    Great video Alex, much appreciated as a new 40 year old. Potential future video suggestion, are there any specific excercises to get your back muscles (such as around the spine) so they're able to handle overspeed training?

    Great workout!!! This is what I need. I'm 45 and have definitely seen my speed diminish. I've tried to do some speed training and have found my body doesn't really like it. A better foundation may be the antidote.

      @@industrialpalletworx3548 Yes exactly. A lot of people try the over speed training and get hurt because the body can’t handle it. Build a bigger and more efficient engine and you will be more capable of speed.
