Google apps Je begrijpt, dat ik met veel interesse je videos heb bekeken. Voor ik je iets vraag: ik heb jaren lang Linux gebruikt. Alleen, een OS is altijd voor mij als een hamer. Kapot of heel- ik ben alleen geinteresseerd in wat ik er mee kan doen. Ik hoef ook niet boomsoorten te kennen of metallugie te bestuderen om een hamer te gebruiken. Il begrijp helaas daarom van sommige termen of praktijken erg weinig. En dan vraag ik: 1) Omdat LineageOS nu bij versie 18 zit en het niet mogelijk is om een update te doen - is 'rooten' riskant zonder ervaring? Makkelijk te leren voor leken? Bij het bekijken van je video zie ik hoe geroutineerd je er mee omgaat. Geen paniek. Even zó vasthouden. Ervaring spreekt. Ik zou al snel met mijn handen in mijn schaarse haar zitten. Braxman waarschuwt, dat het makkelijk is je mobieltje te bricken. Vraag 2) Is die update de moeite waard? Over de Nexus 7 2013 - Loont het zich op betere roms te wachten? Is dat tablet niet erg zwak vanwege het kleine geheugen?
Nexus 7 (2012) HiFi tablet issue At startup the tablet locks and shows the colored X sign. I press the Sound Down + Power keys and train in Bootloade and then in Recovery Mode. Unfortunately I do not have a custom Recovery installed, so I press the Sound Up + Power keys to enter Android System Recovery. I choose the Wipe data / Factory reset option and I choose the Delete all user data option. After a while I get the message that the data has been deleted and returned to the factory settings. I restart the tablet and the result is the same: it freezes in the phase that appears in the first image. How can I fix this problem since I can't access the tablet settings to check USB Debugghing and I don't have a Recovery custom installed on it. I mention that: 1. The battery is good, it charges and it lasts quite a long time (about 10 hours). 2. The Windows 10 laptop does not recognize the tablet and does not install the appropriate drivers. 3. I installed Universal ADB Driver on the laptop and it was still not seen by the adb devices command. 4. I still have a tablet identical to this one that works flawlessly. Can I use a backup of this tablet to repair the damaged one?
Go to xda-developers.org and look for minimal adb - then set tablet into fastboot modus - now find my video how to unlock the bootloader and install twrp - needed windows pc with adb - the unlock bootloader command and finally twrp - install twrp via adb again with command fastboot flash recovery Twro.img ( rename the twrp name into Twrp or image.img - think you can manage that ?
Having zero battery show after it was down for a year. I can't figure this out. Tried pulling the battery but still nothing. Also tried from bootloader menu shutdown trick. Still no go. Only other thing to think of is to load a new os onto the device. Lol yeah I kinda forgot how to do that.
The oreo one looks a bit sluggish. Slimkat rom is the best and nothing can't beat it till this day. It makes my Nexus 7 seamless and running like new + customizations. I'd suggest everyone to install Slimkat.
@@channel48 Fair enough, can't argue with that. But I have March 1st 2018 security patch and I think that's pretty recent. Also it's not a big of a deal to me bcs I don't put important items on this tablet and I don't press any suspicious links. That should be fine.

Try flashing twrp and boot into recovery, bcs twrp has its own adb enabled. So you should be able to enable usb debugging from there using adb.

did you unlock the bootloader
