Birth certificates are physically signed by both parents. If the father acknowledges the child, if not, then it's just the mothers signature. It is not printed or typed out by a computer or type writer. The document is printed out but requires a physical signature by the parents.

Poor Gladys, she had to bear a terrible burden all of her adult life. I always wondered why she always looked to unhappy. When your are buried in a grave yard don't they write it down in a book and you get a number. Birth certificates are physically signed by both parents. If the father acknowledges the child, if not, then it's just the mothers signature. It is not printed or typed out by a computer or type writer. The document is printed out but requires a physical signature by the parents.

How the hell was he a decoy in 1974-77 when he was in the navy? Theres ex band members that left comments on on his eta video none of mentioned any of that. More like he was terrible with the money when it came time to pay them
