    My dad died at the age of 97 vith no diabetic nor BP ,no health complications.His always routine. Was' AFTER A MEAL. WALK A. MILE'.

    Two minutes!! Most research suggests a brisk walk 15-20 minutes! Yes, do not sit or lay down right after food for few minutes.

    Yes It's true ...I started walking 1 hour after my night meal.. I get really surprised after seeing my PP report its always less than 150..

    Dr Joshi, you recommended cinnamon tea for reducing sugar; however, cinnamonaldehyde is not soluble in water. So how can you get benefit of cinnamon tea unless you take in powder form. Please correct your video.

      In Kerala people say take a nap after lunch. But eat like a king for breakfast, normal diet after lunch and dinner like a pauper. But that time people used to do heavy work and only organic food

      It will be better to take 2 times a day . Take for 3 months then have a gap of 1.5 to 2 months
