What Elliot is saying 100% right… I have chronic digestive issues, recently (6-7 weeks ago) started loosing appetite which led to sudden weight loss.. went to see GI doctor who suggested let’s do another second colonoscopy and endoscopy which is lierally within 13 months since I first diagnosed.. this video was god sent for me… I followed the advice provided in this video… it was my 4th regular dose of 250gm Thiamine, Magensium with B6 and B complex( not a mega dose), with tiny ginger in my meals.. I was hungry on 5th day and started recovering… doctors have no clue they just want to put their gadgets and medicines in your body without understanding your underlying issues! Thank you
I have bowel stoppage from febreze at full tilt in this house. The landlord refuses to remove it. Utterly ill. @ Elliot please respond whether Thames can overcome this
I would give anything to be able to go to a doctor who was totally holistic! To look at our symptoms from a holistic point of view and get to the actual root cause instead of just pumping pharmaceuticals that cause more disease and breakdown in our body then they actually heal
Hi Elliot, I'm Fausto from italy, I had intestinal problems with SIBO, hypochlorhydria, for 2 years, your disclosure for high doses of thiamine saved my life and for that I will always be grateful ! Thanks !
Can I just say I LOVE YOU! This is exactly what has been happening to me! I’ve been to my PCP, an Endocrinologist, a cardiologist and a Functional doctor. None of them have been able to help me! My functional doctor did mention circulation and vagus nerve issue, but none have been able to connect all the issues together. I was so hopeless because I’ve never had any health problems my entire life and I hit 40 and all this stuff started happening. I kept being told “it’s due to stress”. I kept saying, but I don’t feel stressed! I’m now 43 and finally you’ve made sense of the last 3 years of my life in minutes! God bless you!
Oh my goodness- mine started 9 days after Pfizer (one and only much regretted dose)! I’ve suffered for almost 4 years and was preparing to die over the past few months. I am just 44 and each week it seemed, something else would malfunction in my body- I knew my body couldn’t survive much more of this and I lie awake every night imagining ending it all. Been through multiple biopsies and investigations, Spend thousands of pounds on trying to fix this but not knowing what it was. Doctors wanted to put me on cancer drugs to suppress my immune system but I just KNEW I could find another way. This has been the missing link- took my first high dose thiamine yesterday morning and I’m about 80% better already. It’s insane.
@emmierow1980 Wow! Me too. I've been realizing I couldn't make it much longer like this. In 2021, I had a mandatory dose of J&J to keep my remote job. Downhill since... A couple of doses and so, so much better.
Thank you for tipping me off to this, Elliot. I began the high dose thiamine about a year ago and my life has changed. I've suffered from CONSTANT tiny muscle spasms (I describe them as vibrations) for decades. It's not like the classic (dramatic) Charlie Horse. The muscles will just keep 'shivering' for hours and hours. It's like a workout and lactic acid builds up, but I never get time for a recovery. The thiamine works where nothing any doctor has prescribed has. I'm able to fall asleep much easier without being tortured for hours before I'm so exhausted I fall asleep despite the pain. Now, it's just gone. If I miss a day or two, the shakes come back. I take 2000 mg every single day, sometimes twice a day. I introduced my daughter to thiamine and had to nag her for months before she became desperate enough to try it, and boom. Now she's just as devoted to her daily dose as I am. She's told her friends about it and the results are amazing. One older lady she's friends with is an alcoholic and this vitamin saved her. Two others have other chronic illnesses and they describe high dose thiamine as a miracle. No, it doesn't 'cure' everything, but it makes SUCH a difference that it's worth sticking with. If it weren't for you, I'd still be suffering to this day. And so would many other people. I deeply appreciate your devotion to understanding human health.
This is so true! Doctors don't routinely check vitamin levels and they have a great deal to do with our health! If you have any type of immune condition it will often keep your vitamins depleted. There are thousands of people needlessly suffering and paying thousands to doctors when they just need to know their vitamin levels, and various vitamins affect many systems in the body. Doctors need to take massive nutrition courses along with their other studies in order to properly treat people. For many people this is an easy fix, but the health industry is reluctant, why is this...could it be $$$$?
As a Trained, professional Nutritional Therapist who uses Optimal Blood Chemistry Analysis testing, taught by Dr Harry Eidenier, PhD, I couldn't agree more with what you are saying! Thanks for your channel and providing proven research and information to help the public find the truth!
Dear Elliot, it was an honor to have you on. You're knowledge speaks volumes. Thanks again for being on and for your work and helping people with B1 deficiency or those wanting to go to the next level. Arthur
Happy to have met you both here! My life depends on getting this info and putting it to use. I’m a metabolic mess. My Vegus nerve is off big time. I learned to do toning for it kinda works.. But I’m 2 months in working with this info, and the carnivore diet. Maybe do info on histamines too?

I am experiencing paradoxical reactions even with a low dosage of 25 mg of benfotiamine, as all my reflux symptoms reappear. Could this indicate a significant depletion of thiamine in my system?
@@serenity9299 it may have helped with gut motility but just like everything else I try it came at the cost of the same adverse effects that leave me unable to continue using it. This is profound overwhelming headaches, brain fog, and fatigue.
No more need for my wheelchair as I no longer have very slow walking movements. Did but B1 100mg twice in morning along with magnesium 250 mg twice in morning. It only took two days to get walking again with full stride. Try this on top of regular Parkinson’s medication no name mentioned and it will change your life. Thankyou
I have a very specific B1 story. A few years ago I was exposed to flea and tick poison accidentally while putting a new flea and tick collar on my dog. I had a very small cut on the tip of my index finger and the poison made it's way into my body. The next day my hand was starting to feel numb, and this numbness worked its way up my arm, face, and right side, and both feet over several days. I had convinced myself that I was going to go to the doctor if I didn't feel better in the morning. The next morning the problem began to recede. I probably should have seen a poison specialist but I decided not to. Over the next week or so the feeling returned, but I had some burning and tingling, and also some feeling of weakness on my right side. Sometimes my right foot hurt in a strange way, especially when walking. Over a year or so, the problem got a little better but never really went away. Then I was researching Thiamine (I've been into nutrition for a few years now) and more specifically I read about sulbutiamine, that it is good for treating neuropathic issues. I ordered a bottle of this and megadosed for a few days. The problem resolved! I decided to reduce the dose to twice the recommended amount. Now it has been a couple of years and I have been doing well. I take the sulbutiamine every day. I also have a friend who recently came down with Bells Palsy shortly after getting the covid vaccine. I gave her a bottle of sulbutiamine and told her to take a double dose for a week and then the recommended dose after. She came up to me in church a couple of weeks later and thanked me. She told me that the Bells Palsy resolved quickly after taking the sulbutiamine. It really is amazing, and very encouraging to see that we can help each other in this way. It's worth adding that I don't take the sulbutiamine by itself which would probably be a bad idea long term. I also take a high quality B complex, magnesium, vitamin D, vitamin A (that's a whole other story), vitamin K2, selenium, bovine thyroid, and other nutritional supplements, and I avoid seed oils and wheat (but I do eat spelt, which is a more traditional non-GMO form of wheat). Anyways, thanks Elliot and God bless you.
This is why I never put flea treatment on my cats, it’s highly toxic and I believe is one of the main reason why my cats lived until nearly 22. The vets said they never see cats this old anymore. Dog and feline cancers are so prevalent nowadays, we need to realise if we put toxic chemicals over them for years on end it has consequences. T]here’s a product called Billy no mates, it’s a natural flea/tick treatment my parents used on their dogs, they never had problems so worth checking out for your dog 🐶❤️
@@jsj047 I can only say what I told my friend to try. I recommended she double up (400mg) daily for a week and then take 200mg daily after that. She came back to me two weeks later and told me her symptoms resolved. Your own experience may differ. Remember that this is a fat soluble vitamin, so take it with food. For my own neuropathy I took 1000mg daily for a week, and that made it almost completely resolved. I keep taking it regularly.
I can attest for the validity of this video. I got terribly sick slowly over the years after a lot of stress and some viral infections. I didn't even bother going to the doctor because I knew my complaints were too diverse to even get a proper diagnosis. Extreme nausea, chronic fatigue, insomnia, chronic anxiety, poor immune system; no chance a doctor was going to say "You're deficient in B1". So I one day I stumbled upon a video which recommended B1 for fatigue. I decided to start with 250mg Thiamine HCL , 600mg Magnesium and 1.5g of Potassium and I've been improving day by day ever since. I hardly have any complaints any more after a couple of weeks. It really is a miracle "drug" in this context and almost nobody seems to know about it.
@davidwalz94 I have been having like mcas or histamine intolerance along with other things. But my b1 showed "in range" but I react to so many things right now but I just want to feel better
“Leaky gut” often is low glutamine levels due to chronic stress and illness. The body will prioritize using glutamine for stress hormones and neurotransmitters, and that leaves not enough for intestinal repair. Glutamine is the main amino acid in the production of smooth muscles cells in the guy. So the body cannot repair itself. Glutamine becomes conditionally essential in times of stress or some people end up with “leaky gut”
I needed much more than that after a recent setback. With Glutamine, I have added Artemisinin, Butyrate, and Saccharomyces Boulardii. I think I will add Thaimine also. My diet has been Paleo with a small amount of vegetables for over a year. These things are working so far. I have also lost 150 lbs.
@@SkeebosRibShack I am doing well. I still eat only one meal a day, take Glutamine and many other supplements. I occasionally have a set back and have to heal my gut again, maybe I will always have some IBS. I'm 70 and don't heal as well as someone younger would, but I do pretty well.

My sudden onset peripheral neuropathy symptoms were…chilblains with ulcers, Raynauds syndrome in my fingers (but not thumbs), double resting pulse rate, profuse sweating under arms and groin due to core heat not being dissipated efficiently, serious brain fog, blue nose and ears, very low tolerance to cold. My doctor was absolutely clueless, said “just one of those things that happen “ 😳. Had to do my own research. I took benfotiamine and alpha lipoic acid…this was before I heard of TTFD. Benfotiamine almost cured my symptoms…80%.. now Raynauds is only triggered in extreme cold, all other symptoms are virtually gone. Just my right middle finger often feels cold. It took about 6 months to recover to 80%. If your diet consists of mainly processed foods, you can pretty much guarantee you are thiamine deficient.
@@Matt-fq6ly the thiamine added to processed foods are poorly absorbed by the body. It is usually thiamine mono nitrate or thiamine hydrochloride, which have a maximum absorption rate of about 5% in a healthy person, less if they have gut issues. Also eating a processed food diet is more likely to cause gut and absorption problems in the first place, such as reflux, acidity issues affecting the absorption of other vitamins and minerals, and the use of artificial vitamins and minerals that the body can’t use.
@@bbsaid218 I never liked that Chinese owned brand, but I might reconsider. Currently suffering from LC and I'm quite sure I have a Thiamine deficient. I want to try his megadose program. So TTFD was much better than Benfotiamine for you?
Darn it. We were in a house that then got moldy. All sorts of problems started happening. All the docs said you guys are stressed. We were because of feeling ill. Not the opposite. That was 15 years ago. I'm just starting on B1 yesterday and feel good. But need to up the dose and see what happens. In winter my hands crack and heels. Cutting coffee out has cured that fast. 5 days. I'd love to keep on a little coffee. Some have said B1 can help again. We'll see. Thanks for these. We have a good friend with fibro and plan to send her these videos.
My doctor told me the same thing I told him that I was stressed, anxiety ridden from being ill from my exposure to mold, not the other way around He just wanted to put me on antidepressants. So frustrating. Maybe I’ll try b1.
I highly recommend fasting. one or two days to try. Then NAC, iodine, b1, b12, zinc. cold showers. win hoff breathing. Try all of these if they sound interesting. They help me. Oh my. Took some benfotiamin this morning and I feel so calm now. I might have been in a chronic flight or fight mode that prevented my healing. Can't wait tonight to sleep and hopefully get some rest and healing.
Excellent description and suggestion to titrate B1 to activate enzymes in areas, IE the brain, for Parkinson's, so B1 can do it's job! I'm going to try this with one of my Parkinson's patients! Thank you! WONDERFUL DISCUSSION!
I have no idea if this is related: This is pre Internet. I say this because finding information I could understand took time and dedication. My son when born had diarrhea causing rash so bad and prescribed ointments weren't helping... they couldn't circumcise (at 8 days) until 3 months later. (Pre disposable diaper which helps in keeping baby dry) At age 4 he would 'sneak' cake mix, was hidden half ate behind the couch and I considered a B deficiency ). Sleep issues and temper also. I spent years buying from co-ops, baking my own bread and organic health food stores hoping to see a difference in behavior. At 18 he is diagnosed with diabetes with differing thoughts if child or adult onset because of not following the norm (markers?). I still think today that this started with a nutritional deficiency at birth.
I healed in 2 weeks my 15 years of imsomnia by waking up in the morning and taking natural light. The hipothalamus and the suprachiasmatic nucleu needs natural light in the morning, at least between 2000-3000 LUX penetrating into the eyes for 20 minutes everyday.
@@Qliphirot I've noticed coming back from a night shift work, that the morning light is relaxing when entering the eyes and right after I generally have a calmer sleep.

So I started fallowing your protocol, and it's working... I am so very greatful... Thank you so much Elliot... You are a life saver... ❤❤❤❤❤
I was diagnosed with Parkinson’s a little over two years ago. I began to get neuropathy in my right foot. Three of my outboard toes were cold and numb and the ankle was weakened. I began to take 100mg of B1 sublingually. It’s been five weeks and the improvement has been slow but I have only one toe that feels numb now. I heard that it takes at least six weeks to see results and that seems true. I take it in the morning.
@@snowyowl6892No, I watched another video that had Elliot, some woman from England and a Norwegian doctor. The woman had worked with an Italian doctor who has since passed away. This doctor had discovered that thiamine worked well with PD. There were 3 ways to get thiamine, a weekly shot, high diesel orally or sublingual tablets of 100mg. They talked a mount it taking 6-7 weeks before you started noticing g any difference. I started February 17th and it is now July as I write this. I no longer have pain in my ankle, my foot no longer feels cold or burning and only a slight numbness is apparent in two of my toes. Not actually a numbness but more of a “plump” feeling. My balance on that foot has improved tremendously. I can stand on my right foot, bend forward at the waist with outstretched arms and my left leg stretched out behind me for six breathes. This was impossible six months ago. This combined with red light therapy has made a tremendous difference in my symptoms. I’m going to be 68 next month and my symptoms are less than what they were when diagnosed with Parkinson’s three years ago.
I am so glad that i stumbled across your channel. I have been trying to get a diagnosis to what has been ailing me for a long time now. I was diagnosed with Giant Cell Arteritis 3 years ago and have been trying to get pff the high steroids ever since. I now have Cushing's Syndrome form this endeavor and they don't think its GCA that is the cause now as my pain never truly went away. On top of that they diagnosed me with fibromyalgia. Lol. There has been pain in my whole body for years now and i think you may have touched on this briefly as to why. I was given Levaquin in 2008 for a bad infection (a fluriqinolone which is absolutely toxic to your nevous system and mitochondria) and has the most severe reaction to this medication that almost killed me. Severe neuropathy all over my body and brain, heart and lungs, etc. It took me a very very long time to get back on my feet. (There has been a big law suit in the US regarding these medications). I know that my system now has been damaged to the point that is no longer functioning. I have many digestive issues and my brain has not been functioning properly for a long time. I have spent my life savings on trying to get a definitive diagnosis and i think that i can see a lot of the symptoms of what has happened to my body in this broadcast and a few of your others. I have ordered B1 100mg and intend to try the sliw approach to a mega dose. I have nothing to lose. The problem is, how quickly i can get to the megadose? If anyone can chip in here, i would be most grateful.

This is unbelievable. Fluid retention, big time. Alternate day fasting didn’t affect my weight. Brain fog. Slightly depressed. Low energy (I usually needed to be stopped, before !). Thyroid issues that only temporarily improved with increasing dose. Sth else had to be going on because i’ve been taking a host of supplements for 4 months without much of a result. I started Benfotiamine 250 mg a week ago, worked up from 1/day to 3/day. All above improved dramatically within a week !! Just whaw !!
So, I've been taking Benfotiamine for about a week with a bunch of other great things and have noticed no results. I came across this idea of high-dose B1 today and decided to try it. I feel like me again, it's amazing. I'm not saying I'm cured because it's only been one day and I'm sure after years of illness it'll take time to build myself up again but now I at least have the energy to try to get well again.
Learning about the vagus nerve and more specifically how to "contract" it voluntarily was the #1 thing that improved my symptoms of chronic fatigue, extreme heartburn, brain fog and just general nerve pain and dysfunction in multiple places in the body. I am now starting to try and improve my b1 intake through both natural and synthetic forms.
@@DB-fn3fz I didn't necessarily heal it just built a stronger connection with it. Theres the basic exercises like belly breathing that will activate it and you can probably just search UA-cam for "how to activate vagus nerve". But for me its just being in touch with my emotions and listening to my body. Powerful and emotional music really does the trick for me. Id suggest looking at a lady here on UA-cam named Irene Lyon.
I know 6 months have passed, but may I ask how you can purposely "contract" the vagus nerve specifically? I need to do that. I do the diaphram breath in, hold, breath out longer. But that's the only vagus nerve exercise I know, is this the one you mean?
I think because I can't at this point get blood values, I'm chasing symptoms but my experience last summer when I could get early day sunshine on me, the combo of B1, turmeric, msm, magnesium and multi vit w B and chlorella. @@Sakuragaokaeibikoen I can't really say as I'm not a doc, but I had the same pain as you have and after the B1 600mg a day it stopped, now I only get stomach discomfort when I eat too soon after a previous meal (which I assume is indigestion), as long as I wait 3-4 hours before eating again I have no stomach pain. I'm also taking 1 tspn of nano silver and berberine 2x daily, and staying pretty much on the KETO diet and gobs of supplements, so I suspect that the regimen may be reducing plaque in arteries (including the SMA) also. Also might have been a nerve problem (autonomic, heart/stomach connection). All I know is that the B1 reduced the stomach symptoms markedly... hope that helps.
@@Sakuragaokaeibikoen One final note, B1 is certainly worth a try. Keep in mind also that the splenic flexure is in that general area also, and depending on individual physiology, blood flow and nerve function can be easily inhibited there... although I rushed it, but later regretted as I got severe paradoxical reactions, in form of heart palpitations and anxiety. Go slow, start with 50-100mg of benfotiamine, wait till your symtoms improve, supplement with other nutrients as well. Increase your dose to 200mg, wait for symtoms to get better and repeat it till you get satisfying results. It almost takes a week at a time for symtoms to get better. I used Elliot's protocol to guide myself through that. You may also take small doses of ttfd or sulbutamine for improving thiamine status in brain. Also rule out fatigue due to other reasons, like b6 deficiency. Some people may have polymorphisms where lots of stress or certain medications deplete b6. They can also cause depression/anxiety, pms, histamine intolerance, unstable blood sugars etc. Do your research!

Since then I split to 3 doses my pain is reduced to a minimum. Still I keep daily taken no more than 300mg. Afterall I realize major deficiency despite I was never in to alcohol still is a major blow up.
I was taking Benfotaimine and supplementing with potassium and magnesium until I received my order from Elliot’s Objective Nutrients. (I wanted the purest and most potent supplements designed by Elliot) I was experiencing some positive effects but still experiencing issues until my first dose of Elliot’s protocol products. Just the first dose of Elliot’s- WoW, the morning after, I see miraculous results! I was right, the purest and well designed dose and elements is a game changer!!! Thank you so much ELLIOT! Great talk on B1! For those dealing with constipation Or diarrhea, high blood sugar levels, and many other symptoms. There is a great study done about consumption of cooked green bananas daily can great improve those symptoms. Green bananas feed gut bacteria that produce butyrate, glutathione and correcting neurotransmitters dysregulation. Bananas must be very green and didn't went to a process to speed up maturation. If can't find available, the green bananas flour cooked just like oatmeal does the job.
@@KT-ed8hj if you have a cooker pression, let the water start to boil then add the bananas, let it cook for 7 to 8 minutes with the skin on. It peels much easier. Put in the blender with warm water or in a food processor add less water if food processor MORE water if use a blender. The consistently will be like a thinner mush potatoes or if can eat just like cooked patatoes. If blended last 3 days in fridge or couple months in freezer ( must add more water over heat to bring back the consistency) or cook the flour of it just like oatmeal.

Herkheimer Response is the term for the fact that a person feels worse before feeling better/before realizing improved health state when using natural remedies.
@dragonstaye4557, it’s actually Herxheimer reaction, noted by Dr Herxheimer. My family & I all had a reaction after treating ourselves with oregano oil for mold sickness. We got very sick. The oregano oil causes a great detox, but I didn’t know then that we should have been taking a binder (like coconut charcoal or bentonite clay) opposite time of the oregano oil. 😊

Brilliant video! I’m a recovering AUD! I have to take thiamine, 100mg twice a day. It horrible, smells bad but the benefits are incredible. Pabrinex is an IV version of thiamin (plus other vitamins) which is also greatI I call it sunshine juice, cos it’s bright yellow! I have a medical condition which stops me from absorbing B1 from food. I suffer from spontaneous paralysis in the legs. I’ve been taken to hospital in an ambulance so many times after loosing feeling in my legs! It’s awful! I also take PPI. It’s a vicious circle! I’m still waiting for an appointment with neurology. Been waiting 3 months now 🏴
Oh my gosh.. same problem! What is your diagnosis!? I am comt super slow. And MTHFR and a lot of other genetic funk. I’m trying so hard to flip my genes and get my system to calm down. Terrifying when my legs have no feeling and I can’t move. Tremors and eventually, seizures. I’m starting thiamine, now.
@@TheMiriam333 The hardest thing is the paralysis. It happens anywhere. Complete strangers having to help me, it in a supermarket, in the shower. My GP said it’s a nerve issue called neuropathy. Look into live blood cell analysis. Use the search engine duck duck go & your nearest location. Might be a systemic infection. Even if it’s leaky gut you’ll be able to see it. Some Functional medicine doctors, some naturopaths & chiropractors offer this kind of testing typically for under $100
@@Kerry-ft2zf no worries. I never want to see anyone suffer like I did. It’s sometimes hard to test for these things. For me it was a literal life saver, I wish more people knew about it ❤️
If it is Lyme take pictures as most medical doctors don’t utilize this method. If you have low immune cells and don’t test positive for antibodies it’s just an endless chase. Ten pass ozone knocked it out for me with naturopathic doctors down in usa I’m in Canada it’s illegal here. I was 70lbs on my death bed and told it was my fault I was anorexic meanwhile I had intestinal paralysis (& remains 7 years later) sepsis as a result etc. Those two things. Live blood cell analysis & 10 pass ozone. Best of luck. Also if you want to do mold testing. The company Dutch. Does urine testing & can be ordered on your own & done at home. They also test for comprehensive hormones. My adrenals were flat lined for years testing with metabolites where blood said i was normal because each blood draw I was stressed. Live & learn
I'm the case where you need to ramp slowly. I started taking 150mg benfotiamine with TMG and noticed it drove my HRV up...but after awhile my kidneys were in a lot of pain. I am heavy metal toxic so I think it perhaps pushed too much through my kidneys. I have to detox the metals very slowly. I backed off and now I take it about twice a week and hope to ramp up to higher doses over time. Its like clockwork how it improves my HRV though! Its quite encouraging.
@@nageshnimbalkar4091 When a person has heavy metal toxicity it can ruin the kidneys (& liver). Kidneys are much harder to detox by way of their design. Pain for me is probably stones and inflammation which I'm working to heal and detox naturally. But you can't detox too quickly....Water fasting has been the most effective.
24:05 is exactly what I'm currently dealing with! Elliott's knowledge has definitely been detrimental to trying to kickstart my body back to healing itself.

Thanks for the video. Great insight about thiamine's role in so many functions that are critical for health. Definitely want to try TTFD now. My only complain is the biohacker guy in white shirt kept interrupting Elliot which was incredibly annoying. It's ok to ask questions or clarify but it seemed like he can't stop talking about himself.
I agree, it was amazing information, but the interruptions were unbearable. Many times they happened right when he was building up to a main point. 😐I could listen to Elliot all day! 😊
Tell us more about the unwanted symptoms of megadosing B1. I've been trying to take 100mg TTFD but it doesn't sit well with me, I develop a persistent pain in one side of my throat not to mention a persistent horrible metalic chemical tatse/smell sensation. (TTFD is from you btw) I'm now taking 1/3 of a cap daily so 30mg or so and I don't get the above symptoms. My plan is to increase my dose in a few weeks. Reasons for me taking B1 are many; Lifetime of gut immotility/POTS/poor circulation/reynaulds/low HCL (I also take multi-vit/magnesuim/potassium/molybdenum/b12/LipoGlutathione/Betaine HCL/ACV/Digestive Enzymes) I also drink electrolite drink daily.
@@EONutrition Thanks, forgot to add I have been taking Lipo G for over a year now too (take so many things every day I forget the list) I'll watch this vid again and see if I have missed something, perhaps the methionine/choline etc would help.
Thank you so much for all the fantastic and interesting information in this video! Doctors always told me my levels were “just fine”. But actually there may be a deficiency already. Would you say that’s correct? So many of us are trying countless remedies, all in vain. So it might be worth getting deeper into reading vitamin levels correctly and then act upon it.
I wake up every morning with lower abdominal pain. I did have trace blood in my urine a few times over the past few years. I had a scan a few years ago when I had a little blood and nothing showed. I sometimes feel like I have been run over, beat up, and have a very heavy feeling when I wake up. I usually feel better later. The most odd thing is, when I go to sleep lately, I feel a sudden panic and at times I feel a sense of doom like I’m about to die. I lay there and cannot relax. Ive had anxiety over the years but not at a specific time. It’s always when I lay down to go to sleep and that’s it. I’ve never had that in my life. Also my ears will ring sometimes as well. It’s all very strange. I took Blue Bonnet B1 for 3 days and noticed during the day after I take it I feel really good and have a light feeling inside for hours. However, I’m still having the panic feeling when I go to bed, and I’m still having a little of the pain in the morning when I wake up. I’m probably dying. Anyway, I don’t know if I should take more of the B1 because with the 1 capsule I feel really good when I take it. I don’t trust regular doctors because they use poisons in my opinion such as chemo for cancer patients. I’ve watched several people I cared about die after putting all their trust in doctors. Anyway it’s really awful.
I was feeling like this on and off a few months ago. That dying feeling waking up panicking but I’m glad it subsided and I’ve been trying to make heal my body naturally with supplements just started taking the b1 and berberine. Do you have high blood sugar issues? Just curious..
I went to a specialist because of severe back pain. In the consultation I was asked if iv ever checked my vit D levels . Had test done, mine was very low, I was given a very high dose for 10 days, afterwards a lower daily dose. Do your research on D and back pain.
That's wild, I also started suffering from anxiety and panic attacks at night. The doctor did a urine test and found microscopic blood. And guess what? In the following weeks I developed tinnitus.
So mega dose B1 to Jumpstart the enzymes factory ...sometimes I thought taking a multivitamin that has B1 would take care of that...but it's like a car battery...it needs that initial jump start to get started
I think i developed vagus issues from vaping, severe stress/abuse and poor diet. I passed out, dizzy when standing, blood sugar issues, vertigo, gate issues, low blood pressure, anxiety, paranoia, panic attacks, dizziness, no feeling on my skin, depersonalization, sound sensitive and depression.

Bought otc regular thiamine 500mg doing 4 times a day just to see if it's tolerated well before investing in the high absorbance of ttdt. Carnivore since Feb 2022 n have had a little spike in energy but it ebbs n flows too much to help me function. The pain, though, hasn't lessed much. Weight loss is great n all but I want pain free n energy. Once this bottle runs out, whether I notice improvement or not, will try the better stuff. I don't want to feel like I'm 90 anymore. Been sick since 21. Definitely worth a try.
It's too bad that you don't offer this (Thiamine Dosing Protocols ) information to those of us who purchase your supplements. 59 euros. :(( . Great money maker you have going for you. Great salesman.
The bottle doesn’t say the dosing? They’ve addressed dosing….but they have to be careful what they say because of the legal liability the system has in place for natural remedies …..they’re stating to start out slow with a smaller dose…the dose recommended on the bottle and then up the dose after a week until the symptoms u have been having start to go away….$59 compared to big pharma prices …..who is selling what? Doctors? Or this guy? Doctors sell u poison in pill form and ur happy with that? But bent out of shape over buying B1 supplements that actually help ur system regardless…🤦♀️ perhaps it’s best u stick with man’s cure for everything and leave the natural God given remedies to those who have patience and understand they’ve been investing poison everyday for decades and now have to have patience while the body cleans and heals itself…the only magic pills is the one that ends all suffering….and life …
I started taking B 1 Allithiamine from Dr. Berg. He has a UA-cam channel and a shop. Anyway it’s not even been a week and I feel a huge difference. I don’t even have to think about walking hardly at all anymore and it feels so normal now. I also feel like I can breathe easily all the time now, too. It’s only been one week, and I’m feeling much better already. I’m excited. Thank you God. I just happened to see a random video about a guy with severe problems that took B 1 and went from skin and bones to looking these guys in TWO months! Without doing anything AT ALL except take a tiny dose of TTFD. Insane
@@laquerisma Well, I’ve only been taking it for a little over a week, so I may not have taken it long enough to experience that. But, on the plus side, I can say I definitely don’t smell like 🧄 lol Also, I’ve noticed my muscles have grown in my legs a bit just from walking🦵 I feel much more stable when I stand and walk. My neck still hurts a tiny bit, but the tension and pain are almost gone already. I really can’t believe it’s only been a week… God’s answering my prayers in ways I was definitely not expecting.
Also, look into Benfotiamine- it's the synthetic form of thiamine (B1). This is the one case where a synthetic form is superior and here's why: Thiamine in the natural form is water soluble, but the myelin sheath surrounding nerve cells is fat soluble, making it difficult for thiamine to enter these cells, resulting in a common B2 Thiamin deficiency. Benfotiamine can easily enter into nerve cells and acts as a precursor to thiamin. It helps tremendously with neuropathy, diabetes and helps increase insulin sensitivity. It's recommended that people take about 600 mg daily, split into 2 doses.
Btw, I had SIBO twice in one year then again just before I started meat heavy keto. I didn’t need to take the antibiotic Xifaxcin to get rid of it. In ten days, I had no more problems. Had GERD as well and had been on Protonix for 3 years at an increased 2 X a day dose. I didn’t need that anymore either. Been almost 5 years and no longer suffering from those things.
Earthley gut health (took every night for 45 days) and Liver Love (took 6 months) tinctures helped reverse my NAFLD. Also try castor oil packs over the liver and abdomen.

What you are talking about is the Triage Theory of Dr Ames of Children's Hospital California. According to this theory the body always gives priority in the use of nutrient to the process(s) most likely to cause imminent death if they are undersupplied and do so at the expense of those involved in general health or function. This is why most research that determines nutrient needs by measuring overt deficiency effects do not result in optimum levels which vary by individual depending on age and state of health.
Took benfotiamine twice this past week...ended up in the ER twice. 2nd one raised my heart rate up to 183, faint, sweating, blurred vision, shortness of breath, severe syncope. Thought that was it for me and I was going to pass away in front of my mother. Got admitted into the hospital. They ran all kinds of tests only to find that I was perfectly fine would the exception of my heart enzymes quadrupling from the rate spike which is extremely dangerous but it decreased later which is a good sign. What am I doing wrong? These paradoxical events were the scariest things I've ever experienced. Everything you described I suffer from. Gastroparesis, severe gerd, brain fog from long covid, etc.
In past Ive tried Benfotiamine and 2 other types of B1 & triggers migraines. Got treated for SIBO and have taken B1 Hydrochloride 300mg for 3 weeks and no migraines. But I'm afraid to try the BENFOTIAMINE again and especially after reading what it did to you. How scary for you!! I hope the presenter answers your question Why. It could also be a filler issue or a defective lot and a manufacturer issue. I had a bad lot of doctors choice B Complex where they dumped too much niacin in it and the Amazon reviews showed many others had same symptoms as myself. Update 1 month later: 1st tried 300mg day then 600 mg day and after 1 month on Befotiamine on 900mg day. More migraines but not convinced its directly causal to Benfotiamine. Taking 125mg molybdenum to decrease my Sulphur Intolerance which my theory is why I could never take Thiamine without triggering migraines prior. I feel I may not have fully gotten rid of sibo as Oliver educates SIBO causes Sulphur Intolerance. My question for Oliver is 1) It it a mistake to take Probiotics if have SIBO? Or wait until Sibo treated?

Hi. What's the highdose range for thiamine/benfothiamine?
Issues began for me,3 years ago after a single dose,of J&J. I'm feeling better too after taking B1,and benfotiamine just a few days.
Been through multiple biopsies and investigations,
Spend thousands of pounds on trying to fix this but not knowing what it was.
Do you use thiamine HCL or a different form of thiamine
Hey. What form of thiamine did you use?
I'm so grateful for the enlightenment, I now have hope for the future too.
2g of thiamine HCl ?? Is that what you take ? Thanks for sharing

How much sulbathiamine do u recommend for Bell's palsy
Yep, thats why I talk about it so often
I hope you have continued to improve I'm hopeful
We need 4700mg potassium per day
@davidwalz94 I have been having like mcas or histamine intolerance along with other things. But my b1 showed "in range" but I react to so many things right now but I just want to feel better
Hello! What kind of potassium were you taking? Potassium Citrate? Ive got gastritis and am concerned that potassium will make it worse.
Why exactly does that happen with processed foods and b1?
@@Matt-fq6ly the thiamine added to processed foods are poorly absorbed by the body. It is usually thiamine mono nitrate or thiamine hydrochloride, which have a maximum absorption rate of about 5% in a healthy person, less if they have gut issues. Also eating a processed food diet is more likely to cause gut and absorption problems in the first place, such as reflux, acidity issues affecting the absorption of other vitamins and minerals, and the use of artificial vitamins and minerals that the body can’t use.

WONDERFUL DISCUSSION!
Let us know how it worked out for your patient?
Yes curious how'd that work out?
I have had life long insomnia, started B1 about a week ago I already feel like I dont wake up as much at night
How much dosage are you taking?
I healed in 2 weeks my 15 years of imsomnia by waking up in the morning and taking natural light. The hipothalamus and the suprachiasmatic nucleu needs natural light in the morning, at least between 2000-3000 LUX penetrating into the eyes for 20 minutes everyday.

Wowww that's so amazing I am happy for you dear , did you take thiamine HCL
Maybe you should take less
How’s it going now?
Did Elliot suggest “sub lingual” ?
I love hearing you discuss this! Thiamine is MANDATORY for your body to manufacture HCl/Hydrochloric acid!

I have chronic fatigue & hyperthyroidism. I'm in a constant state of stress/ anxiety. My heart, joints, cognition & eyesight now seem to be affected. My brain feels very strange indeed, it's hard to think & it feels like a volcano is off in my head all the time. Also noticed twitches & nervous system problems. I made it to Holland & Barrett to buy B1. I've started it today. I have some hope now. Btw- what is ttfd? I have just ordered Benfotiamine. Thank you
Look into live blood cell analysis. Use the search engine duck duck go & your nearest location. Might be a systemic infection. Even if it’s leaky gut you’ll be able to see it. Some Functional medicine doctors, some naturopaths & chiropractors offer this kind of testing typically for under $100
@@katiie7 thank you
@@Kerry-ft2zf no worries.

What brand are you taking?
I'm the case where you need to ramp slowly. I started taking 150mg benfotiamine with TMG and noticed it drove my HRV up...but after awhile my kidneys were in a lot of pain. I am heavy metal toxic so I think it perhaps pushed too much through my kidneys. I have to detox the metals very slowly. I backed off and now I take it about twice a week and hope to ramp up to higher doses over time. Its like clockwork how it improves my HRV though! Its quite encouraging.
kidneys were in pain ? what exactly was problem with your kidney?
@@nageshnimbalkar4091 When a person has heavy metal toxicity it can ruin the kidneys (& liver). Kidneys are much harder to detox by way of their design. Pain for me is probably stones and inflammation which I'm working to heal and detox naturally. But you can't detox too quickly....Water fasting has been the most effective.

Fluoroquinolone toxicity you mean?
I was taking vitamin B12 but I was not taking vitamin B complex and now I'm doing all kinds of research and found out okay what is a dosage okay you get vitamin B complex but we are not knowing what the dosages are in this vitamin B complex because as we get older we need to hire dosage of vitamins I'm still trying to heal myself because these doctors are not doing good of a job this is why now I'm watching your video

Elliot is so brilliant
So mega dose B1 to Jumpstart the enzymes factory ...sometimes I thought taking a multivitamin that has B1 would take care of that...but it's like a car battery...it needs that initial jump start to get started
Elliot.....Do you have an opinion on SULBUTIAMINE...pros/cons...?
Super curious about this too!
This is helping my son recover from long Covid.
Can you please tell me how many days your son took thiamine? and if he is cured of long covid?
I think i developed vagus issues from vaping, severe stress/abuse and poor diet. I passed out, dizzy when standing, blood sugar issues, vertigo, gate issues, low blood pressure, anxiety, paranoia, panic attacks, dizziness, no feeling on my skin, depersonalization, sound sensitive and depression.
I was admitted to hospital 2 days ago and one of the first things staff did was give me a thiamine infusion.
Wow

Bought otc regular thiamine 500mg doing 4 times a day just to see if it's tolerated well before investing in the high absorbance of ttdt. Carnivore since Feb 2022 n have had a little spike in energy but it ebbs n flows too much to help me function. The pain, though, hasn't lessed much. Weight loss is great n all but I want pain free n energy. Once this bottle runs out, whether I notice improvement or not, will try the better stuff. I don't want to feel like I'm 90 anymore. Been sick since 21. Definitely worth a try.

Thank you, Elliot, for this channel and being so on point.
Always love your content brother
Insane
Does allithiamine produce a garlic smell to your skin and breath? I heard this doctor mention it did that.
@@laquerisma Well, I’ve only been taking it for a little over a week, so I may not have taken it long enough to experience that. But, on the plus side, I can say I definitely don’t smell like 🧄 lol
Also, I’ve noticed my muscles have grown in my legs a bit just from walking🦵 I feel much more stable when I stand and walk. My neck still hurts a tiny bit, but the tension and pain are almost gone already. I really can’t believe it’s only been a week…

Also, look into Benfotiamine- it's the synthetic form of thiamine (B1). This is
the one case where a synthetic form is superior and here's why:
Thiamine in the natural form is water soluble, but the myelin sheath surrounding nerve cells is fat soluble, making it difficult for thiamine to enter these cells, resulting in a common B2 Thiamin deficiency. Benfotiamine can easily enter into nerve cells and acts as a precursor to thiamin. It helps tremendously with neuropathy, diabetes and helps increase insulin sensitivity. It's recommended that people take about 600 mg daily, split into 2 doses.
Im praying this helps my SIBO. Everything else has failed.
Get on ketogenic diet, meat heavy or carnivore. The b1 therapy will work much better with these diets. It should help you much more quickly.
I have just been diagnosed with gastroparesis and NAFLD!! I feel I'm DOOMED at this point. 😢😢😢

@@EONutrition 300mg. sorry for the late response
Update 1 month later:
1st tried 300mg day then 600 mg day and after 1 month on Befotiamine on 900mg day.
