    I do agree with a majority of the things you've mentioned. My only caveat would be the not having the phone in the bedroom and the almond milk. Because every single person is different t hos also means that what they allow to enter their body will affect them differently as well. So what may be a negative for one person could be a positive for another.
    Also, not having a phone in the bedroom isn't a safe choice just because of something were to happen as far as a burglary or attempted break-in , ou would have to leave your room just to call 911. Just because the phone's in your room doesn't mean you have to look at it.

    This is one of the channels that gave me the courage to start my UA-cam channel 2 months ago about self development. Now I have 139 subs and almost 75 hours of watch time. I know it’s not comparable with others but I’m still proud I started because I’ve been learning so many lessons that I couldn’t have learned without getting started in the 1st place.

To showcase His love, peace, joy, etc. You radiate light and it's so refreshing to see someone incorporate prayer, God, in these types of videos. something i read that really keeps me vulnerable is: “eye-opening post for me included the words "people are meant to be burdens" as in humans rely on and support one another and it's not a bother it's our purpose; to love and be loved in return. so if you ever think you're being annoying just remember we were made to love and it's going to be okay” ❤

    Love all of these!! I am so interested in healthy hormones and shifting my eating to fuel my body in that way. I also heard once that with hugging children you should never be the first to let go. I have tried this with my children and some friends and when I wait for them to let go first, you can feel an actual breath release and them sink further into the hug before letting go.

    Tried almond milk for a while because I knew whey made me break out really bad, but it just doesn’t taste good and I found out less processed whole milk is not as bad for your skin. I switched to whole milk and it’s been great, but if you can’t do dairy oat milk is tastier and healthier than almond imo.

      As a nutrition-dietician student in a country where raw milk is banned, you shouldn’t be too worried about the hormones, and more about the presence of microorganisms and bacteria. There are methods of boiling them, like pasteurize or UHT milk, that retain most of their nutrients and just non dangerous or NO bacteria.
      The only “downsides” to almond milk is that people shouldn’t expect of it what it’s in milk. Is very, very, very low in fat (I don’t know why she says its “””high””” in poliinsaturated fats? And i’ve never seen, read, and I just researched, that poliinsaturated fat is unhealthy for women. I would love to see her source). The consense it’s that it isn’t. In fact, when we talk about unhealthier fats, its saturated fat, the one present in milk (not demonizing it, just saying that insaturated fats (mono, poli), are best! Also, it’s very low in protein and higher in sugar than milk. Drink it if you like it, don’t expect it to feel the same as cow’s milk, and try to have it fortified for Calcium, Vitamin D and B12.

    • @meganm.4701
      @meganm.4701 Рік тому +20

      I beg to differ. Dairy milk is straight up milk. Just milk. Almond and other nut juices have additives, how else do you think they get it to taste and look like regular milk?

    After having my baby a few months ago, I feel like I’m just consistently feeling sad and insignificant somehow, as opposed to my happy, fit and energetic self pre-pregnancy. Thank you for this video, it was so inspiring and positive and gave me a few random ideas to pick myself up!
    As for sunscreen, just want to note that Badger has great organic mineral sunscreens and they’re effective and non-toxic for those of you who need a good brand!

    Love seeing people talking more about PUFA's! Everyone is on the alt milk trend and most of these "get your life together" type videos are ridden with diet/hustle culture and harmful tips. As a health practitioner I love these tips ❤

      does this apply to oat milk too?

    • @ApothecAerial
      @ApothecAerial 2 роки тому +1

      @@seaivyy1123 unfortunately, yes. Any milk alternative really. There are a few brands that keep it minimal but those are generally double the price. I used to be an avid oat milk user until I realized it really wasn't helping with my gut healing/skin journey. It's definitely difficult to come to terms with at first for those of us used to using alt milks

      @@ApothecAerial Ah that's such a shame, i've been on oat milk (oatly brand) for a while because apparently dairy can also be linked to certain skin problems that i've been having. I also generally prefer the taste of oat milk, but do you think going back to dairy would be better? I'm so torn now ahh

    Another way to improve your life is to learn how to ride a bike (you spend once, not every 4 months like a journal).
    Ride early in the morning in place of journaling. This helps you save money, and helps you clear your mind.

    Actually, there's a situation where I think I can be a burden if I do it and it's to get close to someone who already has a best friend. And I'm not so social and relaxed in a conversation with someone I just get to know cuz I'm unconfident. Next year, I'll go to a new school with no friends, so I'm anxious about it. But if the fact that when I show love to someone is not a burden is the right thing, then I'm gonna try I guess ^^

    I'm definitely not worse! Just got out of an abusive marriage! Saying you are worse can be quite traumatizing for some people who have been groomed to hate themselves from Childhood onwards.

    • @margaretmatheny

      I'm so saddened to read this.
      I totally get how it could come off that way. What I mean is that I am a sinner and biblically all sin is seen the same to the Lord. There are big actions and little actions but I cannot complain about someone's sin if I haven't confessed my own sin first.
      With that being said, hurt and trauma is another story. I'm so incredibly sorry you've been so hurt. I'm sending love and will be praying for the Lord to give you restoration and peace as you close that horrifying chapter and enter a new one.
      Thanks for sharing your feelings and experiences here. Your words are important and always welcome here.

      @@margaretmatheny I thought you were saying before we judge others keep in mind Jesus instructs us that we need to examine our own issues which can be even worse than the person we are judging.
      I agree and am helped by this reminder and the verbiage you used. What changed my thinking a long time is that “with the measure you judge, you also will be judged” I’m in no position to judge my behavior to someone else’s and that “God’s mercies are new EVERY morning.” I must share that same mercy with others. I can’t do it on my own, I need the Lord’s help.
