This was the first song I had ever heard from Devin... it was the album version. My best friend gave me a copy of 'Ocean Machine' and was like " You need to listen to this album. I don't care how, but you need to really listen to this." I was like " ok ok man, I will." I had it in my car just playing one day while I was cleaning it, and that guitar in the beginning began to wail. The volume was pretty low, but it caught me. I remember just stopping all motor skills. I had never been so taken aback by a sound such as that time. Totally changed my musical universe, that day. It was about 20 years ago now.
Ocean Machine was my intro to Dev when it came out. Back then I was too "me want chugga chugga duhhhh" to appreciate it. Then years later, one day this song came on random in my Winamp playlist. I ended up playing ut on repeat for a month straight. Then the whole album the next months, lol. ❤

I didn't even know who Dev was when this show took place. That's a fucking crime. That's why channels like yours are the first line of introduction for mind blowing, exceptional artists. Artists we just don't get exposed to in the US music industry. Thank God for UA-cam lol. We have yet to scratch the surface my friend. Our last in the trilogy next month is The Death Of Music. I consider this his vocal masterpiece. Guaranteed to send chills of emotion through your body. Thanks very much for getting this in December. Merry Christmas Cheers!!
By the way, those aren't Solar guitars, the logo on the fretboard is just Devin's logo, which looks pretty similar to Solar's logo. Devin actually plays guitars made by Framus. Some of my favorite live performances from Devin are Deep Peace and Higher, both at Plovdiv.
Awesome track, one of my favourites and amazing live set. I wish I was there to have experienced it first hand.

It's so nice to see someone doing Devin and not doing Kingdom or Deadhead. They're good tracks but there's so much more out there. They're just the ones that became really popular through reactions.

You mentioned TXT. They are baby BTS. Same label and highly supported by their big brothers. Jimin is not transgender not that it matters. The seven members of BTS are all extremely talented, loyal to each other, and completely down to earth. You will eventually get it.
