Oh my goodness, I had a neurologist tell me to go to a psychiatrist when I was searching for what was wrong with me. He said I was tired because I have six kids despite the fact I was a fit gymnastics coach after being a competitive gymnast. I later figured out my own dang self that I had hyperadrenergic POTS and Ehlers Danlos Syndrome (The hypermobility type). I figured out not only what I had but the exact type and sought out knowledgeable doctors. I ultimately got my diagnoses at the Cleveland clinic. It is a crime what some doctors put the ill through trying to make them believe things are all in their head.

Get your vitamin D levels checked, your iron and B12 levels, and if they’re low, You will probably also need zinc. There’s a taste test for that.
After I started taking vitamin D, The anaemia that I had from the time I had my accident, was resolved. I haven’t had to take iron supplements since may be a few months after starting the vitamin D3 protocol.
Your doctor needs to know that the tests that are normally taken or normal, but you need to have the results interpreted for a neurological standard. Because the amount of iron and B12, you need, if you have a neurological condition, is much much higher than the standard amount for somebody who is not a neurological patient.
Once you know where you stand with those levels, then you’ll be in a position to start making amendments.
Take on one thing at a time, in case you have a problem. That way you’ll know what caused the problem and can roll from there.
Then you’ll be ready to look at your B vitamins.
Start with something low and water soluble, to let your body start to make adjustments. Just a B 100 formulation or something.
That is, after you’ve talked to your doctor and agreed together on a protocol.

Nutrients like the B vitamins & Magnesium are the ‘stress-management’ nutrients, so any kind of stress or trauma, whatever form it takes, will rapidly deplete them. The Nervous System takes the brunt of any stressful situation, & these nutrients are so crucial for its support.
So little is understood about this, & most doctors know diddly-squat about nutrition, so it’s rare that people would know that these nutrients need higher replenishment during & after any ‘assault’, whether physical, emotional or both.
So many people have ended up with Dysautonomia symptoms, ataxias, neuropathies, etc during & after CV, after accidents, surgery, Chemo, treatments, drugs/medications/Vx, illness, bereavement, divorce, etc, etc, simply because these crucial nutrients have been wiped out by the stress & trauma.

POTS can be hard to live with, I have EDS and ended up in a wheelchair for the second time in my life 2 years ago needing a bilateral POA surgery, after already having bilateral patella realignments. I went carnivore and was out of the wheelchair in a couple weeks but my gastroparesis got unbearable so I stopped. About 2 months later I relapsed hard and was back in the wheelchair. I decided to avoid the surgery to research further and came across your channel and website. I decided to try carnivore again but with additional supplementation - TTFD (I titrated from 25mg to 150mg), magnesium, potassium, vitamin D and a methyl B complex. This combo with the diet got me out of the wheelchair and off opioids in 3 weeks, no more gastroparesis or POTS symptoms, no more dislocations and it has now been 1.5 years fully walking, no surgery no pain medication and I am also 7 months pregnant. Thank you for your research, information and making it all accessible to those looking for ways to naturally heal/manage health issues. ❤

This is exactly how you learn what a unique body needs to function optimally. Every person is different, buying into the experiment, paying attention to symptoms, not loading up on a bunch of supplements because someone else on some other blog or web page said all their symptoms resolved with this 1 thing. Experiment…track symptoms, one step at a time.

The first thing I noticed very quickly was stress levels have nose dived, energy levels are slightly improved, sleep is better. I think my gut will probably take a lot longer to see improvement. I have rosacea which was triggered by 100mg of B1, so I reduced down to 50mg and the rosacea calmed down. I wish I had known about B1 4 years ago, this is the best I've felt for quite some time... I'm hopeful for more benefit long term.

Thank you SO much for this video. I have all the diagnoses this man does. I have always used nutrients and vitamins but had a severe flare a year ago. Gastroparesis and MCAS (which i didnt realize i had) added to my POTS which had been under control. I got no help couldn't eat at all was having anaphalaxis to all foods initially and my gut was paralyzed. I lost 50 pounds and was dying. My hair fell out and i was severely malnourished from not being able to eat. I had to find new supplements that had no fillers or other ingredients. Potassium and coconut water was keeping me alive then i added thiamine hcl powder then some b2 and then found a b complex. My Gastroparesis got better and found out i could tolerate boiled meat from frozen (low histamine preparation). I found a vitamin d k2 i can tolerate and i take mag oxide powder to keep my intestines moving because they still dont move on their own. I havent been able to find a magnesium i tolerate that actually absorbs!! I have already ordered the liposomal magnesium... it has only magnesium and inositol so im confident i will tolerate it! This is an answer to my prayers. I need magnesium so badly but couldnlt find one i tolerate!! 👍

My son has gerd, and possibly the same stomach issues as this guy. He 3, non verbal, doesnt eat by mouth. We just got the g tube and it hasnt helped much. I actually realized after watching some of these videos that he is b1 deficient. They hook him up to b1 in the hospital everytime we've ended up there, and i only know because I'm observant. They aren't telling me what they're doing, unless they're giving him meds to treat his symptoms and not giving us any info towards the root cause. So I've ordered some b1, itll be here next week. I also have hcl which has b2 and pepsin in it, as well as glutamine. I really hope I'm about to figure this out. We've done so many tests and imaging to get nowhere. Problem started with being formula fed as a baby, breastmilk was tolerated but i couldn't make enough. He's sensitive to so much. And since he doesn't talk, we dont actually know what's going on with him. Really hoping the b1 helps. Any other info or advice would be very helpful! I myself have a histamine problem. And formula intolerance, gerd, and food sensitivity runs in my side of the family. So I'm trying really hard to figure this out because drs aren't helping with just trying to convince us to give him ant acids which contain talc, which usually contains asbestos. They also got his body hooked on miralax which is petroleum which is jet fuel. I'm trying to get him off that too. Prune is helping at least somewhat.

Hi, FYI which may help your son as I tried so many different diets/supplements etc. I had horrendous gerd and also suffer with histamine problems. The absolute best thing that helped me was juicing organic cabbage, some celery and two apples a day - cabbage was game changer for the Gerd and I drank this on empty stomach, within 5 days was a massive difference (the rest of my diet I try to keep simple chicken, cooked veg etc and stopped diary - but do have now and again). I also supplement use B1, B12 and B6 regularly and D3. I bathe in epsom salts for magnesium as I found I get stomach issues with different types - however, will see if I can get this sucrosominal mag after listening to this. good luck with your son...

Honestly, both you guys are very impressive. The enthusiasm and expertise Elliott brings is truly inspiring.
Wendell has a gift from God, by this virtue of self help he transformed himself back into a healthy body. @ 19:22 to 19:27 was what I admire the most, because pharmacies profit with these illness, and you reversed the condition “yourself”, with help from Elliot’s documentation.
What I would love to watch is a video with both of you explaining in detail how dosages work.
I’ve watched hundreds of videos and have thousands of hours of information gathered from listening to professionals like you both. Results are what we look to find in these videos but the questions are often, how much of a dose did you take, how often a day, with or without food, what type did you take, how long did you take it for, how early on did you notice the benefits, did you have any negative reactions, what were they, and how severe were they.
I can’t tell you how many comments I’ve read, and have posted myself asking the same thing. Many of these do get answered but are incomplete, and leave us wondering still.
I’m sure I can speak for other viewers when I say that we understand that we are all different, and the circumstances are different, but at some point there must be a “general guideline” when it comes to supplements.
I hope you decide to create this video, even if you touch on the subject to shed light on it.
Ciao, and thank you both !

I think about the stories I hear from the over four thousand people in covid vaccine injury group I was asked to join to help them try to heal from the damage from the spike protein. Thiamine has been a critical component, along with doing Spike protein detoxes. This is a serious issue and the spike protein damages your vasculature as well as every organ system. Obviously taking vitamin B1 is not going to hear the damage from the poison that people were injected with, but it's a good start.

Im on my healing journey too. Im on Allithiamine 300mg , Magnesium glycinate 200mg, nutritional yeast Non-fortified. Also drinking green juices and coffee enemas. I started B1 2 weeks ago and im still waiting to see what will happen. So far my pain has gotten a little better and my hands are getting warmer for the first time in years. My constipation is still not changing. The coffee enemas are helping me with that so much. I will up my B1 dose tomorrow to 400mg 🤞. The side effects are not good when i bring up the dose but I am determined now. This video gives me hope 🙏 to keep going. I sit in the sun everyday for vitamin D. It's only been 2 weeks and i know it's probably going to take a while to see results.

Pls try alpha lipoic acid for your pain . Takes few weeks at dose in the bottle for me but safe above that. Intermittent fasting can trigger stem Cells naturally that could help pain and spine healing. If you have never done body detox, get a good protocol that takes several cycles of several cycles . Lots of supplement combos exist with things like tumeric, ginger and other natural ingredients to help with pain on back and hip are esp . Nothing will correct overnight. In YT I search like "natural remedy backpain" and start there . Good luck. Vit D3, K2 and magnesium , B1 are key for sure.

If you switch to the water soluble form, since you’re so sensitive, your body can only absorb so much. That might be a good thing for you, as you titrate.
It’s easy to increase the dose once you know your adjusted.
You may not even need to go to the heavy, fat, soluble forms.

Dear Wendall, I am from Charleston too. James Island.
I have Pfizer vaccine injury. I have some of these symptoms. 3.5 years, also head pain/pressure(evidently neurological damage of the endothelial blood vessels and nerves, neuropathy in both feet and radical histamine intolerance.
Had many treatments. I do take those supplements but not familiar with that form of magnesium.
So what about your back? I am seeing a chiro and have weekly head massage. Why don’t think your back injury caused these issues???
Would love to chat more. 🤗💕🙏
