I think that if Hades were to try and play Minecraft, he would be the type to troll, prank, destroy servers, use creative mode for evil like things, and try to hunt speed runners like Dream. Though, I don't think he would be able to successfully hunt any. After all, he couldn't get rid of Hercules.

Know I want to see all of these villains playing together in their own lounge, maybe even in Mickey's clubhouse form those old specials they did before.
Honestly, you guys should really start a DisneyBinge since you make so many videos about it and it’s characters.
Oh, and as for two villains you excluded, I believe Shere Khan would love a game where you can hunt down people and wipe them out due to his hatred of Man and Madam Mim would be obsessed with any game that can easily be hacked (yeah she lacks computers but she could hack them with black magic) since she loves cheating. She would get a kick out of upsetting everyone by making the game instantly declare her the victor before it starts. Can’t think of any specific examples but I think that fits them.
Shere Khan would love the Orc Campaigns of WarCraft I and II and possibly Wolfenstein 3-D while being apathetic to the plot.
For Madam Mom, Age of Empires II comes to mind, as there's a cheat code that instantly declares you the winner.
This was a really good list. I also think that Gaston would enjoy hunting games and seeing how his profession is portrayed.
None of these villains would like the Kingdom Hearts series considering how Sora defeated a good amount of them in that series lol

Some other villains to mention include
The Horned King would like a game where he gets to kill everybody in sight so any game where the world ends by the hands of the protagonist would definitely interest him.
Mother Gothel would be interested in the types of games Cruella would.
Lady Tremaine, I’m honestly not sure.
Rourke, Shan Yu, and Nammari would be interested in strategy games like Jafar and Scar.
Frollo would probably be interested in the Castlevania games ( except the ones where you wouldn’t be playing as a Belmont)
Ratcliffe, Medusa, Coachman, and Stromboli: would all be interested in games that would allow them to make lots of money
Gantu would be interested in the Halo games.
And Clayton would for sure be interested in a hunting game
Horned King: Best I can think of is Mortal Kombat.
Lady Tremaine: Even I'm not sure.
The money-hungry foes: Pretty much ANY farming game?

So…Undertale: Genocide Run? He wouldn't be swayed by the guilt the characters try to instill into the player.
It’s difficult to figure out which one would enjoy playing Wordle, although it might fit best with Madam Mim, because it’s a game that is easy to cheat at, if you follow a specific pattern of word guesses in each row and she is known for breaking the rules during the wizard duel sequence a lot to tailor it towards her (unsuccessful) advantage.
As soon as you said Wordle, Frollo came to mind. For all the torment he puts Quasi through, he is shown to give him some form of education such as teaching him letters of the alphabet. Also, given he is a judge, they have to be very well-educated and he probably had to spend a lot of time behind some form of book to get where he got to.
Or Mim would seek out beta and early access games with many glitches that she can take advantage of.

Because of Cruella's driving style, one game she'd probably love to play is Burnout 3: Takedown!
I was thinking Grand Theft Auto for that exact same reason. That game seems to fit her like a glove.

You know, your arguments for which indie games or well known series Disney villains would like has me thinking of Twisted Wonderland. Hades’ legacy character Idia Shroud has the “mad genius, hikikomori gamer” character type already. During a meeting in main story chapter 6 with the Evil Queen, Jafar, Scar, Ursula, and Queen of Hearts’ legacy characters, his cybernetic brother Ortho has them all pass the time by playing video games! How funny/awesome is that?!

The villains who play strategy games would love Starcraft titles, Warcraft games, or any Age of Empires games.
Starcraft: Epic story and unique factions with brilliant and strategic gameplay. Pace may be a challenge to get used to, but the competitive Starcraft scene has been a thing for decades, and the likes of Scar would love to prove they are the best.
Warcraft: Same deal here, though Warcraft 3 is a dishonorable mention.
Age of Empires: Playing as any major civilization and advancing through ages and getting the satisfaction of crushing your opponents under the boots of your soldiers would appeal to many strategic villains, much like Jafar
I could imagine another game Jafar would like is deltarune because of the snowgrave route which is mostly about power

It depends on the endings they want for their campaigns I imagine. In the case of Until Dawn:
- I see Hans being the likeliest to keep as many people as possible (minus Josh) because the characters are humans. Bellweather might do the same for similar reasons.
- Ratcliffe and Clayton might also go for the all survivors campaign, but idk
- Jafar I could see splitting between alive and dead, going for Emily, Mike, Sam, and Jess to survive and kill off the rest.
- Scar would probably want Ashley dead within a millisecond of watching the first cutscene with her in it
- Ratigan would want to kill Emily because her 4.0 would remind him too much of Basil. In contrast, her being smart would be why Coachman keeps her alive given it’s the dumb kids he goes after and targets.
- Frollo and Facilier wouldn’t even play the game for different reasons
- Hades and Maleficent are both going for the everyone dies campaign (Hades due to being Lord of the Underworld and Maleficent because she’s just that evil)
Clayton would definitely play call of duty
