I've been self employed, running my own business for 4 years. The first 2, I was doing OK, but I'd have gone under by the end of the 3rd year if I hadn't hired and accounting firm to take that pressure off, even though my accounts are relatively simple.
Still wearing a LOT of hats, and I'm happy I to have tried them all on, and kept the ones that suit me.

This was actually such an inspiration. I've been slowly setting the grounds for a future bakery business over the last year and a half (originally planning to have opened a year ago but the pandemic delayed it, though how I ever thought I could've gotten the details pressed out while also crafting recipes in such a short time frame sounds insane) and i've been asking myself as of late if it's worth it. And there's a chance that it's not for me, and that baking is really just going to stay a hobby.
But at the same time, it's good to hear what it's like from the other side of the starting line. And maybe the headaches will be worth it.

Thank you for the inspiration. I'm working through how to express my creativity (and how to monetize it in the future bc I hate my 9-5). I love making things with my hands so learning how to make jewelry has been such a joy.

I don't have a need for either of those services but I'd happily join a Patreon or "community member" thing that UA-cam has.

Can.. can we please acknowledge the missed opportunity of the multiple levels saying, “my hat’s off to you” to your business manager would have been awesome? 😂😂😂
Another excellent episode. Keep it up! 💟

This was incredibly inspiring and helpful to watch, thank you! I plan to launch a few side businesses this year, in hopes I can ramp them up over the next few years to make them my full time work. I am finally leaving my current (soul sucking) FT gig next week to a less demanding FT role so I can build these businesses up. I'd be lying if I said I wasn't a bit nervous and scared, but the excitement is finally outweighing the fear!
Absolutely loving the new vlogs, so grateful to have found your channel ☺️

    Another great looking vlog!
I'm currently juggling a salary job, a new self-employed side gig and trying to motivate me to start making videos. So far it's going...okay. Need to make more traction on the side gig to see the potential.
I've juggled many hats before in a previous job and it's pretty satisfying when things are falling into place. But the chaotic crashes can be demoralizing. I definitely found delegating tasks so I can focus on my strengths to be the best way forward.

Love your videos 💜💜 and pieces! I hope I can get a piece done by you one day when I can afford it.
I have a question is it possible for a 14k gold ring to turn my finger green? It’s a 100 ur old ring that was passed to down to me and I was playing with it on my finger which then turned green. My aunt told me that it happens sometimes to people whose skin causes some sort of chemical reaction. Idk 🤷🏻‍♀️
