Even easier is to wrap the loom to protect it and run it outside the chassis with a new chassis. Totally agree about not running it inside an old chassis though :) I do like the autosparks looms but if I had to do it again, I'd do it from scratch! For those that haven't used autosparks looms, they do not run a separate earth to the rear so you need to run an earth off the frame to the earth at the tail end of your loom. Do not rely on the body for your earth :)
Definitely a job for when the body is off as folk can see in the video. Working in and around wheel arches and wheels and tyres and all the rest of it. Top stuff squire!
