Jubilee made me proud. Remember that meme with the young boy holding the cup of coffee like a proud parent, that was me watching her start to gain more control over her powers. We've only seen her as an inexperienced teen, so witnessing her leveling up to full potential is amazing.

Anyone disrespecting Jubilee is clearly not a comic reader. Even in the 90's she was incredibly capable. She has been at times a bit neglected, but always interesting and one of my favorites (which is owing a lot to her X-men, Generation X, X-Men The Animated series 90's era). Mutant, vampire, mom, mutant... she's had an interesting time.
yea, Jubilee is insanely powerful. She's just afraid her powers will hurt people..She's able to detonate matter at an sub-atomic level that's the equivalent of tiny nuclear bombs going off., I remember in the original animated series.. In the Unstoppable Juggernaut episode, Colossus grabbed one of those thick steel beams used in construction, and wrapped it around Jubilee to hold her..within a second, she used her fireworks to split open that steel beam and free herself.. I remember looking at my friends that were watching it with me and was like "ummmm are we seriously gonna just gloss over that? Her fireworks just ripped apart that steel beam like it was made of tissue"
5 got sent to the past, 5 got sent to the future & then in the present we got 5 as well which is Forge, Jubilee, Sunspot, Bishop and Cable.
Gambit will be back as Death, the Horseman of Apocalypse. Mother Askani is actually Rachel Summers, the daughter of Scott and Jean. This storyline is from a four part mini series called The Adventures of Cyclops and Phoenix. I can’t wait for season two!
And Mother Askani is voiced by Gates Mcfadden, aka Beverly Crusher of Star Trek: TNG.
And the mini series Rise of Apocalypse tells his Origins in Ancient Egypt as the slave En Sabbah Nur. It released during/right after The Age of Apocalypse storyline.😊

Actually *ALL ROADS* lead to Apocalypse! The storyline from the comics where Scott & Jean are pulled into the future to raise Nathan... Apocalypse is a heavy hitter there too!
No matter what they do, they're going to be involved with Apocalypse!

As a long-time X-Men fan and fan of the original series, even though I wasn't born when the show was around, HOLY S*** , THIS SERIES IS EXCEPTIONAL (pun intended). No joke, this series is so masterfully well written, with phenomenal animation and truly compelling characters and deep dark themes that put the Fox X-Men movies to shame. Truthfully this series is some of the *BEST MARVEL MEDIA WEVE SEEN EVER SINCE ENDGAME* (except No Way Home, GOTG3 and Loki)!
Compared to how phenomenal this series is, the Fox movies seemed like amateur student films with such a bare-bones understanding of how truly incredible and insane the X-Men stories can be when you truly hire people who care about these amazing characters.
After watching this show and this epic finale, Bastion became one of my favourite X-Men/Marvel villains. Theo James especially gave a really superb performance as Bastion; now, whenever I read a comic featuring Bastion, I'll hear his voice. Bro, the number of cameos in this series is INSANE! Cyclops and Jean saying goodbye to Cable/Nathan had me in tears🥺.
YO, APOCALYSE IS COMING BACK IN SEASON 2 AND DEFINITELY BRING GAMIT BACK AS HIS HORESMAN OF DEATH, JUST IN THE COMICS! I can imagine how heartbroken Rogue will be when she is forced to fight the man she loves😭

Time travel is pretty funky in Xmen my brother and I used to joke about it all the time with poor Bishop. He'd fix something and then something else went wrong.
True. In the original series Bishop went back to prevent Senator Kelly's assassination but when he returned to his time a new virus emerged that wasn't present in the previous time he came from.
One of my favorite aspects of Bishop is how during Legion Quest, leading up to Age of Apocalypse, Bishop was the only one that knew the changed timeline wasn't real because he was already time displaced and knew it was bogus. Such a fun way to lead into a story.
I enjoyed seeing the costumes from the Chris Claremont run. Cyclops' costume is shredded so I expect we'll get another costume refresh in season 2.
With most of the X-Men trapped in the past and future, I hope we see the return of others like Archangel, Iceman and Colossus.
One thing about the M on Bishop's face is, in the future Mutants are treated like cattle and are branded. Apocalypse can't time travel, he sleeps for hundreds of years and occasionally checks out evolution. Depending on the story, he also needs a body replacement eventually.
Incorrect. The original X-men series in the 90s apocalypse noted his inability to time travel and stole cables computer enabling him to time travel. He then spent millennia in the nexus learning the secrets of time travel.

@@brianholloway6205 You may be right. So many stories out there nowadays. I stopped reading/collecting in the 90s, and at that time, I think it was just his ship that had the ability to time travel, and Cable stole the cube from the ship.
Gotta remember that Rouge got her powers from captain marvel. Her owners allow her to use wat she absorbed it the captain marvel powers where permanent.
Yeah, but Carol's ability to survive in space was part of her powerset after the Brood transformed her into Binary.

As someone who's Jewish, Magneto specifically using the word "pogrom" is so affecting. And I love Storm's reaction to The Phoenix. And we’re even getting Nate Grey! I guess we also know how Gambit’s coming back. Next season is going to be _wild!!!_

The one who scattered them throughout time is Rama-Tut is the Egyptian Pharaoh variant of Kang the Conqueror.
I can't wait to see Gambit return next season as Death hopefully he won't be a villain the whole season maybe his love for Rogue can make him good again.

My guess who "body slided" the X-Men through time: Mother Askani, cause it was the same in the comics. But in the comics, she timedisplaced only Jean and Scott. But in the series it makes sense as well, that she also send the rest of the X-Men (minus Wolverine, Morph and Storm, cause we don't know, where they are now) to 3000BC, cause we properly gonna see Apocalypse in all 3 timelines and the world in 3960AD looks like this cause of Apocalypse. Nathan was raised to fight and defeat Apocalypse. So maybe, Mother Askani could have brought some back up in to fight Apocalypse in three different timelines.

Logan, Morph, and Storm were not with either group. Not in the past, not in the future. We don't know where the three of them currently are. Could be in those times just not with the others or somewhere else entirely.
Maybe they stayed in the present?

And in the comics, it's Cable hideout/HQ and calls it "ship".

I was wondering too.. like even if they decided not to react to it anymore that’s completely fine by me but like couldn’t they make an announcement about it? so everything could be clear and so I don’t have to open the channel everyday to check whether or not they have uploaded the reaction 🥲 it’s a simple yes or no question after all.
Apocalypse is thought to be the first mutant... I thought we were getting Apocalypse or Onslaught (basically the brain child of Professor X and Magneto). The show runner was fired by Disney and he had a 5 season arc in mind. At least that's what the rumor is.

Avengers almost never help the X-Men. The only ones that do are either mutants or someone is sleeping with an X-Men (like Tony Stark😡) Apocalypse is in the future too! In the future, Apocalypse rules the world! So he doesn't want Cyclops and Jean in the future!!
