Nice playing early in the video, but I hate to break it to you that is not Taylor's first foray into acoustic amplifiers. They did some guitar/amp releases many years ago that were very basic in volume/bass/treble controls. They were specifically designed for ES pickups. Look up Builder's Reserve.

At this price point, the Circa 74 obvious competition is AER, Genzler Acoustic Array, Mesa Boogie Rosette etc...Comparing it to a Loudbox is a non-starter, price points are way too different. Also, lack of phantom power on the mic channel is a notable omssion. It is pretty, though.

WOW,,, it is EXPENSIVE,,, The Fishman Loudbox Mini is by far the greatest acoustic guitar amp on the planet and it cost about 1/4 as much as this amp..

I do not like the fact that i can hear humming of the amp clearly even trough the music. I do not know if it is just the way audio is recorded, is it too noticeable in person?

The amp can hum, but that can be due to a few factors as well, one being poor electrical circuits and shielding in a building, others could be the guitar being used, the cable (both input and output), etc. We did do another demo that we will be uploading soon, which does not have any hum in the audio at all.
