Manual swaps exist for the modern maximas not too much has changed besides power output

I know that's right.
The Vibrant works well with the VQs engine. Better choice than going I with a resonator delete. It should be on the list of one if the best exhaust mods for this type of engine if you want it on the loud side.
If they gave these cars DCT's now days, I wouldn't think twice about them to be honest. Always thought they were great looking, great sounding cars. Just can't get past the CVT.
On the nissan yes but seriously, i got cvt on my honda civic sport and i kinda like it . Im not a big fan of this type off transmission but this is cool . Sry for my english *

I'm glad that it has this setup on the maxima because it helps a lot to get the raspy sound away to be honest 👍

Do you lose back pressure from deleting the mufflers? Does the car still have the same power
How much do you guys charge to do that? I have 7th gen max and I’ve already deleted my resonator and added two aftermarket mufflers but it’s got too much drone noise.
sounds good . dude shoulda used the manual shift on acceleration since it is a cvt , to sound better . Have him come back and do it over.Lol
What would be louder, a straight pipe resonator or a vibrant resonator like in this video? Right now i'm running it straight out of a straight piped resonator but plan on adding straight pipes back onto it with those exact exhaust tips.
I had a non-straight pipe resonator non-delete added to my cat back preheader system that I scrapped for a stock Ram 2500 cummins diesel particulate filter pre-turbo on my built Honda CRX. Sounded pretty OK.
We all said he will be back and he should have cut the mid one too

Hey Exhaust Addicts, I have a dodge ram V10 that I recently but dual Magnaflow Magnapacks on, and it drones very bad, do y'all know any fixes? I spent quite a bit on the Magnaflow's and would hate to lose 'em, I'm thinking maybe some resonators, but figured I'd ask around first. TIA!
X pipe may be cheaper but idk if it would do much

CVT transmission
Nope, it's a CVT. It's a belt and pulleys. No gears involved. The new maxima's at least simulate gears shifting so it's not a constant stream of sound

Exhaust note very nice! CVT Laaaaamuh...It might as well be electric. Nobody likes a stuck throttle.
