    Great video!
I love your philosophy of using your camera and pushing their limits on occasion.
Some people ‘hide’ their expensive cameras away or become overprotective.
Others use it even more to get their moneys worth ;)
While I do keep my equipment clean and take great care of them, I would say Im part of the latter group haha.

I have this camera combo and it is spectacular. There really is an entirely different presence the images give straight out of camera compared to my previous Nikon D600. Sharpness is exceptional, whether it’s details in landscapes on star sharpness in astrophotography it is excellent across the board. I use Cokin nuance nd filters and find them to give imperceptible colour cast. I also recommend processing your tiffs initially in Hasselblad’s phocus as you’ll notice a significant difference in the colour handling of the software compared to lightroom, especially the reds. I hope you gave that camera a good wipe down after getting all that salt water spray on the body, even though it’s built like a tank salt water can corrode too easily! p.s, you’ve an odd clip of you getting some hot tub action around the 8:02 mark FYI!

Seeing you use it in those conditions i feel ok going for a X2D and using it in those conditions.

Usually the color tint, using a polarizing filter, is influenced by the angle of the camera to the light source. Are you pleased with your choice of the zoom lens or a prime would be your first option?

I have shot mostly with zoom lenses before, so that's what I'm most comfortable with.

Tackar!

    Thanks for sharing amazing pictures.
So, what do u suggest ?
I am not a photographer by profession. I initially bought Sony RX100 M1 (few years back) for its compactness and low light capabilities to shoot when we r out for dinner or night parties etc.
So, my query, what do u suggest The Best Compact Camera to upgrade which I will always carry like I do carry rx100 M1 with me. I mean, if it were to be only one camera+lens kit, what would it be ?
    Thanks

Hi! I am not really the right person to answer that question. I never use compact cameras for what I do. I think you're better off checking some reviews on UA-cam :)

@@SHOOTITFilmPhotography ok. Then which best DSLR and lens combination is best as fit for layman like me for street, portrait, landscape, night photography. Not expecting super duper results but reasonable good result without hassle of keeping multiple camera body and lenses.

@@gurmeetsinghkalsi In that case I would reccomend the Canon EOS RP or the Canon EOS R. You can probably find these cameras used as well. As for a lens; if you are using an EF to RF adapter, the Sigma 24-105 f4 is an excellent lens for a low price. Or you can look at an RF 24-105 or 24-70 but the RF lenses are quite expensive.
The mirrorless product line (EOS R, RP, R5, R6, R3 etc) is the future. But if you want a cheaper alternative with a DSLR body I would recommend the Canon EOS 6D mkII. This body combined with a Sigma 24-105 f4 will get ju some pretty good results for a low price.

I've just hit the "subscribe" button, because I found the commentary helpful and informative (I've just bought one of these cameras myself for landscape photography), but I very nearly quit watching half way through because that godawful "muzak" constantly playing as you were speaking was such a distraction. Lovely images, by the way.
