Brilliant film noir short!!! Dennis Dunaway... Founding member of Alice Cooper... Hall of Fame 2011 Inductee... Author of "Snakes! Guillotines! Electric Chairs!"
Magnificent production fused with brilliant songwriting, this is a triumph on all fronts. Dennis showcasing what a critical part of the Alice Cooper legacy he is.
I've been waiting a year for this ever since my friend Laura Roth (the older bride) told me she was working with Dennis on this project. I almost lost my mind when I took a chance early this morning to see if it was available yet knowing it was going to release today, and sure enough, there it was. Production quality was top notch, very well done. And the actual song was awesome as well!!! Watching this whole focusing on the lyrics, I felt like I was being grabbed and the suspense was forever building to what was to happen, until there was an instant release and I was able to breathe easy again. A simple message was taken away from this that greed has it's consequences. Dennis, Laura, Russ, Calico, and every one else involved on this project - congratulations!!!
From his previous solo and Alice Cooper work, I'd expect nothing less from Dennis, this is great. I got a hold of his Bones from the Yard disc from a few years back and it's excellent. I've been waiting for new material from him and hope this song is part of a forthcoming album.
Love It To Dennis!! Was lucky to see this at Theatre 80 recently, and now can watch it over & over again.....DD you are the Original Goth, and so glad to have you around...still creating weird & wonderful music!! Hope Chiller was a blast, and also hope to see Blue Coupe sometime soon....you are still the coolest of the Coops!
We were honored to host the Portland, OR premiere back in October at The Clinton Street Theater for the 11th annual GuignolFest! Thank you Dennis and Brian!
For the record Dennis Dunaway is a really cool and down-to-earth guy. Years ago I did camera on a Cablevision shoot at Neal Smiths old house and Dennis could not have been nicer or more entertaining, explaining all the old Alice Cooper album covers and props.
Awesome! Very pleased with how this turned out! My contribution was well spent! Nice job DD, Cindy, Calico and everyone else involved (...you know who you are)!!!
Brilliant ! Listening to your voice (Dennis) for the first time, you´re a lot like (not as gravel as) Alice, much better than the vocalist in Blue Coupe! You should sing!!!!
Yeah ! One more proper album without a bunch of outside musicians or guest writers...just Mike/Neal/Dennis and Alice... produced by Bob Ezrin and have Ryan Roxie or that Steven Crayn guy on lead...before someone joins Glen...and that includes me...😐
I absolutely adored this video, song, and concept! As a long time Alice Cooper band fan ,it was a real pleasure to hear Mr. Dunaway take on the vocal role. Well done! He was the original creepy guitar player before Gene Simons, Mick Mars, Geezer Butler and others that followed. I am in a horror metal band with members in Pensy (me) and Rhode Island. My voice has been featured on metal bands in France, Poland, and Germany as well as here in the US as a guest artist. Link below to my latest musical efforts. . Denise Dunaway, please consider me if you ever want one of the truly Creepiest yet Christian voices in U.G. Metal scene who is a major Alice Cooper band fan. I am always on the ready to join you at no cost to you. God bless and protect you either way. ua-cam.com/video/rZs1Qm5HQ4I/v-deo.html
THIS is what Alice should have done "years ago". He didn't. To me, he hasn't been relevant since 2001. Same old "Detroit" shit. Dennis carries the flag. GB may have been the "heart & soul of AC" but DD has always been the BRAIN. Love ya Dr Dreary. Cheers from France.
Love Dennis from the Cooper days one great bass player and from more recent interviews seems like a smart down to earth guy. But gotta say with all due respect this one just doesn’t cut it for me. At a minimum needs better vocals maybe Cooper should have done a vocal track. Cool to hear though.

It's a great short story, like a timeless Poe classic we never heard before...
Nice revisit to the ILTD and Sick Things vibe.

Barnabas Collins??
Aivan ihan vitun hieno biisi! Says Iivu Asunta, president of Fucking Freaks MC Finland
I like the clown.
This reminds me more of King Diamond (minus the falsetto) than Alice...
