I am the same way. I think the happy medium for me will be bullet points. But I do much better riffing than trying to use a script. At least for now. And I’m still just getting some initial momentum on my channel.
So many of us here who are new. She brings us amazing content always. May we all learn and grow together ❤️ Thanks so much for sharing and teaching us.
I love the tip about making notes while reviewing edited video where to add cards and what links need to be added in description. I will be implementing this 100%
Hi Jade. I remember there was a video where you spoke about the best strategies to linking our UA-cam videos for more view opportunities. I can not find that particular video tutorial anywhere! Please, can you let me know the title of that particular video to rewatch? Thank you.
I'd say I probably take 2-3 sometimes 4 hours to edit each video which ends up being 10-20 minutes (but usually 10-15 minutes) in length. A question I have, is when you are ready to find an editor, where/how do you go about finding someone and what sort of price would you expect to pay? And is there a contract involved? If there is what things need to be included?
I like how you have your sponsorships videos according to what topics you have already planned, it fits seamlessly into the video but it also comes off as very authentic and you forget that its a planned sponsorship.
5:47 prompts are great for the outline for the video :) | i've found it easier to do a blend of the two, scripting out the hooks & CTA and prompts/bullet points for the body of the content
As a new UA-cam creator, sorting out all of the guidance available is challenging. You are not only delightful to listen to, but your approach and the way you break things down is much easier to understand and follow. Thank you so much!
This is soo good! I’m not quite ready for it, as I still don’t even have a single video, except an art one done like 10+ years ago, but I’ll get there! I’m still doing planning with a couple of your other videos. After watching a slew of your how to start a UA-cams? YOURS are the BEST! I’m addicted. I feel like I don’t have to be so worried. I can do this. Honestly, before watching some of your other start up videos? I just thought, ohh this is a pipe dream. No. So THANK YOU!!
Love your videos. Regarding consistency, for those of us in the DIY space (fashion sewing for me), batch filming isn't really an option because... it takes time to make things! Personally, I'm not an educator...more vlogs/ pattern reviews,/occasional tutorials/inspiration. It's really hard to find YT guidance for my type of creator, as we can't just sit down and film a bunch of talking head videos in a day when we're actually making what we're talking about with our own two hands. Would love to hear ideas for this realm!
If I sign up for the starter plan masterclass (quarterly or annually) and decide to upgrade to the annual subscription later, will I be charged the full amount or the annual membership fee or will it be minus the fee paid for the shorter subscriptions?
Love your videos, Jade! Question: in a previous video, you advertised Taja and it looked amazing for keywords, description, etc. in addition to other things, and in this video you talk about using TubeBuddy. I know Taja does a lot more and different things, but I’m wondering if you found TubeBuddy more accurate for keywords and description?? Just wondering if you are still using Taja and which tools you find most effective. Thank you!
@JadeBeason Which Storyblocks plan do you recommend for beginners...Starter $15 or Unlimited All Access $30? Does this help create facelss videos? Thanks, Jade!

Soo many of my ideas actually randomly come to me while I'm driving!
Same! I use my notes feature to capture them!
Same!
@@NotYoAverageAuntiesPodcast same!
Yes, scripts tripped me up so much in the beginning! I finally realized I can just be myself and edit out the parts that aren't helpful.

I love your authenticity. We need more creators that are real. Keep it real 👏👏👍

Love your videos! Quick question are you still using the sony zv-1? Or have you started using a new camera? :D
This is so helpful ❤
You called a doc a sheet 😹, definitely stealing this
In your opinion are brackets in title worth it ? Also location on videos? I’ve noticed not many use it unless it’s a travel channel.
What times do you post
