Hi Danielle. I am 61 years of age and just starting out with face yoga. You mentioned doing the exercises daily. Could I ask for how long please to get best results. May areas of concern are puffy /droopy eyes, naso blasial lines, marionette lines and jowl area. I hold a lot of tension in my jaw which often moves up to my temples. I have purchased a jade roller and gua sha. Thank you for sharing your very helpful relaxing tips.

Yes, in many cases Face Yoga can reverse existing lines but it requires a combination of doing a daily structured Face Yoga programme and a good, healthy lifestyle/skincare as well.
Do you have to do face yoga in certain order? I dont want to do too much in one area and not enough in another and make my face look worse. Do you have a daily schedule somewhere ?

Hi Danielle I've just bought your book but it will take a week or so to get here so I'm doing facial yoga on UA-cam with you. I have a question about the exercise on here where you turn your head to the left then right and tilt your chin. Where are you supposed to feel it because I don't feel it anywhere so I'm obviously doing it wrong so a little advice would help. Thank you.
I`ve often read, that if massage your face every day, than your skin will get used to it, and the effect will bring the contrary effect. So more wrinkles?

You’re welcome! Ideally each technique 1 minute per day and you can do up to 50 mins of different techniques x
