My husband sees me using my head not my eyes and he reminds me of what you said. I need to use my eyes and not my head when walking. I am recovering from a weird metal toxicity from an orthopedic implant that almost killed me and accident and learning to walk again. So thank you it helps me with walking!
My dad was an eye doctor he always told me to do eye exercises but I never did. My eyes feel so weak when I do this but I know I can strengthen them now. Wish I would have listened to my dad! I did about other stuff but not that. I was a professional dancer and didnt put much value in exercising my eyes!

Hi! It's really common to have knots in the jaw. Please regularly massage it, as long as it doesn't feel to painful and it feels more beneficial then continue to do the massage.

When I do this one my hubby makes sound effects it is pretty funny but everyone asks do I have botox and fillers that is how much it work! I cant get those shots because of the metal toxicity it would cause me a heart attack so thank you for these I never knew it existed and found you by mistake, I never look up anything to do with wrinkles or anything! I look up foxes and animal videos then yours popped up! You are great!

So powerful! With all the hand-on-forehead exercises, the effort transfers from my (immobilized) forehead to back, waist etc muscles subtly contracting to pull *down* instead of my forehead having to pull *up* .. xoo

There are so many different face yoga methods and teachers out there I get so confused which one is best to produce the best results. How often should you do these exercises and does it matter which order they are done it. Also i worry about pulling on the delicate skin around the eyes. Wouldnt this pulling make the skin stretch and make more wrinkles? My eyes are bad at the moment and want to know if this will help with saggy eye skin dark circles and puffiness. Thanks

Also, the techniques won’t damage skin (they will improve it) but you must do all with care and not see the skin drag or crease throughout x
Hi Danielle!! I just started watching your videos and I love them! I wanted to ask, for the second exercise with the O shape, are you stretching the philtrum but doing this which could result in this elongating and making the mouth look older over time?
Do u have any more excersises for corners of mouth dowmturned an excersise that may be has repetitions to lift I always find more results if I do excersises in repetitions say 50 or 100 just to where muscle starts to fatigue haven't reallymentiomed that on your videos maybe a video on that would be helpfulxxx

I'm there with you I had no jowls or wrinkles around the eyes And now I really got to work hard to help me hopefully look younger. Shes a great face yoga teacher and I been watching 👀 her videos for 6 weeks. It definitely helps, but takes time.

Hi! You slightly stretch the lip to engage muscle but don’t over exaggerate it x

Hi! You shouldn’t feel pain, if you do then stop or reduce exercise. But the eyeballs certainly will he exercised here along side the muscles xx

@@corenaelmer3000 for me I had results within a week. But more on sagging than wrinkles I started with wrinkles later. But the response was immediate!
