What a beautiful generous human being you are sharing so much wonderful information with us. Just looking at your own transformation is so inspiring. Today is day one of getting back on the program of doing these exercises and using your laser light after a year off due to negative feelings I brought upon myself. those exercises WORK! i had a chicken neck until i did these exercises and i DO NOT HAVE THOSE WRINKLES ANYMORE! you have to put your attention on the proper muscles and if you do you WILL see the results. i wish i'd taken before and after photos!

Been doing facersize (Carol Magio) and Gua Sha for neck... neither one address turtle neck, at all. So, i went looking for help... I am so happy you have a solution for this - I am confident it is working - from now on, I will be doing it in tandem with the other things i do. Hi Cat Musings, I am sorry but you cannot do one off exercises nor mix other peoples exercises with Facerobics, otherwise you will cause more sagging of the skin. This is because of the repetitions, you need to be doing the full face routines that I have created on the site.

If we follow the program just as she tells us we can achieve wonderful results here is the program The program is a full face routine, we do not do just one exercise for a specific area of our face, we must follow the full face routine. We start with series 1 we start with 50 reps of each exercise in series 1 we do the exercises at the same time of day for 5 days, then on the 6th day we do the a massage, on the 7th day we rest. We do 50 reps in the above format for 2 weeks, then we do 100 reps for 2 weeks then we do 150 reps for 2 weeks. The series takes 6 weeks to complete. Then we take a week off, during this week we learn the exercises for series 2, trying to learn an exercise a day, looking in the mirror and listening to what Peta is telling us to do in the videos. After the week off we start series 2 with 50 reps for 2 weeks as per above format. We start with series 1 and work through to series 6, then we start all over again with series 1. Series 1-3 are on the public channel and series 4-6 are in the membership site. We do the exercises lying down. Peta also has a beautiful skin care range, which can be found on her internet website under renew me. We also do face yoga, this gives us extra lift, we do it 12 hours from when we do the exercises. PETA you are absolutely fabulous! Along with the exercises should we also have HRT or similar to restore the lost estrogen ? I am going through menopause and I believe the loss of estrogen can lead to loss of muscle tone skin texture etc

Thanks a lot.Dear Peta, one question: In the original, or perhaps in one of the older versions for this exercise, you indicated that the muscle in the back of neck is responsible for shaping the neck, so I perceived that the " focus" should be on that musce...and here, in this video , the importance of focusing on the front of the neck is indicated. I am amazed by the gradual tightening I can already see especially in the jowel area. However, after doing this neck exercise I seem to get tightness in my shoulder muscles and the back if my neck. Hi Kristy, I would ask that you finish off S1 following the program exactly. Dont change it please just follow along with what I have and you will get results over time. Then move onto S2 and follow it exactly and so forth thru the series. The forehead exercise in S1 is extremely strong, and covers all of the muscles in the area, by adding another one, will over time cause more wrinkles because you will fatigue the muscles. I do talk about this obsessively in my videos. So, just follow the program and you will be fine 😉

Possibly. What works more is the muscles grow as they are exercised and they adapt to the natural shape of your skeletal features. Which makes you look younger.

Hi Susan I am a gym member, I have been with Peta for over two years, usually we start to see results quite quickly, Peta has a program which she has designed, if we follow it just as Peta tells us we can achieve wonderful results do not add to or take away from the program here is the program The program is a full face routine, we do not do just one exercise for a specific area of our face, we must follow the full face routine. We start with series 1 we start with 50 reps of each exercise in series 1 we do the exercises at the same time of day for 5 days, then on the 6th day we do the a massage, on the 7th day we rest. We do 50 reps in the above format for 2 weeks, then we do 100 reps for 2 weeks then we do 150 reps for 2 weeks. The series takes 6 weeks to complete. Then we take a week off, during this week we learn the exercises for series 2, trying to learn an exercise a day, looking in the mirror and listening to what Peta is telling us to do in the videos. After the week off we start series 2 with 50 reps for 2 weeks as per above format. We start with series 1 and work through to series 6, then we start all over again with series 1. Series 1-3 are on the public channel and series 4-6 are in the membership site. We do the exercises lying down. Peta also has a beautiful skin care range, which can be found on her internet website under renew me. We also do face yoga, this gives us extra lift, we do it 12 hours from when we do the exercises. Hi Shannon, it can, but it depends what is going on. Typically loose skin under the neck can be other causes, and it might help for you to google other causes, especially if you are not over weight.
Peta, I can feel my stronger front neck, mostly near chin area even after couple of days. Im afraid not to gain double chin or bigger neck because during excersize I really flex the neck muscle.. Is it ok to feel that stronger neck feeling? Thank you!

I am watching your videos before starting the series 1 . Can I do this exercise in bed too like the others? being a Mun of a 4year old I think that the only peaceful moment is when she sleeps at night. Hi Cat Musings, I am sorry but you cannot do one off exercises nor mix other peoples exercises with Facerobics, otherwise you will cause more sagging of the skin. This is because of the repetitions, you need to be doing the full face routines that I have created on the site.

PETA you are absolutely fabulous! Along with the exercises should we also have HRT or similar to restore the lost estrogen ? I am going through menopause and I believe the loss of estrogen can lead to loss of muscle tone skin texture etc

Thanks a lot.Dear Peta, one question: In the original, or perhaps in one of the older versions for this exercise, you indicated that the muscle in the back of neck is responsible for shaping the neck, so I perceived that the " focus" should be on that musce...and here, in this video , the importance of focusing on the front of the neck is indicated. So is this video an update for " focus" as well? Once again, thanks foe every thing.

I used to do facercise.. then I started getting creases from it. Sooo I stopped it. You have to look in the mirror when doing these. Yours seems different. I'm really interested.
Hi Jill , like any program and like my program you need to follow it correctly. Facercize is a very good program. It takes time to learn how to do any exercise correctly. You do have to look in the mirror with mine also at times. I am so glad you found facial exercises. When done correctly, you will have wonderful results and feel so much better. Hi Peta, I started your series 1 faceaerobics exercises four weeks ago when lockdown prompted me to exercise more. I am amazed by the gradual tightening I can already see especially in the jowel area. However, after doing this neck exercise I seem to get tightness in my shoulder muscles and the back if my neck. Am I doing something wrong? So delighted to have found you. Caroline
Hi Caroline, I am a gym member, I have been with Peta for over two years, make sure you are concentrating and focusing on the correct muscles as Peta shows in this video, This should help, Peta has a program if we follow it just as she tells us we can achieve wonderful results, here is the program The program is a full face routine, we do not do just one exercise for a specific area of our face, we must follow the full face routine. We start with series 1 we start with 50 reps of each exercise in series 1 we do the exercises at the same time of day for 5 days, then on the 6th day we do the a massage, on the 7th day we rest. We do 50 reps in the above format for 2 weeks, then we do 100 reps for 2 weeks then we do 150 reps for 2 weeks. The series takes 6 weeks to complete. Then we take a week off, during this week we learn the exercises for series 2, trying to learn an exercise a day, looking in the mirror and listening to what Peta is telling us to do in the videos. After the week off we start series 2 with 50 reps for 2 weeks as per above format. We start with series 1 and work through to series 6, then we start all over again with series 1. Series 1-3 are on the public channel and series 4-6 are in the membership site. We do the exercises lying down. With this program you must be doing a full face routine, if you don’t, you run the risk of causing more sagging and wrinkling of the skin. Hi Kristy, I would ask that you finish off S1 following the program exactly. Dont change it please just follow along with what I have and you will get results over time. Then move onto S2 and follow it exactly and so forth thru the series. The forehead exercise in S1 is extremely strong, and covers all of the muscles in the area, by adding another one, will over time cause more wrinkles because you will fatigue the muscles. I do talk about this obsessively in my videos. So, just follow the program and you will be fine 😉

Hi Giriipiina, you can use any light oils. Stay away from heavy oils such as coconut oil, olive oil and the like

Pita. .I am on the serie 1 level 2 but I have a trouble with this exercice. .to do It one hundred times with the chin goes down ..my wrinkles in the neck ? .I will prefer to lift the neck up to strengt it..but I have Confidence on you...so I will do as you show us

Possibly. What works more is the muscles grow as they are exercised and they adapt to the natural shape of your skeletal features. Which makes you look younger.

Will this help with fat build up under the chin, like a double chin, or really loose skin ? I am not overweight but have a little fat under my chin.
Hi Shannon, it can, but it depends what is going on. Typically loose skin under the neck can be other causes, and it might help for you to google other causes, especially if you are not over weight.
Peta, I can feel my stronger front neck, mostly near chin area even after couple of days. Im afraid not to gain double chin or bigger neck because during excersize I really flex the neck muscle.. Is it ok to feel that stronger neck feeling? Thank you!

I am watching your videos before starting the series 1 . Can I do this exercise in bed too like the others? being a Mun of a 4year old I think that the only peaceful moment is when she sleeps at night. You say to do it when in bed to avoid getting neck ake. The updates are good after watching the first videos. Thank you for your time. Jennifer
