You are so right! So many factors lead to us either changing our mood or helping our productivity of getting things done and/or what we want to do/who we want to be. I definitely need to track this myself!

I work in retail, and Thanks to this series, I no longer let rude customers or their tantrums affect my heart and soul. The amount of anxiety that this series took away for me in my life is astonishing! Love you Angie!!❤

I struggle with the outdoor thing too. There is snow on the ground today in Anchorage. I do try to go out for a drive, but it is getting darker and darker here, about 5 hours of daylight come December. I think I need one of those sun lamps!
Meditation is something I am working on being consistent in, too. These "smaller" things are important. 💗

I agree that calorie counting can be very triggering. We have to be careful because calorie counting is very easily a trigger for restriction and sliding into disordered eating ❤

I am so glad I’m not the only one who struggles with going outside. Apartment living just keeps you inside more

Day 12/31. Girl…I live in Syracuse, NY! No…I don’t get outside enough. It’s cold! I have my heat on already. I hibernate in the winter😂. I love getting into bed at night and reading. That is my jam. I recently binge watched Virgin River so fell off reading before bed. Honestly, I missed it. I finished all 5 seasons of Virgin River sO back to the grind. Off to reading. I love you too. See you tomorrow❤.

Love the walk through on how to use the tracker! I think I’m really understanding now how to pick the habits and the metrics below to have them work in tandem to increase productivity 🥰

Angie, thank you for your dedication to these videos and your daily videos. im sure you know it helps boost people's moods, days, etc., but i do not think you truly know the extent of how much these help so many people! I love this community!

My goal for the year is 5,250,000 steps. I did 5 million last year (I keep track daily by writing it down). So with that being said as long as I get 13,500 steps everyday for the remainder of the year I will hit my goal.

We have a date night every Wednesday night. It is something to look forward to and to celebrate halfway to the weekend. My relationship is a top priority and we work on it! Together almost 18 years and people ask if we just started dating. More in love every year. I also only use Facebook for marketplace that is it, don't care about others lives I'm too busy with mine. Good message today Angie thank you!

I did fall back further than I realized and abandoned a lot of the great habits that helped me soar through September. I have had to rest a lot, heal some trauma that comes from being my best self + feeling safe. I'm still recouping but these videos are what are really helping me stay focused and out of a potential spiral. Thank you for uplifting us!

    I need to get back to 5 habits. 1. Get up before 9 (meditate) 2. Movement/walk 20 mins 3. 5000 steps a day 4. Better diet 5. Read/listen book.

I have been crushing my water & skincare and can *really* kick it up in movement & going outside.
Ooooh girl, I have gone for my walks NOT AT ALL
I woke up early naturally today so I think I'm in a good spot for my morning walks and podcasts again

So many things to re-establish and get going again. The summer just wrecked all my routines and I'm still trying to get back online with all these habits. I know it's all good for me and I want to do it all, but sometimes it feels so overwhelming.

Fellow Canadian here. 🇨🇦 This season is a hard one for me. I end up hibernating in the cold weather. I hate it. Seasonal depression is a real thing. I’m sticking with you this year with the glow up and the Daily Grind. I know this year will be different though. Thanks to you ❤

I can legitimately get agoraphobic if I don't maintain a routine of going outside. That's a self-perpetuating cycle of DOOM! 💀
Vitamin D is so important! It's a direct part of the endochrine system too. On top of helping immunity and sleep, which you need to heal properly. ❤ Definitely want most of it from going outside.

I have noticed that my motivation has fallen, I was on point with my diet and staying on track. I have fallen off a lot more. I am refocusing today and sticking to my game plan. Its just so amazing that we are almost to the end of 2023 and if i stay focus most of my goals would be achieved. Lets do this!

Thanks for being so transparent about your own way of doing the tracking and what happens to you when you don't hit the list... this helps to align my own behaviours toward converting old habits into new habits.... BTW re steps - I've gone from sedentary which was less than 1000steps per day (if I was lucky) but on Wednesday, I cracked 4000 stepscheers
