    id suggest looking into Ajahn Brahm for psychology struggle and learning what meditation truly is. It is not trying

    Jack where do you live? I too have been recovering from cfs. Had it since 2916. A lot of what you say resonates with my experience. Plus I had increase stress from nightmare neighbours.
    I hear you and feel for you. Let’s chat. Zoom etc. I am a sound healer & yoga teacher & would be willing to buddy with you for support, chats, healing. X

    Mate if you want a break you can stay in my flat for 6 weeks if you want. Unfortunately it's in Scotland but offer there. No mold. It's housing association so few idiots around but it's safe and nice enough. I can stay with my parents so you can have place to yourself.
    Understand the suffering as I too have cfs lost my job health home wife etc but I'm doing OK just now

    Appreciate your honest account of things.
    A couple of thoughts;
    - Meditation might be good, but 45 minutes I think is way too long. I did a course in Transcendental meditation and we were told to meditate for 20 minutes, not more. This is because a longer session relieves too much stress at the same time. I don't meditate now though, didn't find it making a big difference for me.
    - Your left nostril seems a bit narrow, but it's probably nothing. Have you looked into your sleep (you probably have), that you get enough air while you are sleeping?
    - Lastly and most importantly; you look MUCH better! No bags under your eyes, skin looks great. I understand you're not well yet but you've made big strides.
