I just sold my Mark XX and am done with IWC. For them to sell a $5000 watch that can't even be accurately set without a workaround because the minute-hand jumps when the crown is pulled out or pushed in is unforgivable, especially when they claim it's "normal" and refuse to fix it under warranty. And that was after they'd already repaired the watch for running 20-seconds/day slow. It's too easy to make or source a reliable, accurate 3-hand movement to make any excuse for them on the issues they're having with this one. The lack of customer support when this started happening soured me on the brand enough that I couldn't wear my watch without feeling like a fool for buying it. It's a shame, because the Mark XX is an otherwise nearly perfect watch for me in terms of design, sizing, and finishing. If only they'd have carried over the Sellita movement from the Mark XVIII...
That’s a shame as I have the blue dial with the additional brown leather strap. You’re right, my Aquaracer Chronograph 16 from 2007 holds better time than the MKXX. I just love the design and quality finish of the MKXX.
@@richardcollins586 No doubt, the XX is a beauty and it was hard to let go of for that reason-I still miss it when I see pics. But for I just couldn’t forgive the quality and customer service issues at that price.
I thought we were done with Watches and Wonders! And yes, George, you HAVE talked alot about IWC! Enough! The dinosaur was a nice touch though. Who knew Adrian was the natural comedian of the group!
For me living in south east asia i dont have all the chances to go to WW (i can but not easy). Its great the AET team are showing everything they can from the show (might be boring to some) and makes me appreciate watches more! The lego on the time machine is awesome and yes these little details we dont see on other channels! Thanks guys!
The way they test the movements for ‘10 years’ worth of time is cool but then I was thinking, does the speed increase the friction which in turn generates heat…? Are there any engineers in the house!😅

Guys, great show..but the clapping (involuntary ticks) are killer on the senes..must be piercing to your sound guy..watch you vids ..especially this series of vids 🙏 What also kills me…that today when a brand thinks it’s a good look to flex their muscle on what is essentially free advertising..WTF are they thinking 🤔 It’s just a bad look Cartier…glad they resolved it.
When are we going to see normal/long content? Watches and wonders was 2 months ago and all i can see is 5 minutes videos every week. I like you guys but seriously now?!

Maybe an unpopular opinion, but I think IWC is overrated. The new ingenieur is so over priced as well.
