With the 'can' opener- Reason you're getting bad results is the can has no structural integrity after the lid comes up and the pressure is released. Take an empty can, cut the lid off with scissors, fill it with water, and try to simply hold it in the middle. You'll get why it failed.
@@Ian_Livesey That is why I said what I said, she had success where he failed. Maybe they could show her testing the fails more often to see if it is product or user error.
That bag sealer was working afterwards because it had heated up then. I've had a few of them you just need to make sure that you you hold them together for for about 20 seconds before you use them if it's cooled down
Barry, you and Mrs. B are going to love that air fryer for warming leftovers... even just stuff like fish and chips from the drive-throughs, just put them in there for a couple of minutes before eating them and it's like you just got them fresh.
That gadget for the washing up liquid.. A tip is to "thin the liquid out" (if you get what I mean) with some water. I used to have a similar one quite a long time ago. The liquid itself is often to thick to really go through the tiny hole. So I used to mix half liquid and half water. Worked like a charm everytime!
Can top remover is amazing, I have one and love it! Never grip the middle, grip the bottom, pop the top for easier removal. Mrs.B you need to order Barry around more, love it. A kitchen hack, use a plastic sandwich bag on your hand to cover the cake tin in butter, no mess,no fuss and easy clean up,toss it.
I actually watched Freakin' Reviews testing the original Draft Top earlier! The only real upside to that gadget in my opinion is that you can get all the liquid out for recycling. And apparently there's a real learning curve to it and you need to hold the can either at the bottom or top (don't squeeze the middle) and release some pressure beforehand if it isn't working, but yeah, he was getting drink all over, too, especially when he pushed the can lids in, if he got them to open. About the bag sealers, I think it really is a hit or miss thing, some seem to work, others don't.
I watched the Freakin’ Reviews too, the other good thing about it IMHO, that you didn’t get a sharp edge so it was easier to drink out of the can (at least for me) 😊
Your drink can opener is a cheap knockoff of the Draft top which was a Kickstarter twice - I have both versions they work really well the new cheaper version works better but doesn't look quite so nice. I have the sponge soap dispenser too and it worked out of the box, looks like you got a dud.
