Completely agree with the speed sticks alone, do not maintain balanced speed gains. I do still use them, but along with strength and flexibility work including switching from club speed to ball speed then back…
Big fan of your golf gym workouts. Following along keeps my upper body strong and stable. I just need some exercises for the „knee“ stability as I just recently experience problems (I guess the meniscus due to the rotation in the golf swing). Would love to see a dedicated workout that helps to protect the knees and make them stronger. Keep up with the great content
