The band playing OutKast’s “The Way You Move” as Casey’s walkoff just because Tom said he liked the way Casey moves a lot was brilliant for such a quick, easily-missable musical joke. They do this often and it’s really impressive.
This show quite possibly had the best ever musical performance (vibes if not skill wise) best ever Mexican drum off (tied with Swedish Erik) & one of the best ever female bucket pulls! That plus Adam Ray puts this easily in the top 5 episodes of all time imo

Agreed! Tony always gets a bigger cheer when he asks "who likes it when people do bad on this show?", and it doesn't make sense to me. Who goes to a comedy show to watch people do bad?
To an average amateur, tony: "fuck you dude never come back!" .. to a literal clown who's peripherally famous, tony: "fuck yeah dude, how long have you been a comedian, you're so amazing, I love you so much, how are you such a natural comedian holy fuck amazing!!"
The audience knows not to let Tony down nomatter how much you water he gets people into. Jordan definitely showed up with way more technical jazz style drumming while Michael is straight up Latin
Yup, Jordan ripped and was tight and in the pocket. He completely owned Micheal (who is a mediocre drummer) and studied musician can see through his pretty boring and lack luster chops. Jordan wins, Hans Kim lost, this show kinda seems like a Tony’s favorites club
@@FoSkEtTcHythe only thing about replacing Michael is you may be more technical but michaels job is incredibly dependent on being able to play anything on the fly. Not every musician or drummer can do that

@@bobafat1830 yeah, I remember that one, he was good too, it was in vulcan gas stage. He did not get as much credit I think. Not sure if he was swedish or norwegian, viking dude anyway....
The whole concept is so played out now, as we know Tony won’t let the house drummer lose, not matter how obvious. He’s just getting practice in before he does the same for Hans/Ric the sequel.
The drum off was insane, had a great mariachi esk performance and Trish is amazing. Glad to see things align and Adam get to witness/have a hand in her uprising.
Man this band is amazing and prepared for anything. Truly overlooked aspect of the show. The episode was up and down and they carried it in some ways for sure. Truly there has been nothing like this show in terms of variety in entertainment, improv, reality and still structured somehow.
Did anyone catch how Jordan Brady started his drum solo with that drum roll with both sticks, then kept it going with just one? I’m no drummer that seems really impressive to me. He then went on to rock it hard.
We used to do dumb shit like that all the time back in highschool, just using a pencil on the side of the desk. My friend at the time would be like "that's so metal!" when we could pull it off right, lol.
Unfortunately mine was "a word to the wise ain't necessary, it's the stupid ones that need the advice" which doesn't seem that bad but it was from Bill Cosby.
Tony has no problem roasting new comedians but is grifting so hard as soon as a celebrity or someone famous comes on the podcast. He lives in texas but his balls still live in hollywood
Grifting? They’re guests on his show. Even Violent Jay was. He wasn’t really a hat pull. Not everyone is a fucking insult comic. He’d have trouble getting anyone on if he just shit on them and made them feel awkward the entire time.

Sincerely the best part about the show is when people do well out of the bucket. The way Kill Tony gives a voice to up-and-comers is so fun to watch.
Agreed! Tony always gets a bigger cheer when he asks "who likes it when people do bad on this show?", and it doesn't make sense to me. Who goes to a comedy show to watch people do bad?
@@hynleeamily kill tony fans, who are also apparently the litmus test for whether something is funny or not lmao
16:49 Eva Elfie the famous Viking💀 Casey Rocket’s chatgpt pictures are unmatched 😭
I am dying laughing at the guy they thought lips were turning blue when it’s just violent Js make up on the mic
No way is that why haha
OH MY GODD I
Holy shit
So true 😂😂
🤣🤣🤣🤣 that’s hilarious
To an average amateur, tony: "fuck you dude never come back!" .. to a literal clown who's peripherally famous, tony: "fuck yeah dude, how long have you been a comedian, you're so amazing, I love you so much, how are you such a natural comedian holy fuck amazing!!"
Exactly! That was a horribly embarrassing cringe worthy performance by Violent J and Tony should’ve called him out for it!
I thought the same thing had to fast forward it
Glad someone said it
Regardless of whether you like them or not, ICP has 2 platinum and 5 gold records. Not exactly what I would call 'peripherally' famous lol.
tony usually wont roast a first timer, but Violent J did okay and was entertaining, the next dude after him was booed right after the set
Michael A Gonzales is always so respectful to his challengers.
Jordan destroyed Micheal on drums. no contest. Micheal is pretty good but Jordan is on another planet of talent.
Adam Ray joining in on the song was gold. Adam Ray has easily become one of my favorite comedians. 😂
By tony saying "booking the perfeft guest at the right time" he means anybody that is already in town doing joe rogans podcast 😂
so true
Everytime 😂 tony has a lot of those. He thinks he’s sly af
My favourite one “out of 200 people you got pulled” That’s his cover for all the purposefully picked people 😂
You noticed that too? Lol
@dizzy585roc7 "perfeft"??
Great to see the originator of podcasts on the #1 comedy podcast!
Redban and Brody??
Sir. Adam Curry and Dave weiner Winer
@@MusicalchoresTom was way way back. Redban is lucky that Joe saw Tom's home setup and wanted to do it.

He has to come back for that effort.
There’s been better if you’ve watched the show long enough
@@stewpiddonkey4668 I'ma have to disagree. I mean to each their own, but this guy is even better than the swedish guy
Adam Ray already has a claim to 2024s guest of the year 🙏🏻
Harland Williams has enter the chat
@@sebasdrolet so true. We need an Adam Ray Harlan Williams episode for the tie breaker
Such a fun episode! Adam Ray’s stock is skyrocketing in my book. So happy to see that and Tom Green was just a sweet sweet icing on the cake.
you ever fall asleep watching an episode then watch it all the way through a few days later and it feels like a fever dream?
Violent J unintentionally forgetting Luis Gomez's name was a great callback to "Who are you?" lmao
No one knows who he is
Died instantly
Even funnier layer it was the other owner of Gas Digital Ralph who had him on SDR TWICE and invited him definitely not Luis.
This was wild 😂 15 years ago he probably woulda been great!
Idk but Jordan Brady won the Mexican Drum off.
The audience knows not to let Tony down nomatter how much you water he gets people into. Jordan definitely showed up with way more technical jazz style drumming while Michael is straight up Latin
Nah
Yup, Jordan ripped and was tight and in the pocket. He completely owned Micheal (who is a mediocre drummer) and studied musician can see through his pretty boring and lack luster chops. Jordan wins, Hans Kim lost, this show kinda seems like a Tony’s favorites club
@@FoSkEtTcHythe only thing about replacing Michael is you may be more technical but michaels job is incredibly dependent on being able to play anything on the fly. Not every musician or drummer can do that
@@demetriusdemarcusbartholom5675he's not wrong about Tony playing favourites which is fine. The competitions aren't real his buddys will always win it's just a bit so amateur guests can show off their talents
The drum solo by that comedian was the best I've ever heard on this show. He should have won. He should, at the very least, get some recognition on the show.
There was a swedish guy some time ago that was so amazing. Ages a head of this blud
We all know who won that, and that’s good enough
You must be new huh
How is Violent Jay nervous about doing comedy but has performed in front of hundreds of shows with his band? Love him!!
The drum off was insane, had a great mariachi esk performance and Trish is amazing. Glad to see things align and Adam get to witness/have a hand in her uprising.
Michael got wrecked! I did not see that coming 🤯
Jordan Brady won easily lmao

Adam ray, Tom green, Violent J, epic drum off, great musical performance. Episodes like this are why I never miss it. You never know what’s in store!

Martin Phillips never disappoints
Man this band is amazing and prepared for anything. Truly overlooked aspect of the show. The episode was up and down and they carried it in some ways for sure. Truly there has been nothing like this show in terms of variety in entertainment, improv, reality and still structured somehow.
Crazy seening how nervous Violent J was. Hes on stage all the time. Cant imagine what its like for some peoples first time ever on a stage.
Probably cuz he was too doped
altho he had more to loose since he is known name. loosing things like respect/approval can hit harder than gaining it
Hes back on the drugs. What a shame. Saw him at the gathering in 2014 the place in Illinois’s.
I mean he Bombed the whole time.
@@lydiahilles31 yea. He was doing ok for a while there. But the drugs are definitely back.
Did anyone catch how Jordan Brady started his drum solo with that drum roll with both sticks, then kept it going with just one?
I’m no drummer that seems really impressive to me. He then went on to rock it hard.
He was legit
Gravity Blasts! Look it up on here. A staple drumming technique of extreme metal, likely adopted from jazz technique.
We used to do dumb shit like that all the time back in highschool, just using a pencil on the side of the desk. My friend at the time would be like "that's so metal!" when we could pull it off right, lol.
You're basically just finding the "perfect" fulcrum axis/point for your stick against the rim of whatever surface you're playing on. Hope this helps.
Finally, someone who talks drumming technically. Michael will never be replaced. John Dees handpicked that band. And nobody will be replaced.
the robin williams was ruthless 😂
That made me sad and angry with Tony ( I am a girl )
I've been playing bass for 25+ years and that guy was the best challenger drummer ever. Holy shit that was cool

"Daddy would you like some sausage" was my senior quote in high school. ❤️
I'm glad this is still funny in 2024
Unfortunately mine was "a word to the wise ain't necessary, it's the stupid ones that need the advice" which doesn't seem that bad but it was from Bill Cosby.
took me back to the good ole days
😂 I still can't hear someone say sausage without busting out "daddy would you like some sausage" It's unfortunate I work with so many 20-30 year Olds.
Pretty cringe.
Violent Jay was pretty terrible.
It went on way too long
I rarely fast forward but I guess this was a special occasion.
Not a big fan of him, but it was pretty nice. A sweet old fella.
For the first time, it wasn't too bad. He kept the confidence regardless of crowd reaction
I think he came out of the closet during that set
That kid won the Mexican Drum off by far
Totally agree!
Tony feigning heterosexuality by mentioning Heidi everytime she’s on stage is peak closetry
😂😂😂😂
I was wondering why she was back but this theory makes sense. she needs to beat it
He's a shill she's a product
It’s sweet how Tony helps other talented, hardworking people by spotlighting them, their names, their insta…
@@Llyrdriel the strip club she works at is a sponsor of the show. It's called promotion.
Tony has no problem roasting new comedians but is grifting so hard as soon as a celebrity or someone famous comes on the podcast. He lives in texas but his balls still live in hollywood
Hahahaha yes. Totally accurate. 👏🏻
He didn't forget where he came from
Grifting? They’re guests on his show. Even Violent Jay was. He wasn’t really a hat pull. Not everyone is a fucking insult comic. He’d have trouble getting anyone on if he just shit on them and made them feel awkward the entire time.
Trish Smart walked on stage with so much confidence in that flanel I was immediately aware she would be awesome before she spoke a word. She did not disapoint.
