Thank you. I finally found the recipe that my flatmate from Delhi used to cook. Delicious ❤
This is one of my favorite dishes to make. I always make some variety of it a couple times a month. It’s so flavorful and delicious loaded with vegetables like roasted cauliflower or sweet potatoes and i often add a can of coconut milk to it. I’ve never tried it with tomatoes; I have to try that. Thanks for sharing.
Yeees, I love me some lentils. It's easy to cook, and it's healthy.

For how many persons?
I’ve never had Dal but it looks good so I want to try it. Would you eat alone or with rice?
from my experience either way. a good flat bread like naan goes well too.
Great recipe and presentation 👍 🌝
Thanks ✌
Can you substitute curry powder for garam masala?
Yes, you can.
I am told you are not to add salt because it hardens the lentils. Should wait until they finish cooking.
🎇Diwali 🎉 special Masoor Dal lol
👍🌴👍🌴👍🌴
Isn’t Ghee made from butter so it’s an animal fat which doesn’t makes this vegan :) but it still looks amazing and so easy to put together ❤
vegetable ghee is a thing.
Or u can use coconut oil instead 😊
No tarka
Thank you for the recipe. No offense but you are wasting too much water when you are washing the lentil.
yeah, burned onions never been healthy but thanks for sharing
