I have a good questions that I wanna ask badly,
1. is cisgender considered a sin because I wanted to ask since yesterday cause I don’t understand what a cisgender is and is it a sin?
2. can Christian’s watch movies with lgbt elements in them, I know it’s a conviction issue and I don’t feel convicted from watching them but i wanted to ask badly because I was just wondering if Christian’s can watch movies with lgbt elements in them even thou I don’t feel convicted from watching them?

1. Cisgender simply refers to a person whose gender identity corresponds with the sex registered for them at birth. This would be contrary to being transgender. Cisgenderism is not a sin.
2. A Christian who is not convicted against watching shows/movies with LGBTQ+ elements in them can watch in good conscience. At the same time, as with ALL genres of shows/movies, we ought to be diligent about how media affects us. As soon as it is causing us to sin, harm ourselves or others, or weakens our relationship with God, then we need to step back and re-evaluate.

@@412teens hey I have a question if you know about the fandom and what shipping is like usually it’s like wanting two characters to be in a romantic relationship is it okay to ship same sex characters platonically like wanting them to be friends or reading fan fiction about intimate friendships instead of romantic relationships cause I’m kinda tired of our culture constantly talking about romance like it’s the only form of love out there

Totally agree that there are so many other kinds of love than romantic love! And there isn't anything morally wrong with thinking about characters being friends--even close friends. I suppose that wouldn't fall under the cultural definition of "shipping" (which almost always infers romance), so maybe add the qualifier of "friend" and call it "friendshipping." 😄

@@412teens I just found out that there is also platonic shipping I looked up the definition of shipping it’s basically wanting two people to have a relationship that can wait her be into a few categories family, friendship, or romantic or it could be an adult mentoring a child I used to ship opposite sex characters but now I’m starting to value friendship more than marriage and now my ships are all platonic whether they are girl/guy or older character child nothing sexual
