Insane GIANT TIGER MUSKY from the PUBLIC Dock! (Caught Sight Fishing)
Вставка
- Опубліковано 5 лют 2025
- In this crazy video I go out during a stormy day and encounter a very girthy tiger musky sitting by the public dock. My sucker has absolutely no chance when I toss him in front of the beast which gobbles it up in a second. After the hookset, things get crazy and he takes me for a wild ride through the lake jungle! 🐅

Congrats! Thank you for handling that fish properly and for releasing it. That's how ya do it folks!
I hear you but nothing wrong with keeping a big fish
I released what would have been a state record for Arizona black Buffalo sucker. And I regret it! 😂
Game and fish wouldn't recognize it. I measured girth and length
@@leonidas7281 no need! Just go to the grocery store. Let those big fish live to fight another day. Chris Rock said it best: "America is the only country where you can go hunting on a full stomach. " Fishing in this case, but same concept
@@islamicsalami7208 lol I don't buy fish from any store
Absolutely beautiful fish; one of the prettiest game fish I've ever seen. That's a memory to cherish.
You guys handled that fish like pros. Great communication and teamwork, minimal handling for measuring and photos. There's a lot of people who could take lessons from this video. Great job!
Haha they were communicating like a team of navy seals. They did a great job. It's so nice to see the next generation fishing like that.
Congratulations. Also I liked the way you minimized how long you kept the fish out of the water and the gentle handling.
Tiger musky, one of my dream fish to catch...Great video! Cheers from Italy!
Well done! Unfortunately I can tell you with certainty. That fish just cost you at least 5 Grand. ..for all the future muskie tackle your about to buy!! Best of luck my fellow muskie hunter!
Haha 😂
Great comment 😄
В России всё съели, потому что нет принципа поймал-отпусти
А что за живец был?

Haha. What was its length? My record is 41 inches from Mayfield lake in Washington. I've caught three 41 inchers. Looking for the holy Grail 50 inch fish. Also, they taste amazing breaded and fried up. Takes forever to fillet tho.
Wow, what a gorgeous tiger muskie well done!!!
Catching a musky in situations like that is almost always a shit show, but you guys did a great job with handling it and the release given the circumstances. You earned a new sub!
Minus putting it on the wooden dock unnecessarily. Next time I don’t recommend that. You should see what that does to their skin weeks later .

Congrats, bro. That is a beautiful fish - once in a lifetime. Sweet release, too!
That fish is beyond beautiful. Such a great catch and once in a lifetime fish! Side note, I’m 22 and it’s such a breath of fresh air to see others who are enjoying nature and just seem like good guys nowadays. Absolutely love to see it. Never change man 🔥
Nice one fella brings back a lot of memories for me.
Dock fishing at it's finest well done mate ! 🎣
Nice work. There were a million ways you could have lost her, but you didn't!
EXCELLENT. Thank you for catching and releasing. 😁👍
Wow. Once in a life time catch. Beautiful
Catch of a lifetime in a spot no one would expect it! Congrats man. Earned a sub. Great content
Thanks so much!
Fireeee
Way to go guys! Great job on the catch and the release.
That is the most beautiful musky I've ever seen!
Real nice and thick musky. A perfect unhooking and release. Not to wish you bad but i hope that cut leaves a scar so every time you look at it you can remember the rush you had. Well done and tight lines
I usually just refrain from washing the hand I "do things with". Same rush!
Guys, great video. The excitement and enthusiasm is what makes it so great . I thoroughly enjoyed this . Nice job guys
Hey man, I grew up in that area. I have caught some of my biggest largemouth over at Lac Lavon not far from there. I highly encourage you invest in an inflatable raft or canoe to fish that lake as large boats with outboards aren't allowed. I promise you, you won't be disappointed. Back in the early 2010's it was very possible to catch bass of both species around that 6lb mark, and huge pike over 40in. It never receives pressure aside from the dock. I used to have an inflated raft made by Intex and gerry rigged a small trolling motor to it. Bout the only lake out there in the twin cities I'd ever spend time fishing, also helps I lived three blocks from the lake growing up.
What lake is that in the video? I love Lac Lavon. Nice low key lake
Nice job handling this fish guys, congrats.
Have never caught a tiger muskie there. Only northern. Nice fish. First time i knew exactly where the spot in the video was.
Love how it was a team effort! Love the energy! Lets GO!!!!
Nice fish and good editing!
Nice muskie. ....great catch....and release....Awesome.
Nice work dude! That was intense!
Dude that was a super exciting video to watch! Congrats! Keep these coming!
Way to go. Get yourself a bigger net and kinda bump board or a mat for Muskie’s sake. Maybe some tripod rod rest would be useful too when you fish from some rocky shorelines like on Tonka.
I've caught a couple out of that lake, what a blast! Try the beach on nice sunny fall day. Musky love to sit in the sand and soak up the sun.
Wow. That was amazing. Congratulations!
Niiiiiiice! As commentors have said, there were 100 ways the hookup and netting of that gorgeous fish could have gone wrong, but you stayed focused, ice in your veins--bravo! I just would add, as others have: Kudos for your flawless handling of The Beast, you were paying attention when your father, grandfathers and uncles were giving free fish handling lessons ; I did see you ran your hand all along that muskie's giant jaw, but hey, who hasn't done that in the heat of the moment?! BTW: I just caught my all-species lifetime PB, 42" muskie, light pearl green, heavily barred, Jurassic, a brutal Michigan beauty! Tight lines, young man.
That’s awesome man congrats!
This was totally awesome to watch. Nicely done!!!
Awesome outstanding catch
Man I knew exactly what lake you were at with the thumbnail and dock. Helluva catch
Thanks a lot bro!
Congratz on this amazing fish bro!
Beautiful fish
My pb muskie is 50 inch on a KVD squarebill of all things. He towed the boat around for 15 minutes. Glad i got the video.
Catch and Release.
Awesome
Awesome job son, hooked forever
This is awesome…think I’m going to love your channel!😂
Crystal is a hidden gem. Some of my biggest fish are from that lake. Keep it up bro
Great release!! 👍👍
Great job! Great catch, Great release! Beautiful fish!
WOW! Got my heart rate up just watching.
Unusual for a Tiger to have that much of V in the tail - usually more U shaped like the pike. Nice catch and beautiful fish.
great job. nice release. fab viddy
Thanks so much!
An awesome video and catch! Congratulations.
Thank you!
Wow.....wish we had freshwater fishing like that out here on the west coast!!! Amazing man nice fish!!!
Great catch ! WTG

Awesome catch man! Caught my first pike last week at an apartment pond 30” 4lbs 7oz
Awesome video fellas
Much appreciated Sam!
Dude you got one !!! Nice FISH good job
Love this feeling. Had it on my 41 a 39 and 38 1/2. I swear they always look monstrous when there in the water as well.
They look huge in the water I had to freak out lol
@@North_Star_Fishing buddy I know exactly how it is. There is no holding back 😂. Makes me Wana skip goose hunting tmr and go after one more befor ice fishing comes around
@@chrissutton8354 the bite was on right before this cold from in Minnesota, now that it’s literally freezing temps who knows where they’ll be
@@North_Star_Fishing aah. That's something for sure. I haven't really tried for em to much in the cold but I just might
That is a trophy Tiger... I got a 42" regular musky off a dock like this once, I had to jump in the water and run around underneath to untangle the line. It didn't break and I was able to land it. When I first set the hook it actually jumped up half-onto the dock. It was crazy.
This is inspiring proof that you dont need a $300 rod and $300 reel to catch some monsters, very inspiring thank you!
Beauty fish well fished well handled...
I've started fishing a few months back and i've caugt a few pike, they look alot like the ones you catch here, what is the difference between pike and musky!?
Great video, you earned a sub man
Yeah, that’s what I’m talking about. That is a beautiful tiger musky.
How cool is that!?
Great job!
Well done guys! You guys are true outdoorsmen, showing respect for your catch. I’m subscribing.
I live in MN What lake is that I’ve been trying to find that dock for the longest
Same here!
Never caught a Muskie but can’t wait for that Day to come. Where is this lake? What state? It looks like absolute heaven. I’m in NY and have tons of great spots like this
Nice fish great job. I was about your age when I landed a 30 inches in Colorado
That's a big slob!! 40' minimum? That's insane!! I would love to see a 50 incher!!
Your video is very good and wonderful. I wish you good health 💪💪
Awesome !
Epic video!
Oh my god , my gratulation to this beauty )
Nice job!.....I remember my biggest fish like it was yesterday...same experience 12lb 2oz largemouth...fish of my dreams....love your your video!!! Congratulations!!!!!
Nice fish!
You can use live bait in WA for lakes?
my mother hooked onto a muskie two months ago during a walleye derby the fish couldn’t fit in their net, just using a jig heh 👍🏽
during that walleye derby i caught a Burbot lol
Hahaha 😂
Hey man just wondering where this dock is and what lake in mn im trying to get into musky fishing
Dang, what rod set up is that?
Nice!!! 👍
I remember chasing them musky off that dock like 12 uears ago. Alot more fun with a boat on that lake too.
Holy Cow thats huge. Where is this dock?
Nice Crystal Lake muskie.
Great🎉
Excellent video! UA-cam suggested you on my homepage and I couldn't resist clicking because of how awesome that fish looked on the thumbnail. Super intense fight, great job!
Thanks so much for watching man!
big fish
Nice feesh ma boi
How is it a Giant that was to small to keep, glad you released it
I used to fish that spot!! A bald eagle tried hunting some coots that day! Nice fish dude!!!
Oh my.. I recognized the fishing dock .. oh no! Im getting old!
@@isaaacc1 where is it?
Nice fish how much in lbs do you think that fish Wade. In the uk we get pike i had one of 23lb on a free river near me and i dont think that part of the river will be beating for years to come. Tight lines. ✌️🇬🇧
15-20 pounds it weighed for sure. I don’t think I will catch a pike 23 pounds 😅
@@North_Star_Fishing i though your fish was around that. The 23 lb fish i had was lucky it, followed a some Roach down from a private river my brother spotted it so i put a dead trout freelined it took around 20 mins to get it in. Never seen the pike after that day. A case of being in the right place at the right time.
Hahah I used to fish that lake when I was a kid! My brother got his rod snapped there. He reeled up and left his sucker minnow hanging down right next to the dock. When he walked away and a muskie grabbed it and since it was a weird angle leaning on the rail the top 2 ft of rod just broke off. We were all like WTF just happened?!? Good to see the fishing is still super fun there!
Awesome story man 😂
What lake is this? I live in Minnesota as well, this is beautiful. Congrats!
BADASS BBBRRRROOOOO 💪🏻🤘🏻👍🏻🤘🏻💪🏻🤘🏻💪🏻🤘🏻💪🏻
You got a new sub love the videos found you on shorts
Wow that’s crazy!
Good job on the release.
Dude I know that lake I can’t believe you got one that big there!! I went to eastview and fish a small lake right by that one for bass
Literally!! Lol
That thing is nice
wow, just wow
That was awesome! Thank you for sharing buddy!!
