I'm so stupid. I have a hard time learning through tutorials because I am so forgetful and become confused easily, so I've thought to just invent my own stitches. I (thought I'd) invented this stitch recently, and I was so proud, like, "well, that looks pretty, and it's easy, too!" 😂😅. It should be obvious to me that most ideas for stitches, especially for simple ones, already exist. I'm so glad I have a name for it, now, though.

So....what do you do at the end of a row to start another row? All this sh9ws is the end of a project. I'm at the beginning. Do you have a video that shows the beginning? I'm pretty sure if we have the beginning instructions, I can end it.

Chain 2, flip & continue doing the same stitches throughout.

No she indeed went into the 2bd stitch. Let's say she had 12 stitches chained, so she does 2 extra for the height, has 14 now and then she starts working into the 12th stitch. The 14th doesn't count because the needle is already in there and she needs the 13th stitch for the height. Hope that helps :)

why not start from beginning, if you’re going to a tutorial? 🙄

      I think it's because it's easier to see the loops/stitches on a piece that's already started :-)

If that is how you hold a small project, how do you hold a larger project? I have never seen anyone hold their project from underneath.

No. A black hole will form and tear apart the space time continuum. Don’t do it!!
