    💙 Love setting a timer! That's how I clean the house i set the timer and when it goes off I go to the Next room! Some how it makes cleaning fun! 🧹🥳

    💙💙💙 Good morning! I just wanted to say thank you Angie! Yesterday, I was feeling under the weather so I was so not motivated. But not only did I hit all my goals for the day, I also did 100% of my Glow up challenge!!!! 🎉 It felt so good to go to bed before 10 pm feeling accomplished and relaxed. Honestly, thank you for showing that my goals can get done if I just stick to it

    If anyone is still struggling with goals something that helped me was to find a goal in each of the 10 categories! Something as simple as “tidy or organize” for my environment category or “limit spending on non-necessities” for financial helped me find my goals!

    I have a background in graphic design, logos, and website design, don't get me excited, and I've been one to spend hours working on a project. At the end of the day, get it done, but feel like I wasted more time to accomplish it. I've started sourcing stuff that absorbs my time and is not a needle mover. So I can totally relate to that.

    I don’t know what it was about the last video or just everything starting to really fire in my brain but I felt so motivated that shortly after watching it I came up with a name I really liked for my channel idea (including more/better ideas for it) and just went straight for making an Instagram account for it and making my first post! Invigorated and scared now lol
    I don’t know if this is what you meant by 5 Things but I wrote down: 1. Get up earlier on days off, 2. Set timers for activities that can waste my time, 3. Set up planner before doing other tasks, 4. Don’t snooze alarm more than once, and 5. Set up page/chapter goals for each day.

    Ooohhh, this will be good!! I have made significant strides to make this a priority with my 9-5 job, I just get nervous about how to handle it with a side hustle or, one day, running something of my own!!!

    I'm so grateful for the clarity that the Top 10 Goals and Top 3 Movers in the planner provide. It's helped so much on days that I feel like I should work more to be worthy or accomplished. I'll see that I completed my top 3, take a deep breath and sign off for the day. 💙

    Comment section, I feel like you know what do in this situation: How do you handle a sick day? I’m in the 5am club each morning for workouts, journaling then meetings. Today, I woke up with a cold and I’m struggling to feel fulfilled due to weakness. I know I need to rest in order to recover, but rest means stopping and I struggle to stop. I find that I’m beating myself up about it. How would you combat these negative thoughts?

      Being sick - even a minor cold - sucks when you feel like it kills your momentum! I get it! I've been sick for most of October so what I've done is sat down each morning, look at my goals, tweak the "Top 10 To Dos Today" section to be more realistic and then really focus on my wellness. So usually for exercise I go on a long walk or do a work out, but when I'm sick it might just be walking out in the yard in the sunshine for 5 minutes. I also have a water goal and that gets moved up to my "Top 3 Movers" and because staying hydrated is doubly important when you're sick. Same with my bedtime goal. Those two take precedent over some work and other life goals when I'm sick. And at the end of the day I still have stuff that I accomplished, which makes me feel good to check it off. And I'll usually include a note somewhere on the page about my symptoms. Somehow tracking them makes me feel stronger, but I don't know why 🥰

    I'm disabled so fixed income. If I make to much money I lose my income. What has really changed for me is that I have all day to do my goals. Most of the time I get them done but in no order or routine. I'm setting 10 goals to get done ( like my work day) during the day. I'm pretty organized but I waste my time. Not anymore.
