* 100g unsalted butter
* 50g cream cheese
* 100g sugar
* 2 eggs
* 130g cake flour
* 50g brown cheese powder
* 4.5g baking powder
* 100g heavy cream
* 10g rum
* 4 slices of cheese (any leftover cheese you have at home will work)
* 8 muffin cups (or muffin tin)
* Muffin liners
* Hand mixer
* Thermometer

* Prepare the muffin cups with liners.
* Pro tip! Cut the slices of cheese into small pieces using a scraper or any other available tool. It will make it easier to incorporate them into the batter.
* Quickly cut the cheese slices.
* Mix the unsalted butter (100g) in a mixer until it becomes creamy.
* Add the cream cheese (50g).
* Mix the two ingredients thoroughly.
* Add the sugar (100g) in three parts and mix well.

* Beat the eggs (2 eggs).
* Gradually add the beaten eggs to the prepared batter in 5 parts, (mixing gently at first and then at a medium speed.)
* Pay attention to the batter as it gradually becomes thinner.
* Add the cake flour (130g), baking powder (4.5g), and brown cheese powder (50g). Fold them into the batter.
* Add the pre-cut slices of cheese to the batter.
* Mix the batter while ensuring that the cheese is evenly distributed, preventing it from sticking together.
* Stir the batter thoroughly.
* Incorporate the heavy cream (100g) and rum (10g) into the batter.
* Mix all the ingredients well, as if you were cutting through the batter with a knife.
* The batter should be thick and creamy in texture.
* Transfer the batter to a piping bag.
* Pipe the batter into the muffin cups.
* Remove any excess air from the batter.
* Garnish with your favorite cheese on top.
* Add a generous amount of cheese as the topping.
