He is, by the end, actually quite the hero: only perhaps Rodney comes close in having to face his fears and weaknesses, push past them and grow as a person. And he does.
Love how similar Jack and John are. In terms of humor and their characteristics "I've been sitting next to you the whole time, why do you think I have more info? "I'll try to run the drones into your least favorite building."
Those defense drones are totally useless! All five miss their target on the initial approach, and then get outmaneuvered by a cargo shuttle and end up damaging the city they're supposed to defend. They seriously need to upgrade their weapons systems to be able to penetrate plot-shielding.
@lolaz wabby That's a good point, the replicators can't use the control chair. They probably fired them with some basic defense protocol and then the drones followed their automatic behaviour after that (like when Carson fired one in the first episode, and it automatically attacked the nearest helicopter when Carson lost control of it).
Love the attention to detail. As the jumper passes between the superstructure of a tower, you can see its shields flare up as it scrapes inside.
Woolsey had a LOT of character development.

At least they get along better

Why do you think I have more information? 😂😂
Because Jack always has Carter or Daniel, and they usually do. 😅 Plus, he always has something to say
The detail of this is amazing!

the only time drones are devastating is when Jack, Shepard, and/or Beckett r firing them
Lorne & Zelenka took out a hive ship with them, remember?
the replicators probably couldnt control them mentally?
