When you first presented your early exercises I loved the way you showed❤ your audience how to simply copy most of the exercises. It seemed to me you too were surprised at the marvellous results you were getting. You have changed from a very ordinary middle

    Peta I feel it SOOO IMPORTANT that your are revisiting these exercises! It really helps so much. I've found the small things I can adjust and weren't doing properly, therefore we can get much better results. Such a great idea for this series. You're a smart lady that I admire! Also love how you read alm comments to you may be surprised how many people dont read their feedback! GOD, I wish you heaps more success!

    This is amazing!! Im 43! Always had a double chin lol but now I see sagging slightly and I know my mum has this even though she looks amazing. I am so glad I found you as I want to do everything naturally! Thank you 🙏✨

    those exercises WORK! i had a chicken neck until i did these exercises and i DO NOT HAVE THOSE WRINKLES ANYMORE! you have to put your attention on the proper muscles and if you do you WILL see the results. i wish i'd taken before and after photos!

    What a beautiful generous human being you are sharing so much wonderful information with us. Just looking at your own transformation is so inspiring.
    Today is day one of getting back on the program of doing these exercises and using your laser light after a year off due to negative feelings I brought upon myself. I looked in the mirror yesterday and couldn’t believe how much I appeared to have aged because I stopped doing them and stopped using your amazing products. So here goes... day 1💗

    Wow, its tricky at first but stick with it and keep trying because once you get the hang of it it really makes a difference! Ive been struggling to find a good neck exercise for years!

    Since the first day I saw your video, I wanted so much to follow you!
    I love your videos and appreciate all your explanations so much! I don't know so well english but try hard to understand you. So I would like to ask about levels of yoga exercises. I am a bit confused not how many times to do these, but which exercises belong the level first?
    Is Set 1 only for level 1?
    Is Set 2 only for level 2? and so forth...
    I am really confused because there are 6 exercises sets.
    Can tell me please🙏 how to start with sets?
    I appreciate all that you share ♥️

    Hi Petra, I understand what is to be done & why, however I don’t understand what gathering the loose skin with the backs of fingers, up to the chin/jawline does. Love your dedication to this and to make sure we’re doing it correctly and understand the muscles involved.

      Hi Michelle, I am a gym member, and have been with Peta for over 2 years, yes it is wonderful if you can start with Peta early say in your 30's Peta has a wonderful program which she has designed. If we follow the program just as she tells us we can achieve wonderful results here is the program The program is a full face routine, we do not do just one exercise for a specific area of our face, we must follow the full face routine. We start with series 1 we start with 50 reps of each exercise in series 1 we do the exercises at the same time of day for 5 days, then on the 6th day we do the a massage, on the 7th day we rest. We do 50 reps in the above format for 2 weeks, then we do 100 reps for 2 weeks then we do 150 reps for 2 weeks. The series takes 6 weeks to complete. Then we take a week off, during this week we learn the exercises for series 2, trying to learn an exercise a day, looking in the mirror and listening to what Peta is telling us to do in the videos. After the week off we start series 2 with 50 reps for 2 weeks as per above format. We start with series 1 and work through to series 6, then we start all over again with series 1. Series 1-3 are on the public channel and series 4-6 are in the membership site. We do the exercises lying down. Peta also has a beautiful skin care range, which can be found on her internet website under renew me. We also do face yoga, this gives us extra lift, we do it 12 hours from when we do the exercises. Eg. If we do the exercises in the morning we do yoga in the evening. The yoga is found on you tube facerobics yoga. Hope this helps regards Peta Dwyer.

    PETA you are absolutely fabulous! Along with the exercises should we also have HRT or similar to restore the lost estrogen ? I am going through menopause and I believe the loss of estrogen can lead to loss of muscle tone skin texture etc

    Been doing facersize (Carol Magio) and Gua Sha for neck... neither one address turtle neck, at all. So, i went looking for help... I am so happy you have a solution for this - I am confident it is working - from now on, I will be doing it in tandem with the other things i do.       Hi Cat Musings, I am sorry but you cannot do one off exercises nor mix other peoples exercises with Facerobics, otherwise you will cause more sagging of the skin. This is because of the repetitions, you need to be doing the full face routines that I have created on the site.

    Thanks a lot.Dear Peta, one question: In the original, or perhaps in one of the older versions for this exercise, you indicated that the muscle in the back of neck is responsible for shaping the neck, so I perceived that the " focus" should be on that musce...and here, in this video , the importance of focusing on the front of the neck is indicated. So is this video an update for " focus" as well? Once again, thanks foe every thing.

    Hello Peta, I am 45 . Is it not too early to do the face ecercise program ? I believe it is good but if I do not still have many wrinkles shall I not provoke more to appear? On the other hand I have sagging chicks and droppy eye lids. That is why I thought to start your program. You look beautifull and I like the way you explain the ecercise .     Hi Peta, I started your series 1 faceaerobics exercises four weeks ago when lockdown prompted me to exercise more. I am amazed by the gradual tightening I can already see especially in the jowel area. However, after doing this neck exercise I seem to get tightness in my shoulder muscles and the back if my neck. Am I doing something wrong? So delighted to have found you. Caroline

      FACEROBICS® - Your Face Exercise Coach It’s true about vertical lines appearing after weight loss. I lost 4 kilos in 3 months and I noticed these vertical lines. Before the weight loss, I had only horizontal lines. I’m not considered fat as I wanted to lose only 5 to 6 kilos.

    Hi Peta, I couldn’t see this question anywhere else so I hope it’s not a repeat. As a beginner, should I start with the original exercises as shown in the ‘exercise along with me ‘ videos or should I go in with the updated exercises straight away? Many thanks, Andrea

      Hi Andrea, I am a gym member, I have been with Peta for over 2 years, Peta has done the updates for all the series to add more knowledge and make it easier for us to understand and more in depth explanations so I would advise the updates, Peta has a program and if we follow the program just as Peta has told us we can achieve wonderful results here is the program The program is a full face routine, we do not do just one exercise for a specific area of our face, we must follow the full face routine. We start with series 1 we start with 50 reps of each exercise in series 1 we do the exercises at the same time of day for 5 days, then on the 6th day we do the a massage, on the 7th day we rest. We do 50 reps in the above format for 2 weeks, then we do 100 reps for 2 weeks then we do 150 reps for 2 weeks. The series takes 6 weeks to complete. Then we take a week off, during this week we learn the exercises for series 2, trying to learn an exercise a day, looking in the mirror and listening to what Peta is telling us to do in the videos. After the week off we start series 2 with 50 reps for 2 weeks as per above format. We start with series 1 and work through to series 6, then we start all over again with series 1. Series 1-3 are on the public channel and series 4-6 are in the membership site. We do the exercises lying down. Peta also has a beautiful skin care range, which can be found on her internet website under renew me. We also do face yoga, this gives us extra lift, we do it 12 hours from when we do the exercises. Eg. If we do the exercises in the morning we do yoga in the evening. The yoga is found on you tube facerobics yoga. Hope this helps regards Peta Dwyer.

      @@facerobics I don't know your age. But you look fabulous. I used to. Till I got so sick I almost died twice. But, I'm trying to get ME back. Back in health. Shape and looks. You're so very welcome. I used to do facercise.. then I started getting creases from it. Sooo I stopped it. You have to look in the mirror when doing these. Yours seems different. I'm really interested.

      Hi Jill , like any program and like my program you need to follow it correctly. Facercize is a very good program. It takes time to learn how to do any exercise correctly. You do have to look in the mirror with mine also at times. I am so glad you found facial exercises. When done correctly, you will have wonderful results and feel so much better. You will find your young self again! ❤

    🌹❤ hello peta! omgosh i think ive been doing things a tad wrong!!..then i incoorperated an extra forhead exercise in the midst of it all!! however i went bk thru and re watched your videos and now realized why and understand!!...however....should i just scrap what ive been doing wrong thus far? maybe 4 weeks worth? and start fresh at series 1?? help! thank you!

      Hi Kristy, I would ask that you finish off S1 following the program exactly. Dont change it please just follow along with what I have and you will get results over time. Then move onto S2 and follow it exactly and so forth thru the series. The forehead exercise in S1 is extremely strong, and covers all of the muscles in the area, by adding another one, will over time cause more wrinkles because you will fatigue the muscles. I do talk about this obsessively in my videos. So, just follow the program and you will be fine 😉

    I have a question PETA.... how to you prepare yourself and other people for how much different you will look as your face starts to change? I am seeing dramatic changes and I’m afraid that people will be weirded out by how different I look! OMG 😮

      FACEROBICS® - Your Face Exercise Coach I guess mine is a bit more psychological than others.. my face was very asymmetrical for a big majority of my life but now since facerobics it’s A LOT more symmetrical. I couldn’t be more excited and anxious to continue to see results but people are definitely noticing the change...

    Does facial exercises help bone density that is lost as we age and makes us look so old?

      Possibly. What works more is the muscles grow as they are exercised and they adapt to the natural shape of your skeletal features. Which makes you look younger.

    Peta, I can feel my stronger front neck, mostly near chin area even after couple of days. Im afraid not to gain double chin or bigger neck because during excersize I really flex the neck muscle.. Is it ok to feel that stronger neck feeling? Thank you!

      Hi Giriipiina, you can use any light oils. Stay away from heavy oils such as coconut oil, olive oil and the like

    Pita. .I am on the serie 1 level 2 but I have a trouble with this exercice. .to do It one hundred times with the chin goes down ..my wrinkles in the neck ? .I will prefer to lift the neck up to strengt it..but I have Confidence on you...so I will do as you show us

    Will this help with fat build up under the chin, like a double chin, or really loose skin ? I am not overweight but have a little fat under my chin.

      Hi Shannon, it can, but it depends what is going on. Typically loose skin under the neck can be other causes, and it might help for you to google other causes, especially if you are not over weight.

      Hi Leela, dont change the routines, they have been designed for balance. Just stick to them and over time you will see results. ITs like going to the gym you wouldnt expect results in the first few months!

      Hi Peta! I'm still following you from posting the above comment. A few days ago, I saw another update for Turkey Neck with a short haircut, but somehow I can't retrieve it. I'm on the Series for the third time around. There is a definite improvement in my neck although still, some sagging remains in the front. It may be all I can attain but the rest of my neck looks youthful. Thanks for all your care and help.
