- A video captured last month inside a Delaware restaurant showed a women freaking out about another customer's service dog. The dog belonged to an Army vet who suffers from PTSD, and in the video she screamed, "I'm leaving because the food is nasty and there's a dog!" After the clip went viral, Ciara Miller explained to Inside Edition what prompted her reaction. "I don't have any regrets," she said. "I reacted based on how I was treated." #InsideEdition

I’ve known this woman for years. She abandoned her kid and husband because she thought my mom was sleeping with him at a camping event even tho they were just talking. And somehow today I seen her again while in court for a car accident. She’s still as crazy as the first day we met

There is no segragation allowed for the person who iwns the dog. Nor is there any one restaurant that can deny access to a person with a service dog. Now service dogs have expanded to being used for diabetes, epilepsy, autism, PTSD and more. They can also be used in schools. You have to remember at one time dogs were not allowed in restaurants and were considered unsanitary. It's one of the reasons I rarely eat in restaurants anymore. I have a dog but I don't take him to a restaurant or on a plane because I know that everyone doesn't look at a dog as part of the family instead they look at it as just a pet.

I'm a veteran with a PTSD service dog. She should be glad she ran across him not me. My chihuahua wouldn't be okay with her screaming at me like that especially after I lost it. Then she would've known why you leave a veteran with PTSD alone. That dog is a warning.
She said she's familiar with ptsd. If that's true, then she had to know she could've triggered an attack from the overly hostile, screaming behavior. I'm not a vet, but I have ptsd & just listening to all that crazy ranting from her had my blood pressure soaring, heart palpitations & flashbacks.

Brandon Nguyen Most people do not like being treated like a doormat and will not tolerate disrespect. She was, in other words standing up for herself if what she said was true. She's not immune to criticism nor is she special, but the other people verbally berating her was wrong, just for her decision to leave the restaurant and should be addressed by her or most likely the restaurant's management or customer service so they can take the appropriate action. Unfortunately it seemed the restaurant management was not on her side, so maybe it seems she could file a complaint somewhere if she thought it was necessary. If the other patrons would have just minded their business and let her leave she wouldn't have yelled and screamed. I'm not excusing her actions of yelling and causing a disturbance, but people need to mind their own business and not be needlessly rude and disrespectful to people for making their own decisions. It is restaurants responsibility to make sure everyone is having a good dining experience and that everything in the restaurant is in order. She should have just taken her complaints to management directly and then left or filed them with an appropriate agency. It's not ok to treat people badly just for making decisions.
