you're a beginner start with 20-30 lbs.

    hey it is so difficult to use more tubes for squats. it feels tubes will broke down during squat. any suggestions for high resistance squats..

      Try the thick loop style bands.

      ​@@Nigel__ or you can just lower the resistance. this just be used as a warmup for leg day.. incorporate it into dumbbell/barbell training.

    Sir i bought resistance tubes watching yout no gym no problem series but i can't able to do squats and some exercises due to its small lenth what can i do

      You can join two bands together to increase the length if that helps.

    The strap may slip from the leg. Be careful. Flat band may be a better choice.
