My only issue is shooting vertically i have to completely remove the base plate and fit it on the side of my cage. A sony A7iii with a light 50mm lens there's just no room left to balance the regular way, unfortunately
Nice man ! if i have it on PF mode ,for example, at the time i shooting ,and for some seconds in between, i want to have it on L mode (lock) ,just for a few seconds ,by pressing the trigger button , after releasing it, will continue to shoot at PF mode again ?????? you know , at the same shooting , on th the fly. can i make it with triger button ??? is trigger button customizable ? You know ,at DJI gimbals , you can do that , but at weebill s that i had , when you press the trigger button , it was changing mode like forever , it wasnt coming back at the mode that it was before pressing the trigger button. You know what i mean right ? i like to have at 1 shoot a PF mode or F mode and for some seconds between to lock at something with trigger and unlock instantly and continue same shoot like PF or F or whatever.
@@kostasrestas Thanks for watching! I believe so once you let go of the trigger it should go back into PF mode however I dint believe the trigger is customizable
Hey! I'm looking at your compatibility chart. I see my sony a7c in there but the lens I like to use most is Sigma 24mm f1.4. I don't see that listed anywhere on your list. Is that compatible in portrait/vertical mode?
Thanks for watching! I’m not 100% certain since it’s not on the compatibility chart however because the A7cii + Sigma 24mm 1.4 is lighter than my Sony Fx3 + Sigma 24-70 combo I’m pretty certain it will be compatible in both modes :)
Almost impossible to use with an external mic mounted as the rear rotation motor obstructs the mic and causes an 'axis lock' in the display. Also near impossible to calibrate the vertical mode with an external mic
Yeah that is a bummer. One trick that might work with external mic in horizontal is to add a full cage and mount the mic on the right side with a longer 3.5mm cable
hi! followed along to balance my gimbal, to my knowledge it's all balanced but when i turn my gimbal on, it makes a beeping noise then says 'axis lock" how do i fix this?
@@charlottebigotto6208 Hey! Could you double check and make sure all three axis locks are unlocked? If not let me know and I’ll see if I can find another answer!
Hi! please help me with something..i hace a Falcam cage...with a f38 quick release system...is there a way to use another baseplate beside the manfrotto that comes with the gimbal? like an arca swiss QR? thanks a lot!
Hey! You will have to use the included base plate to mount however, since the falcon cage has two 1/4 threads on the bottom you shouldn't have any issues attaching the baseplate to your cage :) Hope this helps!
Unfortunately, there are no threads on the side grip to mount a monitor on the handle. There are 3 threads on the bottom which you could screw a magic arm to mount the monitor but you wouldn't be able to mount the tripod anymore
But there's no quick release right? So if you're shooting vertically and you wanna do a couple hand-held shots you have to rebalance again afterwards, right? Thanks

Excellent. Short and simple!
Thanks so much I appreciate it! 🙏
Excellent demo and instructions. Thanks for sharing.

Can you reset the settings back to factory settings?
Can you do a normal steady panning shot (L-R) and titling shot (Up/down)?
Yes you can to factory settings and also it’s also set to normal panning and tilts 🙌

Do you know if its work with sony zve10 with sigma 16 mm f1.4 ?
Yes definitely will work with that setup as its even more compact!
It has tracking mode

So you didnt have to rebalance to vertical? i missed that i think
You do have to rebalance it when switching to vertical, however it's the similar to balancing horizontal and only takes about a minute!

I accidently set my gimble language to Japanese 😂 how do I get it back to English?
I believe if you go all the way to the bottom of the menu you can factory reset it!
