Vit B1 200mg in the morning got me out of the wheel chair for down town use, very slow walking other wise. Parkinson’s med just started but didn’t do much. After two days of B1 I walked three miles. This has gone on for two weeks with no problem ever since. Try it as you will notice a difference.

I've been having terrible digestion issues for years as well. Slow digestion, constipation, burping, bloating particularly at the ileocecal valve. Fatigue and brain fog as well. I took 50mg of TTFD by Maxlife Naturals and had normal bowel movement the very next day. It was amazing. I continued taking 50mg of TTFD per day for the next two weeks but began feeling ever-worsening body aches and by day 14 I needed to stop taking it because the effects were too painful, but I had healthy bowel movements every single day. It's taken a week to recover from the shock of this awful reaction. Now I have insomnia. Unfortunately Im back to being constipated and bloated. I'm glad this is working for you. Maybe 50mg/day was too much for my body. What form of Thiamine are you using and how much? Thanks!

@@benjaminreynolds5727 I actually started with HCL and moved up to Benfothiamine. I had a paradoxical reaction for at least a month as well, so that is normal. TTFD is the strongest version with the most side effects initially. These videos have given me hope where there was no hope and being able to lead normal life. My fatigue has gone and I have lost weight. The other thing I done is stop drinking alcohol, because i found if I drunk a lot of alcohol my parkinsons symptoms would get worse. Could my parkingsons be down to not enough B1 from too many carbs and too much alcohol combined with the Type 2 Diabetes. Low B1 uptake caused by multiply factors including taking metformin for over 20 years.

This sounds exactly like what is wrong with my daughter. At 27yrs old she was hosp for three days from vomiting they gave her an IV of Fluoroquinolones. None of the tests were positive to warrant her being given BlackBox antibiotics! ER, the doctor told my daughter it was a knee-jerk reaction to give them to her! Three years later at 30, my daughter has...nerve pain, Achilles tendonitis, SIBO, and neuropathy she has been down to 99lbs, at one point couldn't walk and needed to be carried, cant work her body has wasted away, and she has chronic daily pain. She has NO quality of life. She can't live independently as she can not do basic everyday tasks such as cooking, taking trash out, standing walking very far, cleaning, and laundry, and with such lethargy can not work. Her Drs have given her a runaround and won't agree with the fact that it was Fluoroquinolone toxicity. She has been on Medicaid for 2.5 yrs and they have had her on P/T for the same with no real change. We have done much research we have been trying to feed her only organic food, spring water, and many supplements we are hopeful as she has gained a bit of weight and is now at 109 but it's a slow go and very expensive. They did offer an antibiotic for the SIBO but insurance did not cover it and my daughter did research that that medicine did not help and in most cases made things worse. I am now at my wit's end and feel like she needs a GoFundMe as she has learned some modalities that may help with the pain of non-diabetic neuropathy. My daughter and I need help! She is a young, college grad and is losing her will to live. It's awful to see your child suffer and sad watching her friends go to grad school. Get married and have families. She sees permanent damage and never thinks she will ever be well again. Begging for help.

I’m so sorry to hear what your daughter is going through! I have been through something similar with my daughter who came home very ill from college and had similar symptoms as your daughter, getting down to 89 lbs at her lowest and had to use a wheelchair a good part of the time. I would highly encourage you to research the B1 protocols. I bought the book Dr Lonsdale wrote & took it to my functional medicine dr. She was treated for Thiamine deficiency and is now 109 lbs and able to do housework, improving more and more. Also, alpha lipoic acid has helped several of my family members with neuropathy. We started with the lowest amount and worked up to the amount needed for results (600mg was the maximum we went to, per bottle instructions). I will pray that the Lord will give you wisdom & discernment. I don’t know that I would go to a regular dr with it. At least for us, we have not had any good experiences with traditional medical doctors. 😢 Best wishes!

I am having the same with my daughter. 28 and just had to move back home as she can’t work, cook or do much at all. She has mercury and lead toxicity. Maybe try doing a hair analysis- DO NOT DO THE DMPS or anything like that they made my daughter worse! She did the hair analysis and worked with a heavy metal detox person. It did help but she was in a toxic relationship and went through a bad situation and that set her back. I think her adrenals are in rough shape. She moved home in the crisis and we are trying to work on it hard. She is now trying mineral rebalancing from a certified person she found on instagram- idk if it’s working or not. She just started taking buspar as she is really struggling mentally. She’s been dealing with this for just two years. You and your daughter are very strong! I will pray for y’all. I have been watching this channel and begged her to start the benfotamine. She’s just been doing it for 4 days now. Not seeing any effect but I’ve read that it can be bad to mix with ssri/mental drugs so I’m not sure if she should continue. We find no help from regular doctors!!! You are not alone though. And I understand, it’s so hard on us parents to see your child not be able to enjoy life and have their own family. And my daughter has lost so many friends when she needs them the most. But anyways- just wanted to say how strong she is and I pray she will find peace and healing!

Elliot man I gotta just say I love you so much... You made me fall in love with b1 and regain control over my life, from the depths of my heart I thank you sincerely 🙏🏼
Also I want to tell you about my History with B1 so far and things I still don't understand at all:
For about 7 years I went through hell.. I got diagnosed with Anxiety Disorder and almost killed myself due to the suffering I went through.. gladly I didn't as I was prescribed an SSRI about 5 years ago.. I am still addicted to that shit but slowly tapering off because my life took a second huge change and that was when I introduced B1 in the form of Benfothiamine which upon first try took me to the ER, it felt like I was on drugs, I was suddenly overloaded with energy, unable to sit still and regained the ability to feel things with my hands I didn't even know I lost.. however it was clear that 50mg Benfothiamine was too much as it crashed me immensely, funny enough that my anxiety that I struggled with over 7 Years!!!! Vanished within the blink of an eye.. fast forward one month I tried 40mg Thiamine HCL which first off worked just fine, but as time went by about one week I started to get all sorts of symptoms like pressure in the hand and especially the feeling of pressure behind my temporals, also I developed Fatigue and I was feeling unwell and like shit also my anxiety returned.. so I figured I have to go EVEN lower with the dosage I am currently on 15mg HCL per day and I feeling pretty amazing, funnily I still have some very light symptoms like pressure behind my temporals and I don't know why I respond thaaaat extreme to B1, my anxiety again is gone just like that and I don't know how to go forward from here because I should've mentioned that is already my second try on low HCl because the first try as I mentioned failed after 1-2 weeks went by.. sadly no doctor knows SHIT about Thiamine.. they barely know it exists.. my plan for now is to continue with 15mg ed and just wait a month and then go up 5-10mg, what exactly would you do and do you think it its normal that I respond that extreme to b1? I mean seriously even to 15mg HCL
Again thank you so much man I owe you for live and I bow down if I ever get the chance to see you irl
Greetings from a desperate 25yo german
Edit: seriously you have no idea how thankful I am, you literally saved my life.. makes me tear up thinking about it man
Edit 2: you know what else is interesting, the evening that the ambulance took me to the ER after suffering severe symptoms like orientation problems, restlessness, dry mouth, no hunger, confusion and so on due to the benfothiamine they measured my blood sugar and it was sky high, even though I dont have insuline resistance and I am eating very healthy + on that day I literally didn't eat anything at all so far, as I am doing intermittent fasting

I don't think you're sensitive to B1, but the medicine you're taking causes both together! The same thing happened to me, I was also looking for a solution to anxiety because I didn't switch to serotonin enhancers! You need to know that it's very dangerous to take anything in addition to these medicines because they can increase the effect it can be fatal! First, you should reduce your medication to the minimum and then slowly leave it and in the meantime replace it with natural substances! Magnesium bisglycinate, Potassium, L-Theanine, Glycine, B complex (but methyl type) and Benfotiamine work wonders together, they all just calm you down!!

As an elite complex problem solver I have long hypothesized that type 2 diabetes is really a metabolic dysfunction, in particular a dysfunction of the regulatory system and that the manifestions of diabetes are really indicators of a fundamental unknown disruptor. Attempts to treat an unknown with medications and endless dietary interventions is the dog chasing irs tail paradigm. Benfotiamine transformed a lifetime of needless suffering. 35:47

So what do you theorise the disruptive actually is? I feel there is more to insulin resistance based diabetes, than just the body has consumed too much fat/sugar. I am wondering if it’s actually trans fats behaving differently to regular historically eaten lipids . Or perhaps a combination to create a storm. Eg heavy metals and trans fats reacting and creating havoc in the cells, with increasing exposure creating metabolic syndrome. These could then cause vitamin deficiencies and possibly changing internal environment to then promote parasite complications /and or biofilms (infections) taxing immunity and body system as a whole. I can’t see to find anyone discussing this at deeper levels or theories/studies, that are asking these questions.

Vitamin C also has something to do with the enzyme pathways for Glutamate and the enzyme that converts Glutamate to a neurotoxin. It must be a genetic issue possibly with inability to produce enough of certain amino acids, or possibly producing too much. Maybe these people produce too much glutamine, so the body converts it to a neurotoxin, I’ve worked with clients in the disciplines of nutrition and manual therapy and in meditations with them, I have seen Rowan Berry, or Mountain Ash. It’s extremely high in Vitamin C, and possibly B1 as well?
I think it’s possible that people with MS could be needing very high dose Vitamin C and B1, and be dependent on these.

I've been starting to get the cardinal in the room, as Dr Chandler marrs says, fatigue. It's been getting bad lately. I started thyroid therapy and I wonder if my stress hormones are dropping also causing this too. Also started using an AI and small TrT dosage prescribed by a doctor. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated. Love all your videos. Keep up the good work 💪

Would be very interested in anything new or more in depth you can find about b1 and igG4-RD.

1:29:54 this diagram you showed here, does it mean that all of these show positive interactions? What about when taken together with AKG?

L-lysine stops a fever blister in its tracks. Please research this on your own.
I’ve been using it for years. I take 1000mg at first feeling of onset. Then later that day again. Next day the same. That’s it for me.

Please please talk about negative reactions/allergic reactions to taking B1 supplements. I had a really terrible experience a few weeks ago 😞

He does talk about the paradoxical effect in his other videos on UA-cam. You can't have an allergic reaction to B1 because it is naturally in our bodies. You can have a bad side effect which just means you have to start with a lower dose and get through it.

I just started high dose I purchased from his sight and broke open capsule into 3rds first 3 days then I’ll double it I’m flying be the seat of my pants here just guessing. I have suffered with depression bloating alcohol and carb binges . I BS fibromyalgia anxiety no seretonin all gone . Now COPD no alcohol no carbs intermittent fasting 22/2 OMAD Keto adding thiamine high dose therapy MNM helped me so much now I want to try this .oh yes and now arthritis in hip dep3nding on the reader of X-rays. Cervical spondylitis. I was on steroids for years to get my lungs to a point that I can breath with oxygen since I got Covid . I was literally in bed for 9 months recovering . I believe my adrenals and thyroid went crazy. I weighed 103 while on prednisone no appetite, exhausted all the time. So I’ve come back through my own research. My depression was out of control that’s gone since I started msn collagen prot3ins keto and fasting. I’m 118 5’4 67 years young and my pulmonologist gave me 7 yrs to live and wrote me off. Still here and survived Covid at home sheltered in GP.

I was told I wasn’t allergic to Ativan too just a bad side effect. Well when given it in hospital I hallucinate every single time. I not sure it matters if your body can’t metabolize it. Is his speech speeded up! He’s talking really fast and that’s not normal,
