Wow just wow. So here we have a beautiful host who isn't just easy on the eyes but who is actually very educated on these cars and also knows that every single person who helps build these cars plays a vital role in making these monsters run at their best? Why can't more car channels on UA-cam be like you guys? Lol subbed! Can't wait to see more from you guys!
The guy's face at 14:28 was like... Oh, Come ooooon!! I spent a whole lot waiting for my turn listening to you guys and now you leave without interviewing me🥺😩??? What the heck!
Wow now this is one of the best video I have come across ever. Great incite and not just a quick list of shot goes in pretty much a demo. Well dome pole position the whole package great work, please keep them coming :-)
It was interesting with the turbo guy when he explained that the car recirculates everything while the drivers foot is not on the gas. I take it that its to prevent turbolag?
Well Presented!!,It helped me understand the working of Rally cars and I wanted to own such cars as the roads in India are pathetic and only rally tuned car would be the best option to drive on such roads. However I didn't see Hummers or Ford Pickup-Trucks used in Rally Events.
NOTICED A FEW ODD THINGS!! AT 5:32, ON THE BLOCK, THE SPACE BETWEEN THE PISTON & THE HEAD, THERE IS A 6INCH (OR MORE)GAP!!!! WHERE THE HEAD WOULD NORMALLY MOUNT,THE DECK OF THE BLOCK IS RAISED 6INCHES OR MORE.MY MOTOR DOESNT HAVE THAT PLENTUM .MANY QUESTIONS REGUARDING THAT!!!! ALSO THE PLEXIGLASS INTAKE SPACER AT 5:36?????
D.j. B I believe the stock cylinders and liners are completely bored out of the block and replaced with sleeves; such as manufactured by Darton. They are centrifugally cast modular iron, and considerably stronger than the stock aluminum with iron liners.
of course it is if you can afford it anything becomes possible !!! But why you would wanna do that ??? Just to look cool ??? Before you add unnecessary stuff on your car you must know how much each part will effect your cars performance .
@@georgeisaak5321 Yes, it would be kind of silly to have those big flares and wing/aero air dam front clip, on my ST WITHOUT that car's; AWD system, suspension, wheels/tires, power (even though some limited number street Fiesta STs are making more power than these, albeit NOT as 'tractable'), gutted interior, racing seats and steering wheel, etc.
Incredible host !! Not everyday especially here in the US , well besides POWERBLOCK TV , but very unique you see a female not only that but a female that knows what she is asking/talking about very great job , learned alot especially of a motorsport that in my opinion one of the best
No automobile engine for an average production car is made in such way. This is pure precision . Many exotics are not even made in such way , oh yes. LFA , GTR , Ferraris and Lambos . Over $500K , maybe , but the rest .........?
The R5 rally cars are going for up to that $500K USD, and the actual top class WRC cars are nipping at a MILLION USD, EACH, before spares, extras, etc. 😉
Holy shit. The host knows her shit, or at least did loads of research beforehand! Either way, it’s amazing to see such a high tier host compared what we get normally
I do have a ? What is the difference between the WRC cars and the Rallycross cars ? Does it use the same specs / power as the rallycross cars , of course I know the setup via suspension is setup different but what about everything else
The top class Rallycross machines are unrestricted as far as turbo inlets go, and two liter displacement, so they make ~550 to almost 650 BHP, whereas (in this iteration/era of the WRC top class cars) the 1.6 liter displacement WRC cars made an inlet restricted ~300 BHP, or at least that was what they were 'supposed to be' limited to. 😉 The top class rallycross cars' engines are all in a 'north south', inline layout, the WRC cars use an 'east-west' transverse engine configuration. The rallycross cars are a bit lighter since they do not ever have to be road legal/usable, and have no functioning; headlights, horns, etc., and carry no co-driver, so only a driver's seat, no intercom, no rally computer/odometer, simpler/lighter wiring harnesses, etc. The driver's seat is allowed to be a bit more set back towards the center of the car in Rallycross, for better weight distribution, than the WRC cars are allowed. Unless they changed the World Rallycross rules later (??), the rallycross cars all used floor mounted sequential shifters, whereas the WRC cars, in the top class/level were permitted steering wheel paddle mounted shifters.
finally, a pretty woman who knows how to show (or pretend? haha :D ) interest in these things, make good questions and shows the main parts of the process. By the way, in the eletric part, this LCD dash is for the GT cars right? Rally driver only have to see the rpm and the actual gear as i saw in many onboard video, they dont have time to push buttons.
Used to be a mental hospital... nope! I've seen too many horror movies to know where this will be going. Imagine the ghosts driving these cars at night. LOL
All you need is money..You have enough money and everybody will find you so fascinating, and they'll connect with you and the more money you have the more perfect you are...Spend enough and all your friends will call you professional..The other thing is to choose your events carefully...
Love how the turbo guy is explaining how it works
Me too, bud. Me too.
He's a real turbo guy 😂
7:50 This guy's engineering knowledge is so big it's expanding the back of his head :O
It IS a great feeling to discover ways of putting things together from noticing analogues in natural settings.
Another funny comment hahhaahaha
That's his occipital bun and really is a sign of having a big brain

Shouldn't be watching UA-cam in a library hope you didn't get in trouble.

The workshop is so clean.
Its a professional racing shop it needs too be extreamly clean so no contaminants get into any parts to reduce failure
Any serious racing workshop is clean as a surgery room

you are totaly right
I am very surprised too, she kept the conversation going until every question was answered, very energetic about the subject!

So awesome how much detail goes into every part of the car. Also I'm in love
The camera spent too much time looking at the people and not the parts.
The camera man or woman might have been drewling over the rally automotive technicians. Lol good one
Well, if you want to know how the parts look you just look up blueprints :P
I'd watch you guys report on how grass grows, this was great.
