    Thanks for this video Dr. A! I live in a condo so all I can do is turn the water really cold the last few seconds of my shower time. It does help feel more energized throughout the day!

    I live in a mountain area of Central America, and it gets pretty cold, I think I'll start plunging myself in the pool very early in the morning, it might work ;). Thanks!

    I agree
    I broke my wash machine, had to wash clothes in my creek. This time of year it is about 50°F. Of course I got pretty cold and wet. I noticed I started to burn fat. I haven't changed anything ekse in my routine.

    Hey great description. I have to say I take cold showers in the summer and that is very helpful for me.
    However I live in the Northeast so it gets very cold in the winter here. Do you think it's still a good idea to do a cold plunge in the winter even when it's very cold? Hope to hear from you. Thanks

      Hey thanks for writing in and great question! Technically you can do it at either time. However, cold exposure early in the day is a great way to reap some energy-producing benefits! Plus, taking a warm shower in the evening, actually helps drop your body temperature when you get out, helping you sleep better. Best of luck!
